Melanie Lynskey's Daughter Makes Her Red Carpet Debut as the Cutest Publicist in Hollywood
Melanie Lynskey is no stranger to the spotlight, but at the recent Lilo & Stitch world premiere, it was her daughter who stole the show. While there were no photos taken of her at the premiere, she did technically make her red carpet debut; and it was in the most adorable way possible.
On May 17, E! News shared a truly adorable video of Lynskey and her daughter. They shared the video to X, the app formerly known as Twitter, with the caption reading, 'Melanie Lynskey's daughter is her personal publicist at the #LiloAndStitch World Premiere. ❤️'

In the heartwarming photo, we see Lynskey posing for the cameras at the premiere, rocking a floral denim mini-dress. Then, off to the side, we see her daughter in a Hawaiian-inspired ensemble, holding her mom's name card over her face! She's both keeping her anonymity and becoming her mom's lil publicist.
For those who don't know, Lynskey and Ritter started dating in 2013, later getting engaged in Feb 2017. They later married in 2020.
They welcomed a daughter in 2018, but didn't announce it until 2019; and have yet to release her name to the public to keep her privacy.
In a previous interview with People, the Yellowjackets star talked about how much she loves being a mom. 'I feel so fortunate to have my daughter, and I love her,' she said. 'It's like the joy of my life. Every day, I'm like, 'Thank you, thank you, thank you for this child.' I want to spend every minute with her.'

The 'Love the Way You Lie' rapper's publishing company Eight Mile Style filed a lawsuit against Meta Platforms—which owns Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp—accusing the tech company of copyright infringement and seeking over $109 million in damages, according to court documents filed May 30 and obtained by E! News June 3. In the filing, Eminem (real name Marshall Mathers) alleges that Meta violated the copyright of 243 songs from his catalog through the 'unauthorized storage, reproduction and exploitation' of the tracks on their platforms. The lawsuit cites the apps' features, including Original Audio and Reels, as tools that 'allow and encourage its users to steal' his music to use in video content 'without proper attribution or license.' As a result, the Grammy winner is seeking monetary damages for 'the diminished value of the copyrights by Defendants' theft of them, lost profits, and Defendants' profits attributable to the infringement.' Alternatively, he asked for the maximum statutory damages, requesting $150,000 for each of the songs in question across all three of Meta's platforms, totaling a whopping $109,350,000. The Detroit native has frequently channeled his personal life in his music, often rapping about his difficult childhood as well as his turbulent relationships with his late mother and ex-wife Kim Mathers. In fact, he previously shared that expressing himself artistically has had a positive impact on his mental health. Woman Kicked out of Courtroom for What She Yelled at Sean 'Diddy' Combs
Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal trial took an unexpected turn on June 3 when the proceedings were disrupted. A female heckler yelled out his nickname in the Manhattan courtroom, along with "several profanities," according to People. "These motherf—ers are laughing at you," she screamed and then added, "You're laughing at a Black man's legacy" and "Pull your gun out, ninja, I dare you." Judge Arun Subramanian had her removed from the courtroom while Combs reportedly did not react to the disruption. The disturbance came on a crucial day of testimony from Eddy Garcia, a security guard at InterContinental Hotel in Century City, CA where Combs was spotted by surveillance cameras beating former girlfriend Cassie Ventura in 2016. The CCTV video was leaked by CNN in 2024. Garcia said on the stand that the music producer asked him for the footage because it would otherwise "ruin him," per The Independent. Garcia testified that his boss offered it to Combs for $50,000. Per Garcia, the video was delivered to the performer in exchange for $100,00 via a paper bag. Garcia's boss reportedly had "to sign an NDA with a $1 million penalty." Combs is facing two charges of sex trafficking, two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, and a racketeering conspiracy charge after federal investigators accused him of "kidnapping, drugging, and coercing women into sexual activities, sometimes using firearms or threats of violence" between 2004 and 2024, per the BBC. His trial, which began on May 12, is expected to last eight to 10 weeks. He faces life in prison for the racketeering charge alone. Combs has continued to maintain his innocence to the charges, but he apologized for his behavior after the Ventura clip surfaced. "I take full responsibility for my actions in that video," Combs said in a now-deleted Instagram statement in May 2024. "I was disgusted then when I did it.
