starrer 'War 2' has officially been cleared by the
Central Board of Film Certification
(CBFC).
According to the latest reports, the trailer that is said to be 2 minutes and 39 seconds, received its certification from the CBFC, and has been granted a U/A (16+) rating.
While the teaser set the tone for the film, the trailer reportedly amps up the adrenaline with action-packed sequences and some intense emotional moments.
It is unclear if fans will be teased with the epic dance-off between the two leads, but fans can rest assured that there will be plenty to look forward to, in what is expected to be one of the year's biggest theatrical releases.
While the official trailer release date has not yet been announced by the studio, rumour has it that the clip will likely to drop online by July 24 or 25, nearly three weeks ahead of the film's August release.
The makers reportedly believe the promo will significantly boost pre-release buzz and set the stage for a massive box office opening.

The high-octane sequel, which marks the Bollywood debut of 'RRR' star Jr NTR, is scheduled to release on August 14, ahead of the extended Independence Day weekend.
