After his brutal assault on Rhodes in the closing moments of the August 8 episode of SmackDown, McIntyre is set to speak out on this week's show. WWE appears to be building toward a Rhodes vs McIntyre showdown for the WWE Championship at Clash in Paris.
This segment is expected to escalate their rivalry, with Rhodes almost certain to make his presence felt. Given the bad blood between the two, fans should brace for another intense confrontation - and possibly yet another chaotic brawl - as the road to Paris heats up.

WWE star Logan Paul and Nina Adgal tie the knot in lavish Lake Como wedding

Logan Paul and Nina Adgal wedding (Image via Instagram) Logan Paul and Nina Adgal are officially married! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the couple has finally tied the knot after more than three years of relationship. The Lake Como wedding took place on Friday, August 15, and the couple looked picture-perfect in their wedding whites. Logan's younger brother, a wrestler himself, shared clips from the nuptials on his social media, and fans can't get enough of it. Logan Paul and Nina Adgal are officially married! Logan Paul and Nina Adgal started dating back in 2022 and got engaged less than a year later in Lake Como itself after Paul's proposal. They welcomed their baby girl, Esme, last year in September. And now, the couple has tied the knot a month shy of their daughter turning 1. The couple had been spotted enjoying the Italian summer in Cernobbio a few days before they finally got hitched. Logan Paul's brother Jake Paul shared a video from the wedding ceremony with the caption, "I've seriously been crying." Impaulsive podcast co-host Mike Majlak officiated the wedding, and the couple looked stunning with Adgal wearing a flowing white gown, while Paul wore a white tuxedo jacket with black pants. Logan Paul will be back inside the WWE ring at Clash in Paris While Logan Paul is taking a couple of days off wrestling to enjoy his wedding and hopefully a short honeymoon, the WWE star will soon be back inside the squared ring at the end of this month. Paul is set to face John Cena at Clash in Paris after he challenged the Cenation Leader for a one-on-one fight. Clash in Paris is set to take place on August 31, two weeks from now, and the City of Love is gearing up to host the who's who of wrestling, as wrestling returns to France for its second-ever PLE, two years in a row. While The Maverick is not a fan favorite when it comes to wrestling, it will be interesting to see what he and Cena have in store for everyone with their upcoming fight. Who Will Be John Cena's Final WWE Opponent? New Details Emerge

17-time WWE Champion John Cena kept the fans guessing about his opponent in the final match of his wrestling career. Cena revealed at the start of 2025 that this will be his last year in professional wrestling and he is all set to have his final fight in December last this year. However, there is still no clarity about who he will be facing. He has already faced stalwarts like Cody Rhodes, CM Punk and Randy Orton while his next match will be against Logan Paul at WWE Clash in Paris on August 31. During an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, he was once again asked about his potential opponent but the legendary WWE star once again left everyone guessing. "No, no, I've never operated like that," Cena said. "It's weird because I've always just been that guy. ... I've just always kind of been reliable and showing up and doing whatever I'm asked. And I really want this tour to be not only special - it'll always be special to me because you guys are out there - I want it to be special for the business. My goal has always been to leave WWE better than I found it, so whoever they deem appropriate to get that energy, man, I'm cool with that." Cena went on to say that he wished he had 'more time' in his wrestling career before recognising that the moment was right for him to move away and shine the spotlight on young talents. "Of course, every part of me. Yeah, absolutely. My body is screaming at me to close the chapter. I'm 48 man, I'll be 49 next year. I'm very grateful to say that WWE has given me almost 25 years to go out and do my thing and be invisible, and it's been fantastic. But I also remember when I was a young kid back in 2002 thinking I'd never get a chance. And then when I did, I came up with a young, hungry class. And I think if I hang around any longer than now, I'm just taking time away from those young guys who could be the next chance to make an impact on something. It's time, man. It's time."

WWE: Is Bron Breakker's association with Seth Rollins benefiting him? Veteran analyst weighs in

Bron Breakker, one of WWE's most promising young prospects, shocked the world on the Raw after WrestleMania 41 this April when turned heel and joined hands with Seth Rollins. He assaulted Roman Reigns and CM Punk on the fateful night and sent a message to the locker room. The development created a buzz but some observers felt that it would transform him into Rollins' 'lackey'. Now, months later, a veteran journalist has weighed in on the impact of his heel turn and revealed if it's benefited him. Dave Meltzer feels Bron Breakker's association with Seth Rollins has benefitted him Dave Meltzer is a popular name in the pro-wrestling world. The seasoned journalist is best known for his sharp observations and deep knowledge of the industry. He is also the founder and editor of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, which he founded in 1982. In an interaction with Indiatimes, Meltzer said that Bron Breakker's heel turn has benefited him. He added that it will most probably open the door for a feud between 'The Badass' and Seth Rollins. 'I think it helps Breakker a lot being associated with Rollins, since the obvious split will make him a big player. It also strengthens the heel unit,' he added. Breaker, who is WCW legend Rick Steiner's son, was an integral part of the midcard division before joining Seth Rollins' group. He held the Intercontinental title on two occasions and also had memorable feuds with The Judgement Day and Sami Zayn. Breaker was propelled into the main-event scene shortly after he joined Rollins' group, which is now called The Vision. The young Steiner recently teamed up with Bronson Reed, who joined the group at Saturday Night's Main Event, to take on Roman Reigns and Jey Uso at SummerSlam. The fast-rising star was quite impressive during the encounter even though the team lost. He is expected to eventually square off against Reigns in a singles match. However, that may happen only during one of the 'big four' Premium Live Events. Will The Vision split soon? The Vision is now stronger than ever before as Seth Rollins captured the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam by cashing in on his Money in the Bank contract on CM Punk after his match against Gunther. Given this, a split is unlikely at this point. However, WWE did some time ago potentially plant the seed for the same when Bron Breakker declared himself as the leader of the group in Seth Rollins' absence. As such, it is just a matter of 'when', not 'if' the creative goes in this direction.
