How Rad-140 Enhances Workout Intensity and Recovery
But what really makes Rad-140 stand out is how it supports not just muscle development, but also your body's ability to recover from intense training. When combined with smart programming and nutrition, this compound can completely change how you train and how you bounce back.
Rad-140 was originally developed to combat muscle wasting in patients with degenerative conditions. However, its potential in sports performance has become undeniable. The compound binds selectively to androgen receptors in muscle and bone tissue, activating anabolic signals without triggering the broader side effects typically associated with steroids.
What does this mean in real-life results?
Users often report a significant boost in strength within the first 1–2 weeks of using Rad-140. This translates to more reps, heavier lifts, and greater workload capacity. Whether you're focused on hypertrophy, powerlifting, or athletic conditioning, that extra push helps break through training barriers.
One of Rad-140's most appreciated benefits is how it shortens the time needed between hard training sessions. Microtears in muscle fibers heal more efficiently, allowing you to train more frequently without overreaching.
This becomes especially crucial during strength cycles or cutting phases where muscle preservation is vital.
Rad-140 supports recovery through several physiological mechanisms. The first is its role in muscle protein synthesis, which becomes more efficient when androgen receptors are activated.
Another aspect is hormonal balance. While Rad-140 can suppress natural testosterone production to a degree, it doesn't convert to estrogen. This means users don't typically experience the water retention, bloating, or emotional fluctuations that come with estrogenic side effects making recovery cleaner and more linear.
Interestingly, compounds like the Itpp SARM are often discussed alongside Rad-140 for their role in oxygen utilization and muscular endurance. While Rad-140 is more anabolic, stacking strategies that include complementary compounds may amplify recovery even further. However, these should be handled with care and strategic planning.
Most beginners start with 10 mg per day, while more experienced users may go up to 20 mg. It has a relatively long half-life, so once-daily dosing is sufficient. A typical cycle runs 8 to 12 weeks, followed by post-cycle therapy.
Rad-140 performs best when paired with a solid resistance training plan and adequate protein intake. If you're running a deficit (cutting), this compound helps preserve muscle. If you're in a surplus (bulking), expect lean, dry gains without unnecessary fat or water weight.
Although Rad-140 doesn't aromatize, it can suppress endogenous testosterone. A mild PCT lasting 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient to restore hormonal balance. Users often turn to natural testosterone boosters or selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) to assist the recovery phase.
Rad-140 doesn't promise overnight miracles, but its performance-enhancing potential is real. Based on user feedback and community experiences, here's what's typically seen during a standard cycle: 3–7 pounds of lean mass added in 8–10 weeks
added in 8–10 weeks 10–20% increase in strength
Improved vascularity and definition , especially during cutting
, especially during cutting Faster recovery between training days, with less soreness
A look at do SARMs expire and compound stability is worth noting here. Like other SARMs, Rad-140 should be stored correctly typically in a cool, dark place to maintain potency. If you're sourcing from less-regulated suppliers, always check for third-party testing to ensure quality and shelf-life.
Despite its clean profile, Rad-140 isn't side-effect-free. The most common issues include: Test suppression – more noticeable at higher doses or longer cycles
– more noticeable at higher doses or longer cycles Sleep disruption – some users report lighter sleep toward the end of a cycle
– some users report lighter sleep toward the end of a cycle Mild aggression or irritability
Hair shedding – rare but possible with higher androgenic activity
These can usually be managed with responsible use, cycle breaks, and proper PCT.
Compared to other compounds like Ostarine or LGD-4033, Rad-140 tends to provide stronger anabolic effects without the added weight or puffiness. It's particularly useful for bodybuilders, power athletes, and even cross-trainers who want strength without sacrificing lean conditioning.
Its clean profile and effective recovery benefits make it ideal for: Deload weeks when athletes still want to maintain strength
when athletes still want to maintain strength Cutting cycles where muscle preservation is a priority
where muscle preservation is a priority Overreach training periods to reduce the risk of injury
Across lifting forums, social media groups, and private circles, Rad-140's reputation continues to rise:
'I added almost 6 pounds of clean mass in 8 weeks and didn't feel flat once.'
'My deadlift jumped by 40 lbs by the end of the cycle. Zero bloat. Felt great.'
'Stacked with Cardarine for cardio. Recovery was next level.'
These results reflect disciplined usage, proper dosing, and structured training—not just a reliance on the compound itself.
Rad-140 continues to earn its spot among the most researched and respected SARMs in the fitness world. With its impressive balance of muscle-building and recovery-enhancing properties, it helps bridge the gap between hard training and optimal results.
It's not a shortcut but a strategic addition to an already strong routine. If your training is consistent and your diet is dialed in, Rad-140 can help you push harder, recover smarter, and grow leaner without the baggage that comes with traditional anabolic agents.

AITX's RAD Publishes Case Study Detailing SARA's Agentic AI-Powered Transformation of Dealer's Operations
New Report Highlights How SARA Reduced False Alarms by 85% and Tripled Response Speed, Following TMA Webinar Presentation Detroit, Michigan--(Newsfile Corp. - August 12, 2025) - Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (OTCID: AITX), (the Company), along with its wholly owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) today announced the publication of a new case study detailing the successful deployment and performance of RAD's SARA™ platform at OneWatch, an Indiana-based monitoring center and a RAD authorized dealer. The release of this case study follows a recent presentation during The Monitoring Association's Virtual Product Review (VPR) series, titled "Agentic AI Is Transforming Remote Monitoring Operations, Are You Ready?" The full webinar is available for viewing by following this link. The newly published case study, titled "SARA, RAD's Agentic AI Monitoring Platform, Drives Efficiency at OneWatch," explores how OneWatch addressed staffing challenges, operator fatigue, and alarm overload by deploying RAD's SARA RVM solution. Designed to automate remote video monitoring, SARA enabled OneWatch to reduce false alarms by 85%, accelerate response times, and maintain service quality without increasing headcount. The results illustrate how AI-driven automation can directly support GSOC operations, helping organizations scale without compromising performance. OneWatch CEO Austin Smith cited SARA's seamless integration with existing infrastructure and its ability to autonomously detect, verify, and respond to incidents as decisive factors in OneWatch's adoption of SARA. "SARA has completely transformed how we approach security monitoring," Smith said. "Our operators are no longer overwhelmed by false alarms and can focus on genuine security threats." The platform's autonomous voice-down capabilities and detailed reporting tools now serve as a foundation for OneWatch's daily operations and long-term growth strategy. RAD's SARA platform shifted OneWatch's GSOC operations from continuous human surveillance to AI-supported exception management. Rather than manually monitoring hundreds of feeds, operators now rely on SARA to surface verified incidents and provide real-time context. This transition has improved operator morale, reduced burnout, and created a more efficient work environment. In addition to filtering nuisance alerts, SARA has demonstrated its value in deterring intrusions, preventing asset loss, and delivering faster incident resolution. The case study details specific incidents where SARA initiated autonomous responses that led to positive outcomes. At a healthcare facility, the system detected suspicious activity near a restricted area, which triggered immediate notifications, enabling on-site personnel to intervene before property was removed. In another event at a construction site, SARA's voice-down feature deterred a theft in progress while simultaneously alerting OneWatch and local law enforcement, resulting in a successful intervention without delay. Steve Reinharz, CEO/CTO and founder of AITX and RAD, emphasized the significance of the SARA deployment's impact on the broader monitoring industry. "In over two decades of innovation in this sector, I have never witnessed such immediate recognition and adoption of a new technology as we've seen with SARA," Reinharz said. "Monitoring centers are not just interested, they're acting. The results at OneWatch reflect what is possible when organizations are ready to let AI take a leadership role in their operations." The success of SARA at OneWatch signals a shift in how remote monitoring centers can evolve to meet growing demand without relying solely on human resources. By integrating agentic AI into daily operations, OneWatch not only improved internal efficiency but also strengthened its competitive position in the market. With SARA handling routine detection and engagement, the company has redefined operator roles, transforming them into AI Surveillance Analysts focused on incident resolution, client communication, and strategic oversight. RAD is actively working to bring similar outcomes to its network of nearly 100 authorized dealers and GSOC operators across the country. By equipping partners with SARA, the Company aims to transform remote monitoring at scale, empowering more organizations to lower costs, reduce false alarms, improve response times, and enhance service delivery through agentic AI. Canada Helps US Keep Tabs on China Near Alaska
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Canada—a key United States ally in the Arctic and NATO—is actively monitoring vessels and has been tracking five Chinese research ships operating around Alaska since last week. China's Foreign Ministry did not immediately respond to a written request for comment. Why It Matters The presence of the Chinese research fleet comes as China—which has long described itself as a "near-Arctic state" and an important stakeholder in the region's affairs—expands its activities in the Arctic, including scientific research with potential military applications. Canada is part of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), which provides maritime warnings for North America. In July last year, a Canadian warship carried out an "Arctic awareness and sovereignty" mission to shadow a Chinese research vessel. What To Know In a written response to Newsweek on Monday, the Canadian Joint Operations Command said the Chinese vessels are not in Canada's territorial waters, which extend up to 13.8 miles from the coastline, according to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. According to the command, it has deployed a CP-140 patrol aircraft around Alaska to monitor vessels and approaches. The aircraft was previously tracked flying out of Anchorage as the Xue Long 2, a Chinese icebreaker capable of conducting research, reached the Arctic Ocean. A Royal Canadian Air Force CP-140 patrol aircraft arrives at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii on July 3, 2024. A Royal Canadian Air Force CP-140 patrol aircraft arrives at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii on July 3, 2024. Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class William Sykes/U.S. Navy The long-range patrol aircraft—also known as Aurora—is capable of conducting maritime intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare; strike coordination; and search and rescue, according to the Royal Canadian Air Force. "The top priority of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) is the defense of Canada and Canadians, and we will continue to conduct activities needed to detect, deter, and defend against potential threats in, over, and approaching Canada," the command told Newsweek. The U.S. Coast Guard said on Friday that its Arctic District works with international partners, the U.S. Northern Command, and the Alaskan Command to "constantly monitor" foreign ships operating near U.S. sovereign waters to ensure homeland security and defense. While China dispatches research vessels to the Arctic, the Canadian Coast Guard's annual Arctic summer operational season is underway, with seven of its icebreakers set to deploy between June and November to conduct a range of missions, including "Arctic security." One of the deployed Canadian icebreakers, CCGS Sir Wilfrid Laurier, has been conducting icebreaking and science support missions since July 17. According to a Newsweek map, it was tracked sailing eastward along the northern coast of Alaska and Canada as of August 6. What People Are Saying The Canadian Joint Operations Command told Newsweek on Monday: "Competitors are exploring Arctic waters and the seafloor, probing our infrastructure, and collecting intelligence using dual-purpose research vessels and surveillance platforms. The [Canadian Armed Forces] will continue to actively monitor vessels that continue to operate near Canadian territorial waters." The U.S. Coast Guard said in a press release on Friday: "The presence of these vessels is consistent with a three-year trend of increased activity from Chinese research vessels operating in the U.S. Arctic. Last year, three Chinese research vessels conducted research operations north of the Bering Strait." China's Embassy in Washington, D.C., previously told Newsweek: "China has always conducted normal maritime activities in relevant waters in accordance with international law, including the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. We hope the parties concerned will view this matter in a proper manner, without undue suspicion or groundless speculation." What Happens Next It remains to be seen whether the Canadian military will deploy naval vessels alongside patrol aircraft to enhance surveillance of Chinese research vessels operating in the Arctic.
