Taapsee Pannu never forgets to document heartwarming moments from her personal life on Instagram, giving fans a reason to smile a lot more. On Thursday, the actress took to Instagram to post a sweet video from her recent visit to the Nanhi Kali project, which she has been deeply connected with for years. But this time, it was special. The reason? It was her first time visiting the NGO since marrying former Danish badminton player Mathias Boe in March 2024.
In the clip, Taapsee and Mathias are seen sitting side by side, surrounded by smiling faces of adorable kids and family from the community. The couple is garlanded with bright marigold flowers and women also brought plates filled with fruits, sweets and gifts. That's not all. They also performed a special tradition usually performed for a woman's first visit to her parental home after marriage.

Taapsee Pannu's Touched By Gesture
Moved by the sweet gesture, Taapsee, in her voiceover, shared how much the moment meant to her. In Hindi, the actress is heard saying, 'Although Mathias and I have been connected to these girls and their families for years, we did not realise this was our first time meeting them after getting married. The women reminded us and performed this rasam that takes place when a woman returns home after marriage. Sometimes, when you try to do good for others, so much positivity and joy come back to you. I am taking a lot of blessings home with me."
The Nanhi Kali project, which has been supported by Taapsee for years, focuses on educating underprivileged girls. She has been actively involved with the initiative for several years and even sponsors the education of 100 girls.
Meanwhile, Taapsee's marriage to Mathias was an intimate affair. The duo exchanged vows in a dreamy ceremony held in Udaipur in March last year.
What's Next For Taapsee Pannu
On the professional front, Taapsee Pannu was last seen in Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba alongside Sunny Kaushal and Vikrant Massey. She is now gearing up for her next release, Gandhari, directed by Devashish Makhija. In the film, she shares the screen with Ishwak Singh. The movie is set to release on OTT later this year.
After Gandhari, Taapsee will be switching gears for a lighthearted comedy-drama and the details about the cast and storyline are still under wraps.
