We reported how the Pineapple Dance Studios star had exited the tough C4 show within the first 24 hours of filming.
He was the oldest recruit and thought he could camp it up on the course.
But when he realised the former soldiers meant business and he was up against a string of competitive Love Islanders, he left.
As the series began airing last night, Louie, 56, said: 'I felt like a granddad in a school.
"On SAS I couldn't high kick my way out of trouble.'
'If they asked me to go in the I'm A Celeb jungle, that would be better, darling – that's a bit like Big Brother.
"You sit around and do nothing but eat kangaroo balls.
"It's more entertainment than anything else.'

Harry reveals why he thinks bosses 'did him a favour' for giving him the boot SPEAKING OUT Harry Clark breaks silence on Celeb SAS axe after shock brawl at Brits revealed Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) TRAITORS star Harry Clark has broken his silence after being booted off SAS: Who Dares Wins for cheating. It was a humbling moment for the ex-Army lad, who has now admitted he 'hated' his time on the Channel 4 show. Sign up for the Entertainment newsletter Sign up Directing staff Billy Billingham and Jason Fox caught Harry out performing only 10 burpee exercises when he'd been challenged to do 20 - then lied about it. He was meant to complete the set before pulling a switch. Harry said: 'Obviously I was so disheartened and so annoyed, but at the same time in the back of my head I was like, 'but it's all right though because I've made that switch, I'm here to stay'. 'I did exactly what I would do in the military. 'And that's what annoyed me so much because it was like I just hit that switch, but they'd kicked me off for it. 'So it was like, well then how can I prove to you now that I've changed? 'But then at the same time, when I look back on it and I've matured a lot now, they've probably done me a favour because I know that the next big stage was the interrogation phase.' The show was filmed in September last year. Celebrities always dread the interrogation segment and many crumble. Harry added: 'The place where I was mentally and physically, I would've definitely been broken down easy. I was easy pickings. Celebrity SAS star axed after 'lying and cheating' on show - as another quits 'So I think they actually done me a favour kicking me off the show, they probably saw that I needed to go and sort myself out. 'I didn't like the experience that much, personally, it made me angry at them and myself that I wanted to get better. 'I felt like they didn't like me. 'I absolutely hated it while I was there. 'I just want people to be able to look at me now and think that is a completely different person.' The episode of Harry's exit aired as The Sun revealed he had got into a shocking brawl at the Brits Awards with a Tiktok star. Harry is said to have had a 'drunken scuffle' with Moe Osman at the glitzy bash in March. Sources close to Harry say he retaliated after being 'antagonised' by the influencer, who goes by the username of Hellacreps online. Harry was an Army helicopter engineer for seven years but left the forces following his Traitors win.

Princess Andre, 18, supported after feeling 'anxious' wearing a bikini

Princess Andre has received support from fans after sharing her anxieties about modelling in a bikini during an episode of her new ITV reality show. The 18-year-old is the subject of the new ITV series, The Princess Diaries, which focuses on her relationship with fame and carving out her own reputation beyond her celebrity parents. Former glamour model Katie Price and Peter Andre met on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here in 2004 and went on to have two children together – Princess, 18, and Junior, 20 – before separating in 2009. During the third episode of the ITV show, Princess spoke about feeling 'uncomfortable' during her modelling debut in Ibiza as she had to wear a skimpy blue bikini top and skirt. Princess was getting ready for a fashion show when she was asked to do a last-minute clothing change. Reacting to the decision, Princess said to the ITV cameras: 'The worst thing is trying to be confident in something you're not going to be confident in. 'Obviously, I feel fine wearing a bikini in a pool because we're in a swimming pool. No-one actually cares. 'But to walk down a catwalk in a bikini top, I'm going to feel exposed. I'm going to feel so uncomfortable. I was already anxious in the first place, but this has just made it ten times worse.' Before Princess walked down the runway, the 18-year-old confided in her content manager about her insecurities, saying: 'It's just my boobs. I hate my boobs. There's just nothing to them, it's embarrassing. 'They're all 20-something-year-olds with massive boobs, it's awkward.' Princess decided the show must go on and walked out regardless of her anxiety, subsequently posting snaps of the outfit to her Instagram alongside the caption: 'Well… at least I didn't fall over on the runway. Who caught last night's episode?' In the comments section, Princess's followers were hugely impressed with her during the episode. @kellycheriton commented: 'You handled yourself so well beyond your years when everything changed. Keep shining.' @violafioreflorist added: 'You smashed it out the park ! Well done Princess, onwards and upwards!' More Trending 'Gutted for you that you didn't get to wear the dress but the blue did look amazing on you,' wrote @mrssuv_manicmumdays. @mrsmactan.x added: 'You portray yourself amazingly. I love that you are so raw and real, talking about periods, insecurities and low confidence, that's what young girls need to hear about. 'Such a brilliant role model for little girls to grow up watching.' View More » All four episodes of The Princess Diaries are available to stream on ITVX now. Got a story? Gwyrch Castle announces plan to welcome back opera star Russell Watson

Gwrych Castle is hoping to amend its premises licence as it bids to welcome back a world-renowned opera singer. Bosses at the famous castle in Abergele want to welcome famous tenor Russell Watson for a special classical concert at the Grade I listed venue. The event would be made possible through a proposed variation to the castle's existing premises licence. Sign up for the North Wales Live newsletter sent twice daily to your inbox. The variation of the conditions of the castle's licence is currently under review by Conwy County Borough Council. Russell Watson was one of the stars of ITV's 2020 series of I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! The show was famously based at the castle for two consecutive years during the Covid-19 pandemic. Russell spent 18 days in the camp experiencing everything from being dunked in batter to keeping the other camp members entertained with his vocal talents. The changes, if accepted, would allow the castle to host up to four large-scale daytime events per year, with attendance exceeding 500 guests. Speaking about the possibility of returning to Gwrych Castle, Russell Watson said: 'Gwrych Castle holds a very special place in my heart after filming I'm A Celebrity there. "The thought of returning to perform in such a spectacular setting would be incredible. "I'd love to be part of bringing live music and culture to this iconic place once again.' Russell is a multi-platinum selling classical singer who rose to fame in 2001 with his debut album The Voice. Gwrych Castle says it has a strong track record of hosting inclusive, well-managed events that support heritage, community engagement, and the local economy. 'Whether it's classical concerts or Cliff Richard, being able to host just four large-scale events a year would be a huge cultural and economic boost for the region,' a castle spokesperson said. The bid calls for a premises variation, which would see the "provision of live music indoors/outdoors on Saturdays and Sundays 10pm – 1am and provision of recorded music indoors/outdoors Saturday and Sunday 10am – 1am". It also includes "provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performance of dance indoors/outdoors, Saturday and Sunday 10am – 1am". There would also be no more than four daytime musical events per calendar year with a capacity for over 500 people. The closing date for public representations is Friday, August 28. Built between 1812 and 1822, Gwrych Castle is an imposing gothic ruin on the picturesque North Wales coastline, with spectacular sea views and impressive architecture. Public notices in your area
