Several officers and firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Interstate 75 early Thursday.

Firefighters from the Miami Valley Fire District were dispatched at 2:26 a.m. to reports of a vehicle fire on I-75 SB at Miamisburg Centerville Road, according to a Montgomery County Regional Dispatch sergeant.

It will take the following route: West on E Xenia Dr. to E. Dayton Dr. Southwest on E. Dayton Dr. to OH-444S (S. Central Ave./ Kauffman Ave.) Southeast on OH-444S to W. Dayton Yellow Springs Rd. South on W. Dayton Yellow Springs Rd. to Trebein Rd. South Trebein Rd. to Dayton Xenia Rd. Multiple lanes on two roadways have been closed for construction due to a hole in the road. In an update from the Ohio Department of Transportation, Colerain Police posted on social media Tuesday afternoon that work would begin Tuesday night. Drivers can expect the lane closures nightly, from 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day, until all repairs to the hole in the roadway are completed.
