Now, Sarah, 43, tells The Sun about the amazing life she's built for herself, husband Jonathan Smith and son Stanley, while revealing what she splashed her cash on.
Sarah said: 'I've splashed my cash on a garden room, yes I have a garden room, it's very grown up.
'And I've got a pole in there too, in the middle,' Sarah tells us, which is used for practising for her new job as a pole dancing teacher.

She said: 'I practice my pole teaching there and I love it. Stan goes in there too and will throw himself at the pole.
'I've also put a TV in there so he can watch telly and play the Switch and things like that.
'And one day we're probably going to convert it and put a bar in there and stuff too.'
The proud mum also told us that, when it comes to nine-year-old son Stanley, she'd support whatever it is he wants to do in life.

'My parents have always been really, really supportive of me, and you learn from your own parents, don't you, so I won't stop him doing whatever he wants to do, you know, I'll be there behind him,' Sarah added.

Now, Sarah has revealed her new job after quitting the soap, and recently taught her first ever pole class.
'Pole has been a huge part of my life for over two years now. I first found it just after lockdown, a little before turning 41, when I was looking for something fun, but challenging.

'Now, I'm about to take the

step, sharing everything I've learned with others. My beginner's classes will be for absolute newbies or anyone wanting to go back to basics!

Sarah showed off her toned physique in the carousel of images, as she promoted her new pole class.
And she plans on doing some pole dancing in some sexy new lingerie too, after joining forces with

Speaking of the lingerie, she shared: 'One of the things that makes me feel confident, even if you can't see it, is having

'Knowing that you've got beautiful underwear on and it's a matching set is the one for me, because how often do we not do that.
'So the fact that the new range is affordable and stunning, and you could have a gorgeous underwear set on, there's something about that just straight away makes me feel like, oh, I got my S*** together.'
