Eddie Hall calls out Conor McGregor for cage fight - despite being 12 STONE heavier than UFC superstar - after former world's strongest man said he was open to facing TWO opponents at same time
'The Beast', who was named the world's strongest man in 2017, broke his hand during a spectacular victory over fellow strongman Mariusz Pudzianowski at KSW 105 in Poland on Saturday.
Hall, 37, only made his MMA debut last year in a two versus one fight against the Neffati brothers but took just 30 seconds to defeat his opponent on the weekend to go 1-0 up in the sport.
Following his stunning victory, he called out McGregor, who is more than 170lb lighter.
During a fan Q&A session he uploaded on YouTube, he said: 'I would love to fight Conor McGregor.
'I think the weight difference would be absolutely comical. There is weight classes for that reason. It would be dangerous, on Conor's behalf.'
The British bruiser appears unbothered about becoming a serious heavyweight mixed martial artist and previously admitted he wanted to fight the 'freaks of the world'.
Earlier this month, he pushed for a new 2v1 fight with Jake and Logan Paul.
He said: 'Jake Paul and Logan Paul, I'd love to get them in a cage together… I think it would be very uneven, 100 per cent [I would kick their a–], powerbomb, smack them straight across the jaw. That's it.'
Asked what was next after defeating Pudzianowski, Hall replied: 'I've got no aspirations to be number one in KSW.
'That's just not for me. I want to come and have fun.
'I want to fight my heroes. I want to fight the freaks of the world.'
Hall touted the possibility of a bout with Brock Lesnar but ruled out a fight with Thor Bjornsson, who beat him in the boxing ring in 2022.
As well as being a multi-time strongman winner, Hall has also carved out a celebrity career thanks to his YouTube channel, which includes videos centred around food challenges, fitness and weight training.
Meanwhile, Conor McGregor hasn't fought in four years and has attempted to enter the world of politics, announcing his bid to run for Irish president last month.

Dillian Whyte responds to body transformation theory for Moses Itauma fight
The 'Body Snatcher' appears to be leaving no stone unturned as he prepares for one of the toughest challenges of his career in Moses Itauma Dillian Whyte insists he has not stepped on the scales since his last fight in December as he prepares to take on Moses Itauma this weekend. The two heavyweight giants are expected to headline a stacked card in Saudi Arabia. Both men are at different stages of their respective careers, with Whyte seemingly in the twilight stages of his, while Itauma's has only just begun. Whyte, 37, comes into the showdown off the back of a win against Ebenezer Tetteh. As for Itauma, the young British star scored a vicious knockout Mike Balogun in his last outing back in May. The 'Body Snatcher' has the chance to live up to his nickname and hand the rising star his first loss of his professional career. Whyte has already fought the likes of Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury and Joseph Parker. A win would almost certainly put him back in the mix for a shot at the title. In a new full training camp with coach Buddy McGirt in Portugal, Whyte appears to be leaving no stoned unturned as he revealed he has been monitored daily throughout preparations for the heavyweight dust-up. The 37-year-old surprisingly admits he has not stepped on the scales since his fight with Tetteh back in December - but it remains evident that he has been hard at work. 'I've just been cracking on, man,' he said. 'I've just been focusing on giving Buddy [McGirt] what he needs, what he wants to see and how he wants to see it. 'I've been listening to the team. They've been around me a long time, so I've learned to just do what they ask, because they probably know me more than I know myself. They're monitoring me daily, so if they say, 'Don't go to the gym today,' I'm gonna sit down. If they say, 'Do more,' I'm gonna do more. But I haven't stepped on the scales since last December, since my last fight.' It seems as if Whyte is taking his opponent very seriously after pictures of his current physique emerged just days before fight night. The 37-year-old looked lean and in superb condition. On the Brit's condition, one fan wrote: "Wow, that's his best ever condition," while another commented: "Whyte is is looking lean and mean. He just got to avoid the uppercut, and he could pull of the upset in this fight." A final fan replied: "Wow he looks unbelievable. Itauma has got to be careful." Whyte is a real underdog coming into the contest, but after everything he has been through, he is well and truly relishing the status and is looking forward to proving his doubters wrong once again. Itauma has been backed to achieve great things in the sport of boxing, but the 37-year-old boxing veteran is ready to take risks come fight night. 'Today Moses is the next Mike Tyson. He is great, amazing and they talk about him fighting (Oleksandr) Usyk. I go in there, he does his thing, I catch him and blow him up. Then what? People say he's not good any more?" He said. 'My mindset is no-one wants to fight Moses, he is a great fighter, young, sharp and full of beans. You have to believe in yourself and take risks. 'That is what my life is all about. Showing people, my family and my kids, and people in general, you have to take risks to get to places. I ain't got nothing to lose. What have I got to lose? I'm a nobody. I'm being compared to a journeyman in the 90s and 80s, he is being compared to Mike Tyson.' When is Dillian Whyte vs Moses Itauma? The 'Esports World Cup Fight Week: Moses Itauma vs Dillian Whyte ' will take place on Saturday, August 16. The main undercard is due to get underway at around 5:45 pm UK time (12:45 pm ET / 9:45 am PT). The main event ringwalks will likely take place at around 10:20pm UK time (5:20 pm ET / 2:20 pm PT). All of the action will be streamed live on DAZN Pay Per-View. The event is priced at £19.99 in the United Kingdom, $49.99 in the United States, €19.99 in Europe and $49.95 in Australia.

'I was tipped as next Harry Kane but Tottenham sold me – now I have seven goals in four games'
Troy Parrott was hailed as the next Harry Kane during his time at Tottenham, but the striker only made four appearances for the first team before leaving for AZ Alkmaar in 2024, where he has thrived Former Tottenham Hotspur starlet Troy Parrott is living up to his tag as 'the next Harry Kane' in the Netherlands after scoring seven goals in four games for AZ Alkmaar. The 23-year-old left Spurs to join AZ in a £6.7million deal in July 2024, with his former club securing a substantial sell-on clause in the agreement. Parrott initially joined Tottenham back in 2017 at 15 from Irish team Belvedere, but despite high expectations, he only managed to make four appearances for the senior squad. He even left with some stars warning that Spurs could be making an error in letting him go. Branded as Ireland's best prospect since ex-Tottenham star Robbie Keane, the forward was also hailed as the next Kane while on the books at Spurs due to the pair's similarities on the pitch. Although he didn't quite live up to the praise in north London, the Irish forward is now proving his worth in Holland with a series of impressive performances. Parrott was also part of the AZ team that lost to Spurs during their successful Europa League campaign last season. Parrott has already scored three goals in two matches against Finnish side Ilves Tampere and two against Liechtenstein's Vaduz, both in Europa Conference League qualifying this summer. He also bagged a brace in AZ's 4-1 victory over FC Groningen in the Dutch Eredivisie's opening match at the weekend. During his time at Spurs, Parrott had five loan spells with Millwall, Ipswich, MK Dons and Preston, experiencing varying levels of success. However, it was a temporary switch to the Eredivisie with Excelsior that truly launched his career. The forward netted 17 times for the struggling outfit. He has also earned 29 senior caps for the Republic of Ireland, finding the net on five occasions. But what did he make of those weighty comparisons to Kane? He told The Athletic in April 2022 that he was determined he was going to carve his own path. "Obviously, I want to be my own player," he said. "But Kane is so good in terms of his finishing, his passing - why wouldn't I try and take little bits from there?" "But it's not only taking bits from Kane because he plays for Tottenham. It's taking things wherever you can that will make you better. It's not annoying in any way [the comparisons], it's just how it is. When you see him on TV, you don't get to see him going to the gym before training, you don't get to see the way he trains every day. "That's something everyone should take. There's no downside to having that relentlessness in your game. I look at that and think to be at that level these are the things you need to do." Spurs are now accelerating their hunt for offensive reinforcements following the exit of club legend Son Heung-Min and the injury to James Maddison, which could potentially rule him out for the bulk of the campaign. Spurs boss Thomas Frank has been busy in the transfer market, securing five new faces for the squad. Permanent deals have been concluded for Mohammed Kudus, Mathys Tel, Kevin Danso, Luka Vuskovic and Kota Takai, while defensive midfielder Joao Palhinha has joined on loan from Bayern Munich. Rumours are also swirling around a move for Manchester City's winger Savinho, with a transfer to Spurs seemingly gaining traction. Speculation is also rife about potential moves for Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze and Leicester City's Bilal El Khannouss. Spurs cleverly included a 20 per cent sell-on clause in the deal that saw Parrott head to AZ. The club are keeping their fingers crossed for a tidy sum from any future sale of Parrott, or even a bargain return to north London - a possibility they might explore in their quest for more goals.
