Zelenskyy's announcement came after a phone call he had with his American counterpart, during which the latter briefed him on the main points of his conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin during the Alaska summit held the previous evening. The two leaders had met to discuss a possible agreement to end the 'Russia-Ukraine war' issue.

Russian air defenses shoot down 29 Ukrainian UAVs
Moscow - Saba: The Russian Defense Ministry announced today Saturday that 29 Ukrainian drones were downed in the southwestern regions of the country last night.
