Brookings' JOANN closing along with others nationwide
'It's important to note how it started and how difficult those founders had it from having to record their segments and taking them to Harold's for film developing and then running them out to the tower in Rowena for broadcasting ,' Jensen said.
Retired attorney Doug Hajek's work is also featured in City of Hustle.
His chapter is primarily about Citibank's move to South Dakota.
He says there has been misconception about how it happened.
'The New York media like to portray it as something that when we changed our usury law, which is a maximum allowable interest rate, that we did that because Citibank asked us to, but they didn't. They had nothing to do with that,' Hajek said.
On Monday, Jensen, Hajek , and former state senator and Minnehaha County commissioner Tom Dempster talked about their chapters at a meeting of of the Rotary Club of Downtown Sioux Falls.
Hajek says the response to City of Hustle has been very positive.
'There are a lot of very interesting stories in it,' Hajek said.
'I love Sioux Falls, so I really devoured it,' Jensen said.
You can pick up the book in several Sioux Falls locations, including Zandbroz and the Falls Park Visitor Center.

Investors should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses carefully before investing. For prospectus or summary prospectus with this and other information about the Fund, please visit our website at Read the prospectus carefully before investing. Investing involves risk including the possible loss of principal. The market value of stocks held by the Fund may decline over a short, or even an extended period of time, resulting in a decrease in the value of a shareholder's investment. The Fund is non-diversified and is permitted to invest a greater portion of its assets in the securities of a smaller number of issuers than would be permissible if it were a 'diversified' fund and therefore, it may be more sensitive to market changes than a diversified fund. Larger, more established companies may be unable to respond quickly to new competitive challenges such as changes in consumer tastes or innovative smaller competitors. Also, large-cap companies are sometimes unable to attain the high growth rates of successful, smaller companies, especially during extended periods of economic expansion. The Fund is a recently organized management investment company with no operating history. As a result, prospective investors have a limited track record on which to base their investment decision. ETFs are subject to additional risks that do not apply to conventional mutual funds, including the risks that the market price of an ETF's shares may trade at a premium or discount to its net asset value, an active secondary trading market may not develop or be maintained, or trading may be halted by the exchange in which they trade, which may impact an ETF's ability to sell its shares. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the ETF. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns.
