Beauty enthusiasts are rushing to purchase a fake tan product that "ticks every box" and fulfils all the bronzing needs of those yearning for a sun-kissed glow just in time for summer.

Bezos hosts yacht foam party ahead of controversial Venice wedding
Jeff Bezos held a foam party on board his yacht as he prepared for his lavish wedding in Venice. The Amazon founder is due to marry Lauren Sanchez, the television journalist and author, in the World Heritage city this week. Protesters have vowed to disrupt the multi-million dollar event by jumping into canals and blocking the wedding party's water taxis. Dozens of private jets are expected to arrive at Venice's Marco Polo airport, bringing guests from as far afield as Los Angeles, Tanzania, London and Budapest. But before the celebrations, which are expected to last three days, Mr Bezos and his fiancee threw a raucous foam party on board the Koru, his $500 million (£371 million), three-masted superyacht. The yacht, which sails under a Cayman Islands flag, is anchored off an island on Croatia's Adriatic coast. It will arrive in the Venetian lagoon this week, accompanied by a support ship, the Abeona, another mega-vessel, equipped with a helicopter pad. Mr Bezos, 61, was photographed wearing swimming shorts, laughing and joking with his Ms Sanchez, 55, as a giant cannon blasted foam onto the deck of the Koru. Ms Sanchez wore a black-and-red string bikini as a group of friends were seen dancing in the foam. Younger guests were photographed driving golf balls into the sea from the deck of the huge vessel. Protesters are preparing a hostile reception for the couple and the 250 guests they are reported to have invited for their three-day nuptials. Various activist groups have coalesced under the slogan 'No Space for Bezos', a play on the billionaire's Blue Origin space exploration venture. They say that hosting the wedding is emblematic of how Venice has sold its soul to tourism at the expense of locals, who face acute housing shortages, the closure of basic services and the replacement of local businesses by trinket shops and trattorias. They will have to face-off, however, against a rival group that is taking the opposite stance – that the wedding will bring Italy and the city millions of euros in revenue and the Amazon founder should be welcomed. Rallying under the slogan 'Yes Venice Can', the group consists of Venetian hoteliers, restaurant owners and business associations. The group said in a statement: 'We cannot allow a noisy minority to discredit the image of this city in the eyes of the world.' 'We will put on the very best welcome for Bezos, as we always do for those who choose Venice as a holiday destination or as a backdrop to big events. Venice is a city that welcomes people – it doesn't turn them away.' It added that Venice had 'always been a crossroads of cultures, travellers, merchants and famous people'. More than 90 private jets are expected to fly into Venice this week, bringing Hollywood celebrities and tech tycoons from around the world. The aircraft will touch down at Marco Polo airport on the mainland, just across the lagoon from Venice. Flight documents show there is a Gulfstream G650ER coming in from Los Angeles that belongs to Kim Kardashian, according to the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera. A flight from Tanzania will bring Paul Tudor Jones II, a billionaire hedge fund manager, while a plane from Valencia will bring David Geffen, the film producer and record company executive. Kylie Jenner will reportedly arrive from Budapest, while Oprah Winfrey, the actor and chat show host, will fly in from New York City. Bill Gates, the Microsoft founder, will come from Brussels, closely followed by Lachlan Murdoch, one of the sons of Rupert Murdoch, who will travel from London. Up Next Superman fans are still upset over David Corenswet's flying in a new snap from the upcoming movie about the beloved DC action hero. On seeing the picture, in which Superman looks like he's in an inspiring Amazon delivery ad, fans couldn't help but notice that David looked 'weird' in the wide-angle lens. 'The zoomed in fisheye lens look is so weird to me. I know everybody and their grandmother is obsessed with James Gunn and thinks he's some perfect filmmaker, but so much of the promotional material for this movie makes me want to not see it,' said @syaokuro on X. 'The close up shots look so weird,' said @Its_Me_Cole, while @ZibahTheCreator added: 'Why does it look AI generated than an actual studio work?' 'Probably gonna skip this one until it's free,' commented @Lbnumber34, while @adijain31 simply said: 'Looks funny af.' 'POV im waiting for you to give me my lil kiss on the forehead,' joked @Cuellar_Elissa about the hopeful facial expression on David's face. 'If I had to guess they've used this lens because it gives off a greater sense of speed and to be fair I definitely do get that feeling from it, even if it makes his face look a little weird because of the angle,' TheJosider defended. Will There Be A Season Two Of We Were Liars?
Prime Video's new series We Were Liars is already making waves, after it launched on the streaming platform on 18 June. Fans have been binging all eight episodes of the show in droves, leading it to rise in Amazon's Top 10. The family secrets and betrayal drama, starring Emily Alyn Lind and Shubham Maheshwari, is based on Emily Lockhart's YA novel of the same name, which was originally published in 2014 before it became popular after its BookTok resurgence six years later. However, the small-screen adaptation has a different ending to the novel, leading viewers hopeful for a second series. Warning: there are spoilers ahead… Mirren and Johnny and Johnny in We Were Liars ©Jessie Redmond/Prime We Were Liars follows Cadence Sinclair Eastman, her close circle The Liars (made up of her cousins Mirren and Johnny, and best friend Gat) and the Sinclairs, a wealthy American family who are known for their good looks, old money and enviable bond, who spend their summers holidaying on their private island of Beechwood in New England, across two summers. When she was 16, a mysterious accident changes Cadence's life forever, leaving her with amnesia, and she returns to the Beechwood a year on, seeking answers and in search of the truth. In the finale, Cadence discovers the truth – in fits and starts – but while the weight of the family secret is released from her shoulders, the ghost of her late cousin Johnny struggles to move on, with his fate seems to be tied to his mother Carrie. And the last moments of the eighth episode set up a second season of We Were Liars, opening the door for an earlier generation of the Sinclair family to become the main focus of the show. Not yet – but there are talks happening. Showrunners Julie Plec and Carina Adly MacKenzie dropped a big hint in recent interviews, although they admit they've yet to get the official green light. 'They are very supportive and just waiting on whatever data it is these algorithmic creators need to have before they write big check, so we're looking forward to the data working in our favour,' Julie told The Wrap, adding they have had 'endless conversations'. Carina remarked, 'We are, as usual, at the mercy of the robots.' While they're keeping schtum over the rumours that a potential second series could centre on a different generation of the family, Julie said, 'The best gift that Emily Lockhart gave us as we were sitting down to write We Were Liars was she published Family Of Liars, which was a prequel about the Sinclair sisters when they were teenagers. The book opens with Carrie telling the story of a very dark time and a very bad summer to her dead son.' She added, 'We just wanted the audience to know that there's still more story to tell, and we're really looking forward to the opportunity to be able to do it.' Whether or not a second series gets the green light, the showrunners are proud of the show. Carina told Variety that they're hopeful for another season – and possibly a third. 'The great thing about this show is that the first season has a satisfying, powerful ending. So I want people who generally don't tune in to the first season because they're afraid it's going to get cancelled, to know that they're safe to watch this show, and if it doesn't get a second season, you've still got a whole story,' she said. 'But also, Emily wrote three books and we love this world. We love our cast. We'd love the opportunity that exists for more story, so we're hopeful that we'll get to come back and do more. But also, should this be a limited series, I think it's a beautiful story.'
