Married At First Sight bride Domenica Calarco reveals bizarre pregnancy fear that has left her 'terrified' of daily task
Domenica Calarco has shared a fear she has developed during her pregnancy that has left her 'terrified.' The former Married At First Sight bride posted a video to Instagram Stories explaining that she has become fearful of driving. 'I'm at that stage where I don't want to drive by myself, because I'm terrified I'm going to go into labour while I'm driving,' she said. 'I don't know, has that ever happened?' the 31-year-old added. Dom also explained that she had been undergoing 'every beauty treatment possible' such as having her brows done before the baby arrived. In recent months, Dom admitted to fans that she had been struggling through a difficult pregnancy. The star revealed that she has been hospitalised due to illness while pregnant with her first child. She told her fans in a Q&A session on Instagram Stories that she's made two trips to hospital because of thyroiditis. 'Ended up in hospital twice over my first trimester for fluids and to monitor bub when my thyroiditis was at its peak!' she wrote. Dom also shared that she had lost six kilos since falling pregnant due to the illness and was 'scared of being judged for that'. 'I lost six kilos and feel like a shell of myself right now, so trying to put on weight and eat as much as I can while I still don't really have an appetite. It's a journey,' she said. Thyroiditis is a condition causing thyroid gland inflammation, often caused by the autoimmune disease Hashimoto's. Dom recently confirmed she will be a solo parent, days after announcing her pregnancy. The former reality TV star has split from her boyfriend Jarod Bogunovich, and deleted all traces of the Bondi skater from her social media. Domenica exclusively confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that she will be raising her child as a single mum, as she addressed the break-up rumours. 'I am incredibly excited about this next chapter in my life and feel truly empowered by my decision to step into motherhood on my own terms,' she said. 'While I will be welcoming this baby as a solo parent, I am grateful to have the support of the father in a co-parenting capacity.' Domenica, who rose to fame in 2022 on season nine of the hit series, said she is embracing this journey 'wholeheartedly'. 'Been a little MIA working on my greatest project the MAFS alum captioned her pregnancy announcement post. She added: 'Due September 2025.' Domenica is asking her fans to respect her privacy, as she explains that she is 'proud' that she has made 'the best decision' for herself, and her unborn child. 'This journey is one that I embrace wholeheartedly, with all its highs and lows, and I am beyond proud to be stepping into this role [as a single mum] with strength, love, and a deep sense of purpose,' she said. 'I also want to acknowledge and support others who choose to embark on parenthood alone - there is so much power in making the best decision for yourself and your child.'

See the moment the daughter of an Aussie sporting legend FLIPS another fighter over her shoulder during a boxing match - and why an MMA great now wants her to join the UFC
Australian boxing star Jasmine Parr demolished her opponent Efasha Kamarudin, sealing victory on Wednesday night in Sydney via a technical knockout in the fifth round. The 22-year-old Australian, who is the daughter of Aussie combat sports legend, John Wayne Parr, blasted her way past her undefeated Singaporean opponent, with a relentless onslaught of punches, to extend her fighting record to 8-1 at the ICC Exhibition Centre in Sydney. However, there was a controversial moment during the fight, when Parr appeared to throw her opponent over her shoulder. The Queenslander, who has received the backing of Aussie UFC great in recent weeks, backed her 34-year-old opponent into the ropes with a string of punches. Kamarudin advanced forward and swung a big right hook at Parr. The Australian, whose last fight came earlier in May, ducked out of the way of the big swing, appearing to get underneath the Singaporean as her momentum carried her away from the ropes. Parr then stood up, lifting Kamarudin with her over her shoulder with a fireman's carry. She then flipped Kamarudin over her back, with the 34-year-old's hips transitioning above her head, before falling to the canvas. Thankfully, Kamarudin managed to twist her body in the fall, preventing her from landing on her head and neck. 'That could have gone either way,' the commentators on Kayo said. The referee briefly paused the bout and gave Parr a warning over the illegal throw, with the fighter still going on to claim victory. Fighting runs in the blood for Parr, with her dad, John, who is also known as 'The Gunslinger', having claimed 10 world championships during his glittering kick boxing and Muay Thai fighting career. He also boxed professionally too, having won 11 out of 14 professional fights, claiming knockouts in 10 of those. Parr began her fighting journey practising kickboxing and would later transition into boxing, having only lost once in her career - a defeat by Aussie boxing queen Shannon O'Connell last year. Even Alexander Volkanovski has been impressed with her fighting ability, and perhaps after flipping her opponent over her shoulder in tonight's bout, the Aussie MMA great might be even more keen to coax Parr to join the UFC. Her manager is Ash Belcastro, who also represents the likes of Volkanovski. 'I'd absolutely love for Jazzy to go to the UFC,' Belcastro said to Fox Sports. 'And we have spoken about it already. 'Right now though, she's shutting me down. 'She has goals and aspirations in boxing and I respect that. 'I'd actually love for her to achieve what she wants in boxing and then switch straight across to the UFC. 'Because she's a boxer who has also been a Muay Thai fighter, a kickboxer, and given her lineage … absolutely she can be a success there'.

Strictly's Vicky Pattison proves feud with Sam Thompson is over as she poses with star after finally unblocking him
STRICTLY Come Dancing's Vicky Pattison has proved that her feud with Sam Thmpson is officially over, as she posed with the star after unblocking him on social media. Vicky's years-long feud with fellow reality TV alum Sam Thompson is no secret. 4 4 4 They've been regulars on the reality TV circuit for more than a decade and delivered hours of entertainment off and on screen. But they've also clashed a number of times in the past. It all kicked off in 2017 when Geordie Shore legend Vicky criticised Sam's sister, Louise Thompson, over her working out on holiday. Made In Chelsea star Sam then hit back in a video of his own, saying only he was allowed to mock his sister. The war of words quickly escalated and Vicky responded by blocking Sam on social media – a block that would last for five years. But clearly putting that feud behind them, the pair now looked in great spirits as they posed for a photo together. Vicky took to social media to share a carousel of images with people she's 'grateful' for. The reality star penned to her millions of followers: 'There's been a lot to smile about recently... but mostly, it's the people in my life I feel grateful for you 🥹🩷 'Tag the people you're grateful for in my comments... and let them know what they mean to you.' Vicky looked in great spirits as she posed with Strictly's Luba in the first photo, during a glam night out. Then, in another shot, she could be seen standing with Sam, as he put his arm around her and gazed in her direction. The telly stars looked delighted to be in each other's company. Things got frosty between the pals in the past when Sam appeared on Celebrity Big Brother. Viewers saw him get upset after he was warned in the Diary Room for flicking fellow housemate Jemma Lucy's nipple. Vicky, appearing on Big Brother's Bit on the Side, pulled no punches. Speaking about the incident to Rylan, she slammed his behaviour and said: 'I think there are two ways to look at this. "One, he got upset because he knew it was a joke, Jemma knew it was a joke and he didn't mean any offence by it. "Secondly, because he's an entitled little rat who is used to always getting what he wants.' The 'rat' remark ensured the feud had well and truly taken root. Despite having a mutual friend in Towie's Pete Wicks – who is Vicky's best mate and later became one of Sam's closest pals – the two reality stars stayed firmly out of each other's way. Vicky only lifted the block on Sam in 2022 after they unexpectedly bumped into each other at a Harry Potter premiere. But while both became close friends with Pete, they were rarely in the same room at the same time. 4
