USX Cyber Showcases GUARDIENT® as a Next-Generation SIEM Platform

VIENNA, Va., June 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- USX Cyber today demonstrated its flagship product, GUARDIENT®, as a Next-Generation Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform, underscoring its evolution beyond traditional log aggregation tools and positioning it as a modern alternative for compliance-driven enterprises and managed service providers (MSPs). As cybersecurity threats grow in sophistication and regulatory frameworks expand in scope, the limitations of legacy SIEMs have become untenable. GUARDIENT was engineered from the ground up to address these shortcomings — fusing real-time detection, automated response, compliance intelligence, and operational simplicity into a unified, lightweight architecture supported by a U.S.-based Security Operations Center (SOC). 'Legacy SIEMs were built to collect logs. Next-gen SIEMs are built to solve problems,' said Cole McKinley, CTO of USX Cyber. 'With GUARDIENT, we've eliminated the cost, complexity, and noise that plague traditional systems and delivered a platform that not only detects threats — but proves security and compliance posture.' Competitive Comparison: GUARDIENT vs. Industry Peers These distinctions are not theoretical. Unlike traditional platforms requiring months of tuning and external consultants, GUARDIENT can be fully operational in under one business day — with full telemetry and compliance reporting enabled by default. Compliance and Audit Readiness: Embedded by Design As organizations work to meet frameworks such as CMMC, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-171, GUARDIENT bridges the divide between security operations and audit deliverables. The platform ingests data from endpoints, cloud, firewalls, and identity systems — automatically mapping findings to control requirements with prebuilt remediation guidance. Included capabilities: Built for Real-World Constraints While many platforms are engineered for Fortune 500 enterprises, GUARDIENT is purpose-built for the real-world constraints of small to mid-sized businesses, MSPs, and compliance-sensitive industries. Its architecture emphasizes affordability, deployment speed, and human-led response. 'We're not trying to be everything to everyone,' McKinley added. 'We're focused on what modern businesses actually need — visibility, control, and confidence — without the operational bloat or licensing games that dominate this market.' About USX Cyber USX Cyber provides security and compliance solutions for regulated industries, growing businesses, and managed service providers. Its flagship platform, GUARDIENT, unifies SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat intelligence, and compliance automation in a single, easy-to-deploy solution — backed by a human-led SOC. Breathe Easy, Move Up: AffordableHousing.com's New Maps Show Renters Where Opportunity and Clean Air Collide

Platform combines Opportunity Atlas economic mobility data with air-quality insights, providing renters comprehensive insights to choose neighborhoods with brighter futures BOCA RATON, Fla., June 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- announced today the launch of pioneering new mapping tools designed to provide renters, especially low-income families and the public housing agencies that serve them, with unprecedented insights into neighborhood economic opportunities and environmental health. is notably the first and only housing platform to integrate economic mobility maps based on The Opportunity Atlas alongside neighborhood air-quality indicators. The primary filter tool, "Where Kids Grow Up to Earn More," clearly shows average earnings in adulthood for individuals raised in each neighborhood (Census tract), specifically those born between 1978 and 1983. This feature leverages data from Harvard University's Opportunity Atlas, an authoritative resource demonstrating the critical influence neighborhoods have on children's long-term economic outcomes. "We're excited to see the Opportunity Atlas helping renters better understand how neighborhoods can shape their children's financial futures. By making this data accessible during the housing search, families gain meaningful context about how their choice of where to live may influence long-term outcomes for their children—ensuring that housing decisions are better informed and aligned with the goals they hold for their family," said Raj Chetty, Professor of Economics at Harvard University and the Director of Opportunity Insights. Complementing the economic mobility maps, also introduces an Air Quality score to identify neighborhood air pollution relative to nearby areas, helping renters to make informed choices about the environmental health of potential homes. While other real estate platforms have incorporated climate-risk data, uniquely offers economic mobility insights derived from The Opportunity Atlas. By providing both environmental and economic data, offers renters comprehensive information critical to making well-informed housing decisions. The launch of these innovative tools is part of an ongoing collaborative study with Learning Collider, an organization dedicated to enhancing social mobility through evidence-based research. This partnership previously resulted in the successful introduction of School Quality filter, demonstrably leading families to select neighborhoods with higher-rated schools. "Economic mobility insights, paired with environmental health data, represent a major step forward for families and communities," said Founder & CEO Richard Cupelli. "We built these maps because renters deserve more than just a roof––they deserve real choices. Now, families can see which neighborhoods open the most doors, not just which ones have a vacancy." Peter Bergman from UT Austin and Learning Collider added, "Our ongoing research underscores the immense potential of providing clear, actionable economic mobility data. Building on the impactful results from our earlier school quality collaboration, we anticipate similarly positive outcomes from these new tools." new mapping layers help public housing authorities and Housing Choice Voucher families identify neighborhoods that pair stronger economic-mobility prospects with healthier environmental conditions. is the first major housing-search platform to overlay Opportunity Atlas tract-level mobility data with neighborhood-level air-quality information. This dual-layer view gives households clearer, side-by-side insights to support moves that foster long-term health and upward mobility. HUD's Housing Mobility Toolkit lists the Opportunity Atlas as one of the "pre-established indices" that public housing agencies may adopt when defining opportunity areas and assembling Housing Choice Voucher briefing materials, underscoring the dataset's suitability for mobility programs. "In our work with low-income families across the country, we hear time and again that what they most hope for is to live in safe, healthy neighborhoods with access to thriving schools. Housing mobility programs ensure that these families can choose where to live, and the new tools will make it easier for them, and for all renters, to find the homes they want." said Valerie Rosenberg, Executive Director of Mobility Works, a non-profit organization that provides technical assistance, training, advocacy and field-building on housing mobility. About is transforming the U.S. affordable housing landscape, making it easier for families to find a safe, stable place to call home. By unifying fragmented systems and streamlining information, removes barriers to accessing government housing programs, making a complicated process simple and accessible for everyone. As the nation's largest online affordable housing marketplace, helps renters secure affordable homes, property owners fill vacancies quickly, and housing agencies operate more efficiently with enhanced compliance. About Opportunity Insights Opportunity Insights is a non-partisan research and policy institute based at Harvard University, co-founded by economists Raj Chetty, John Friedman, and Nathaniel Hendren. The organization uses large-scale data to study economic mobility and identify barriers that prevent children from achieving upward income mobility. Through tools like the Opportunity Atlas and partnerships with local governments, Opportunity Insights translates academic research into practical policy solutions aimed at expanding opportunity and reducing poverty across the United States. About Learning Collider Learning Collider is a research organization focused on improving social and economic mobility through evidence-based interventions and collaborations. Their previous work with notably the School Quality filter project, demonstrated measurable success in helping families make better-informed housing choices. About Mobility WorksMobility Works is a nonprofit consortium founded in 2016 and incorporated in 2021 that leads the national Housing Mobility Network, offering technical assistance, training, and advocacy to help low–income families use Housing Choice Vouchers to move into high–opportunity neighborhoods. It collaborates with public housing agencies, nonprofits, and stakeholders—especially through its flagship technical assistance program—to design and implement mobility initiatives, from opportunity mapping and landlord outreach to policy reform and post-move support. The network also facilitates peer learning and capacity building via its annual Housing Mobility Training Institute, national conferences, webinars, and biennial overviews of mobility programs across the U.S.

Revenue Lifecycles Require Effective Software, Models, ISG Says

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Companies modernizing revenue management to enable new business models can choose from a growing number of applications and integrated platforms designed to reduce errors, automate processes and ultimately increase revenue over time, according to new research from global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III). Enterprises need advanced pricing and revenue models to stay competitive, and traditional systems will not support innovation. Modern revenue management platforms ensure that urgent business model changes are not held back by outdated technologies. Share The ISG Buyers Guides™ for Revenue Lifecycle Management, produced by ISG Software Research, provide the rankings and ratings of 42 software providers and their products to support revenue process needs, including configure price quote (CPQ), contract lifecycle management (CLM), revenue recognition, billing and the platforms to support these activities. The research finds that enterprises benefit from unified software platforms as they migrate from reliance on one-time sales to efficiently managed approaches that generate continuous revenue. Revenue lifecycle management platforms move beyond the outdated linear quote-to-cash process, combining processes previously carried out by separate tools. Aligning all systems allows for consistent sales and revenue engagement over time. 'Enterprises in every industry need to adopt more advanced pricing and revenue models to stay competitive, and traditional systems will not support rapid change and innovation,' said Stephen Hurrell, director at ISG Software Research. 'Modern revenue management platforms ensure that urgent business model changes are not held back by outdated processes or technologies.' A true revenue lifecycle management system performs tasks ranging from guiding sellers and account teams as they create and get approval for a quote to embedding the quote's terms in a contract, triggering order fulfillment and generating billing schedules, the research shows. Such platforms not only manage digital documents but digitize and store all important terms in those documents. Key information persists in a data store, removing the need for one team to pass data to the next, so errors are minimized. Digitized billing schedules allow companies to automate actions such as outreach for subscription renewals at the appropriate time. A unified platform and data model provides easier data access for telling a more comprehensive story about effective revenue lifecycle management, the reports say. It lets companies analyze all parts of the process to gain insights into customers, products and processes, empowering them to improve customer experience and encourage more sustained engagement. Though the application of AI to revenue management is relatively immature, platforms prepared to deliver long-term value already have well-articulated and documented approaches to the use of AI. Despite these benefits, ISG expects more than half of enterprises to still be using manual processes to integrate quotes and contracts through 2026, potentially causing billing and delivery errors and poor customer experience. New revenue lifecycle management platforms offer improvements to all major components used in the process, the reports say. These include CPQ software that lets prospective buyers have a live, on-demand interaction rather than a slow exchange of emails, CLM tools that standardize contract terms to streamline processing and billing systems that can use historical data to accurately apply volume-based or usage-based pricing. For its 2025 Buyers Guides™ for Revenue Lifecycle Management, ISG evaluated software providers across six platform categories — Revenue Lifecycle Management; Revenue Lifecycle Platforms; Revenue Recognition; Contract Lifecycle Management; Configure, Price, Quote; and Billing — and produced a separate Buyers Guide for each. A total of 42 providers were assessed: Aptitude, Aria Systems, BillingPlatform, Certinia, Chargebee, Conga, ContractPodAi, DealHub, Docusign, Epicor, Experlogix, FastSpring, GleanQuote, Gotransverse, Icertis, Ironclad, LawVu, LinkSquares, Malbek, Maxio, NetSuite, Oracle, PandaDoc, Paperless Parts, Pricefx, PROS, Recurly, RecVue, Sage, Salesforce, SAP, Sirion, SOFTRAX, SpotDraft, Stripe, Tacton, Vendavo, Workday, Zilliant, Zoho and Zuora ISG Software Research rates software providers in seven evaluation categories.
