KELLY Clarkson's late ex-husband Brandon Blackstock was in a loving relationship with the singer's former assistant, his obituary revealed.
It comes after Blackstock tragically died on August 7 at age 48 after a long battle with melanoma.

Blackstock was married to Clarkson from 2013 to 2020 and had a daughter and son with the singer.
His obituary, released on Tuesday, revealed that was in a relationship with Brittney Marie Jones and that the couple were living together in Montana.
"After more than 20 years in the music business, Brandon found his way back to the mountains and the cowboy way of life he always wanted to live," the obituary read.
"He found a homestead and a love in Butte, Montana."
It continued: "Brandon, along with his beautiful and loving partner in life and business, Brittney Marie Jones, started building a life, building companies, and working tirelessly to create Headwaters Livestock Auction and what will live on as his legacy, The Valley View Rodeo in Bozeman, Montana."
The U.S. Sun previously revealed Brandon ran Valley View Rodeo with Brittney, Kelly Clarkson's former assistant.
The rodeo is described online as a multi-faceted organisation dedicated to keeping the Western lifestyle alive in the modern day.
"From heart-stopping bull riding to lightning-fast barrel racing, Valley View Rodeo showcases the best of both amateur and professional talent," the website reads.

Sharing news of the deals to social media one shopper said: "So many reduced toys at bargain prices at B&M this morning. Glasgow branch." Dozens of different toys are being offered by the retailer with shoppers eager to snap them up. Everything from soft toys to toy cars were on offer in a massive sale at the B&M toy section. Social media users joked about stocking up for Christmas to save on presents. Barbie dolls, Harry Potter models, soft toys, cars, Harry Styles and Taylor Swift branded items were all stocked on shelves marked "sale." Prices ranged from just £3 for some items to £7 for others, all of them a massive discount on the original price tag. Shoppers raced to their local B&M to see if similar deals were available ahead of the expensive Christmas shopping season. A post on social media sharing the details of the sale received a massive reaction.
