Keeping Up with the Kardashians mansion hits the real estate market for $8.9M

Daily Mail17-07-2025
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians mansion, which doubled as the faux exterior for the famous family's home on their E! Network show, just hit the market.
Fans can now own a piece of reality TV history as Advance Estate Realty's Jane Trang Dang listed the 8K-square-foot, seven-bedroom, and nine-bathroom property on Monday with a price tag of $8.9M - according to TMZ.
The current owners never lived in the secluded house aside from 'throwing a few parties' there, and mainly considered it an investment for their real estate portfolio.
The nostalgic mansion features a gourmet kitchen outfitted with high-end Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, a private patio with sweeping canyon views, dual walk-in closets, wine cellar, and screening room.
There's also a resort-style backyard with a pool, spa, and built-in BBQ.
The palatial property should not be confused with Kris Jenner 's 8,860-square-foot Hidden Hills home, which was used for filming interiors from 2007-2021, and she put it on the market for $13.5M last February.
'I've shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family,' the 69-year-old momager told the New York Times.
'And I'm excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.'
Tomer Fridman of Christie's International Real Estate Southern California currently holds the listing for Kris' (born Kristen Houghton) mansion.
In 2021, Jenner could be seen bidding a fond farewell to her 'old house' while eating breakfast there with a couple of her daughters not long before the show finally ended in June.
'I love it here,' The Kardashians producer-star told her daughter Khloé Kardashian as she fried up some bacon for them in the kitchen. 'This is where my heart is.'
Kris shared: 'I know all the little nooks and crannies, I know all the little noises, I know every creak on the steps - the black and white checkered floors, the white countertops and the La Cornue stove.'
Flashback clips abounded, including of the Roaring Twenties-themed party that Jenner's daughters threw for her 60th birthday.
The twice-divorced grandmother-of-13 was also seen telling her daughter Kim Kardashian: 'I know how the door opens and closes in the middle of the night and this is my home base. I feel good here.'
The 44-year-old SKIMS CEO responded: 'Yeah, I mean a lot has gone down in this house, especially in this kitchen.'
The twice-divorced grandmother-of-13 serves as executive producer of Ryan Murphy's legal drama All's Fair - premiering this fall on Hulu - which stars her daughter Kim Kardashian (M) as LA lawyer Allura Grant
Kris - who recently made headlines for her face lift by Dr. Steven Levine - currently lives in a $20M 16K-square-foot Hidden Hills mega-mansion right next to Khloé's $17M mansion.
Jenner will soon begin production on the seventh season of her famous family's Hulu reality show, The Kardashians.
The Calabasas socialite also serves as executive producer of Ryan Murphy's legal drama All's Fair - premiering this fall on Hulu - which stars Kim as LA lawyer Allura Grant.
Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash, Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson, Glenn Close, Matthew Noszka, Elizabeth Berkley, Ed O'Neill, Judith Light, Brooke Shields, and Jessica Simpson will also appear in the show.

Sean ' Diddy ' Combs is aiming to headline Madison Square Garden. Marc Agnifilo, the head lawyer for the 55-year-old music mogul, told CBS Mornings that the I'll Be Missing You vocalist has his sights set on the New York City staple for a comeback concert. 'He's going to be back at Madison Square Garden - and I said I'll be there,' the lawyer told the network's Jericka Duncan in a segment slated to air Thursday. Agnifilo told Duncan that Diddy told him he wants to 'get back with his mother, and the people who love him and miss him.' Duncan asked the attorney, 'So he's talked to you about getting back into music?' Agnifilo replied, 'No - honestly, he has not - OK, one thing he said, he said' was that he's 'going to be back in Madison Square Garden. Real Housewives of Brisbane star lists stunning six-bedroom mansion

High-profile businesswoman Fleur Madden is set to put her Queensland mansion under the hammer. Madden, who was cast in the axed Real Housewives of Brisbane spin-off, has not listed a price guide for the two-storey, six-bedroom property she shares with her husband, mining executive Jimmy Gwisai. According to sales records, the median sale price for large upscale properties in Coorparoo, where the home is situated, is an impressive $2.5million The couple's property, dubbed The Palms, is inspired by the architecture found in Florida around Palm Springs. Highlights include a dazzling façade, stone archways, a pink blush front door and a private dining room that features a built-in 'wine wall' and spectacular chandelier. There's also a curved staircase, terrazzo tiling, oak timber floors, a beautifully appointed 'media room' and a home office that can double as a bedroom. The ground floor offers an open-plan layout combining an oversized kitchen and living space, which opens out to a covered patio and al fresco dining and pool area. Other highlights include soaring three-metre ceilings and a master suite occupying an entire corner of the top floor, which also features a grand ensuite and dressing room. Impressive 'classic' details are featured prominently in the appointments, including French doors and windows. It comes after Madden, who runs the Ginsburg Advisory business brand, was all set to star in reality spin-off, The Real Housewives of Brisbane. Announced in 2023, Foxtel dropped the Brisbane edition in favour of a second Sydney season. Madden was to feature in a cast including couture designer Sonia Stradiotto and jewellery designer Jimena Alejandra. Speaking to Adelaide Now at the time, Alejandra revealed that she was first approached in 2022. Also interviewed for the story was Madden, who said that the network had plans to make the series different and less frivolous than its predecessors. 'They were specifically looking for businesswomen and women that had their own success, they were trying to make it different,' she told the publication in 2023. It was earlier reported that The Real Housewives reality franchise would be moving to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. According to The Courier Mail, suitable candidates living in Queensland's wealthiest postcodes were being sought out. Producers had approached a number of high-profile women, and some reportedly declined the opportunity, opting to keep their lives private.

Eddie Palmieri, pioneering Latin jazz musician and Grammy winner, dies aged 88

Eddie Palmieri, the avant-garde musician who was one of the most innovative artists of rumba and Latin jazz, has died aged 88. Fania Records announced Palmieri's death Wednesday evening. Palmieri's daughter Gabriela told the New York Times her father died earlier that day at his home in New Jersey after 'an extended illness'. The pianist, composer and bandleader was the first Latino to win a Grammy award, in 1975 for the album The Sun of Latin Music, and he would win seven more over a career that spanned nearly 40 albums. He kept releasing music into his 80s, even performing through the early coronavirus pandemic via livestreams. Palmieri was born in New York's Spanish Harlem in 1936, at a time when music was seen as a way out of the ghetto. He began studying the piano at an early age, like his famous brother Charlie Palmieri, but at age 13, he began playing timbales in his uncle's orchestra, overcome with a desire for the drums. He eventually abandoned the instrument and went back to playing piano. 'I'm a frustrated percussionist, so I take it out on the piano,' the musician once said in his website biography. In a 2011 interview with the Associated Press, when asked if he had anything important left to do, he responded with his usual humility and good humour: 'Learning to play the piano well ... Being a piano player is one thing. Being a pianist is another.' Palmieri dabbled in tropical music as a pianist during the 1950s with the Eddie Forrester Orchestra. He later joined Johnnie Seguí's band and Tito Rodríguez's before forming his own band in 1961, La Perfecta, alongside trombonist Barry Rogers and singer Ismael Quintana. La Perfecta was the first to feature a trombone section instead of trumpets, something rarely seen in Latin music. With its unique sound, the band quickly joined the ranks of Machito, Tito Rodríguez, and other Latin orchestras of the time. Palmieri produced several albums on the Alegre and Tico Records labels, including the 1971 classic Vámonos Pa'l Monte, with his brother Charlie as guest organist. Charlie Palmieri died in 1988. Eddie's unconventional approach would surprise critics and fans again that year with the release of Harlem River Drive, in which he fused Black and Latin styles to produce a sound that encompassed elements of salsa, funk, soul and jazz. Later, in 1974, he recorded The Sun of Latin Music with a young Lalo Rodríguez, and the album became the first Latin production to win a Grammy. Eight-time winner Palmieri was instrumental in the creation of the best Latin jazz album category at the Grammys in 1995; when the category was eliminated in 2011, he accused the academy of 'marginalizing our music, culture and people even further'. The category was reinstated the following year. In the 1980s, he won two more Grammy awards, for the albums Palo Pa' Rumba (1984) and Solito (1985). Palmieri released the album Masterpiece in 2000, which teamed him with the legendary Tito Puente, who died that year. It was a hit with critics and won two Grammy awards. The album was also chosen as the most outstanding production of the year by the National Foundation for Popular Culture of Puerto Rico. During his long career, he participated in concerts and recordings with the Fania All-Stars and Tico All-Stars, standing out as a composer, arranger, producer and orchestra director. In 1988, the Smithsonian Institution recorded two of Palmieri's concerts for the catalog of the National Museum of American History in Washington. Yale University in 2002 awarded him the Chubb fellowship award, an award usually reserved for international heads of state, in recognition of his work in building communities through music. Over his career, Palmieri worked with renowned musicians such as timbalero Nicky Marrero, bassist Israel 'Cachao' López, trumpeter Alfredo 'Chocolate' Armenteros, trombonist Lewis Khan and Puerto Rican bassist Bobby Valentín. In 2010, Palmieri said he felt a bit lonely musically due to the deaths of many of the rumberos with whom he enjoyed playing with.
