Amid rumours of Diljit Dosanjh's exit from 'No Entry 2', the actor has addressed the speculation in his trademark humorous style. On Instagram, Diljit shared a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video from the sets of 'Border 2', which included a moment featuring 'No Entry 2' director Anees Bazmee and producer Boney Kapoor. This seems to have put all rumours to rest.In the voiceover of the video, Diljit quips, 'Anees Bazmee, Bollywood ke director ke director chale hue hai. Bazmee sahab story suna rahe hai, mere favourite director hai. Idhar Boney Kapoor keh rahe hai, ishq ki gali wich no entry. (Anees Bazmee is a top director in Bollywood. Bazmee sir is narrating the story - he's my favourite director. Over here, Boney Kapoor is saying - ishq ki gali wich no entry.)' The light-hearted comment came shortly after media reports suggested that the actor had opted out of the film due to creative disagreements.advertisementWatch the video here:
Earlier, Filmfare reported that Diljit had exited the film because of differences in creative vision. A source was told the entertainment portal, "Diljit was very excited to collaborate with Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor. But over the last few weeks, he couldn't align with the film's creative ideas.'However, producer Boney Kapoor denied these claims. While speaking to Hindustan Times, he said, 'Yes, there are date issues, but certainly no creative differences. That is absolutely false. We are trying our best to work the dates out.' Director Anees Bazmee also expressed optimism about resolving the scheduling conflicts. The comedy sequel stars Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh as the new leads, replacing the original trio - Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan. While the female cast has not yet been announced, Tamannaah Bhatia is reportedly part of the project. In the meantime, Diljit continues to enjoy the success of 'Sardaar Ji 3', which, despite not releasing in India, has emerged as the highest-grossing Punjabi film of the year with Rs 42.60 crore earned overseas.
