On tonight's show, the boys were given the power to pick which girl they wanted to couple up with.
Ben picked Helena, meaning Harrison was left with no other choice but to choose Toni.
After the recoupling, Harrison told Helena that he planned his speech for her but changed it last minute for Toni.
Harrison told her: "I felt that finally we were going to couple up, I was so ready for it, I was so ready to sleep in a bed with you."
Just moments later, Harrison admitted to Toni that his decision was "50/50", despite him insisting to Helena that he was set to pick her.
Harrison said: "No, I didn't know what I was going to do, I was 50/50. I didn't know what I was going to do honestly.
"I just think it's hard for me because yesterday you were up there but obviously that's 24 hours and we've not been talking."
Harrison went on to say: "Can we just be normal?," before he and Toni shared a small peck.
The next day, Toni apologised to Helena for saying she was a "b****" for kissing Harrison in the Hideaway.
Helena said she is convinced Harrison is telling everyone different things and called him over.
Love Islanders lick and spank each other in sexiest Heart Rate Challenge yet
After being grilled, Harrison admitted he fancies both girls and had not made his decision yet.
Later that evening the infamous heart rate challenge made a return to the Love Island villa.
The Islanders took it in turns to dance a sexy routine for the opposite sex while wearing a heart monitor.
Harrison picked up Toni and gave her a big kiss and then kissed Helena straight after, which left Toni looking unimpressed.
Viewers have also slammed Harrison's move.
One wrote: "Harrison is genuinely such a horrible person and so is Helena. The way they're acting and still stringing Tonie along is so disgusting. Please get them out. Helena is some weirdo as well.. he's lit 22, is she ok?"
A second said: "This Harrison and Helena ship is so disgusting to me, I can't."
A third said: "Harrison. Disgusting. Vile. Get out the villa."
A fourth commented: "Harrison is a bare faced liar, he told Helena he had a speech prepped and then told Toni he honestly didn't know who he'd pick YOU LIARRRRR."
Someone else said: "Harrison is so disgusting. I hate this man, you're a liar! Brilliant Actor. Let the truth come out!"

Jamie Lee Curtis chokes up while reflecting on career success ‘she never thought she'd get'
Jamie Lee Curtis has said she never thought she would experience the highs of her recent career successes. The 66-year-old actor, best known for roles in Halloween (1978) and Freaky Friday (2003), won her first Oscar in 2023 for her performance in the sci-fi film Everything Everywhere All at Once. A year later, she took home her first Emmy for her supporting part in the hit chef drama The Bear. Appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Curtis said she has been reaping 'opportunity after opportunity' ever since receiving the accolades, with the TV host agreeing that the actor has 'never been hotter'. Curtis held back the tears as she reflected on the transformational last five years, saying: 'I'm having a moment, I'm having freedom.' 'I've been an actor, I've been in horror movies, obviously, for a long time – and only recently I've understood that I'm an artist,' she said. 'I'm being serious… I never referred to myself as an artist until about five or six years ago.' Curtis said she feels as though she is in a 'creative meadow'. 'That makes me cry,' she said, becoming emotional. 'I feel like I'm in this meadow and I'm surrounded by just opportunity and beauty.' Asked by Colbert whether she feels more free in her career, Curtis replied: 'It's incredible. Ultimately, to have a free mind, be able to think for yourself, to have an expression of your soul through the work you do, whatever the work you do, even if it's a technical job, you still express your soul. 'I feel like this instrument is wide open and free and having opportunity after opportunity that I never thought I'd get.' Curtis will next star in Freakier Friday, a much-anticipated sequel to the hugely successful 2003 comedy Freaky Friday. Freaky Friday originally starred Curtis and Lindsay Lohan as Tess and Anna, a mother and daughter forced to live as one another after switching bodies. Asked why the sequel took 12 years, Curtis said the wait was intentional. 'Everybody I've ever spoken to has asked, 'Will there be a Freaky Friday sequel?' When I went all around the world for Halloween Ends in 2022, every stop, they asked,' the actor told People. 'And the answer was, 'Lindsay has to be old enough to have had a teenager.' So then obviously Lindsay had this beautiful baby. She came and visited me, brought the baby. At this moment we started really seriously talking about it.'

Last night, Ben was spotted putting on a cosy display with Towie star Dani Imbert, 27, at the St Moritz summer party. They were seen whispering in each other's ear, holding hands and then proceeded to enjoy a string of kisses at Broadwick Soho. A source said 'There was instant attraction from the moment they met - they spent two hours kissing at the party it was all very intimate. Days after their exit, the pair appeared on podcast Love Island: The Morning After. Ben shared how he's had a "reality check" after fans branded him "vile". He said: "We had Yasmin, Toni, Shakira - I had my run-ins with them. The thing is, it was all such silly things as well. "Not using it as an excuse, but feelings and emotions are just so heightened. It's the littlest things that can trigger you." Love Island's Ben admits he's had a 'reality check' after fans branded him 'vile' Ben continued: "For me, the way I went about it, I should've went about it so much more differently. The way I spoke, the language and stuff. "It's not until I watched it back that you realise - obviously with certain situations in life, you have arguments. "But you never see it back. You're never in a position where you can watch it back and see how you actually were. "I think me actually watching it back especially, gave me like a real reality check of, 'I don't like how I spoke'." She added: "We're just taking it day by day and getting to know each other more and more." Ben entered the ITV2 villa on Day 1, where he was initially coupled up with Shakira. However, bombshell Toni arrived as the first big twist and "stole" the hunk away. He would ultimately later recouple with Shakira - and also explored connections with Yasmin and Helena. By Casa Amor, he and Shakira had recoupled again but had no romantic spark between them. Upon meeting the new girls, Ben and Andrada soon hit off and began their connection. They were coupled up in the main villa, before ultimately being dumped from the island after receiving the fewest public votes. 9 A source said they looked very 'intimate' all evening Credit: The Sun 9 They seemed comfortable in each other's company Credit: The Sun 9 The pair gushed about each other on Love Island's Aftersun Credit: Shutterstock Editorial
