After the loss to the Fever, Las Vegas head coach Becky Hammon shared her thoughts on the brutal blow.
Hammon credited Aces star A'ja Wilson for her offensive ability, yet threw subtle shade at the rest of the lineup, which struggled to find any sort of rhythym against the Fever.
"We had one person score more than two field goals and that was A'ja Wilson," Hammon said, per Moreau Sports Media. "They just wanted it more than us."
A'ja Wilson finished the game with 29 points, three rebounds and one assist.
Aside from A'ja Wilson, the Las Vegas Aces mightily struggled. Becky Hammon was spot on with her postgame admission, given that the second-leading scorer for the Aces posted six points.
