"Don't Fall For It": Medical Exam Body Issues Big Warning To NEET-PG 2025 Candidates
In an official notice, the Board cautioned that spoofed notices, emails, SMS, and social media posts are being circulated by imposters claiming to be representatives of NBEMS. These communications often contain misleading information and false promises of assistance in the exam process.
"Unscrupulous agents or touts may make false and bogus claims to candidates using spoofed content in the name of NBEMS for phishing," the notice reads. "Candidates are hereby advised not to be allured or misled by such individuals making fake promises of help through forged documents or messages."
NBEMS clarified that it does not send any emails or messages related to securing good marks or offering assistance in its examinations. All official updates and notices are published only on the NBEMS website - natboard.edu.in - and candidates are strongly advised to cross-verify any information they receive.
To further ensure authenticity, NBEMS stated that all notices issued since July 2020 carry a QR code that can be scanned to access the official version on its website. Students have also been encouraged to follow the Board's verified WhatsApp channel for real-time updates.
"If any candidate is contacted by someone claiming to provide exam papers or undue favour via spoofed communication or social media, it should be immediately reported to NBEMS at reportumc@natboard.edu.in and to local law enforcement authorities," the Board said.
Candidates are urged to remain vigilant and avoid falling prey to fraudsters during the NEET-PG 2025 exam cycle.

Once registered, candidates can use the same details for multiple exams, eliminating the need to re-enter basic information repeatedly. Applicants can complete their OTR using Aadhaar, driving licence, PAN card, or passport. The board aims to make the process transparent, simple, and accessible to all. The OTR will be valid only if candidates provide details exactly as mentioned in their Class 10 or 12 mark sheets. BAMS admissions' row: HC gives Hoshiarpur varsity 5 weeks to complete probe
The Punjab and Haryana high court has directed Guru Ravi Das Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur, to complete within five weeks an inquiry into allegations that 15 students of Shiv Shakti Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Moga, secured admissions to the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) course on the basis of 'wrong information'. (Getty Images/iStockphoto/ Representational image) The order was passed by the bench of chief justice Sheel Nagu and justice Sanjiv Berry, while disposing of the students' petition, who had challenged varsity show-cause notice as to why their admissions should not be cancelled. The court also ordered that results of the examination in which some petitioner students were allowed to appear by the high court in June would not be declared and the same would remain subject to the outcome of the inquiry. The court was hearing a petition from the 15 odd students admitted in 2020-21 and 2021-22 academic sessions. The allegations are that during the admission process, the petitioners' NEET ranking details were 'incorrectly furnished and deliberately suppressed,' giving an impression that they had qualified the national entrance test. During the hearing it had come to the fore that admission forms of the petitioner students were filled by agents, Tarsem Kumar and Raj Kumar, who entered incorrect information by mentioning such rankings of these students in NEET examination which gave an impression that they had passed NEET examination. As per the varsity, a complaint came from one Rajbir Singh, a Patiala resident, of alleged irregularities following which the university ordered an internal probe. The inquiry has been entrusted to justice (retd) Rajiv Narain Raina of the Punjab and Haryana high court, which is underway, the court was told by the varsity. In view of the varsity submissions, the court has disposed of the plea directing that inquiry be completed within five weeks and requested the inquiry officer to conclude the same within a given period.

Following the conclusion of the CET, the two-day examination for aspiring teachers will be held at 22 district headquarters and two sub-divisional centres, Bahadurgarh and Mahendragarh. Board Secretary Munish Nagpal confirmed that all preparations have been finalised for HTET. This year, over 4.05 lakh candidates will appear for the exam at 1,352 centres spread across the state. Exam Schedule Level-1 (PRT): To be held on July 30 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Approximately 1,20,245 candidates will appear at 399 exam centres. Level-2 (TGT): Scheduled for July 31 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with more than 2,01,518 candidates across 673 centres. Level-3 (PGT): Also on July 31 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, where 82,917 candidates will sit the exam at 280 centres. Entry Guidelines Candidates must reach the examination centres at least 2 hours and 10 minutes before the exam begins. Female candidates will only be allowed to wear mangalsutra, sindoor, and bindi. Sikh and Christian candidates will be permitted to wear their religious symbols. Items such as chains, rings, bracelets, threads, belts, watches, purses, or any kind of electronic device are strictly prohibited.
