Shannon Sharpe's ex-girlfriend reveals horrifying threats he made after alleged 2010 rape
A former girlfriend of embattled NFL legend Shannon Sharpe claimed their decade-long relationship ended with a restraining order after the Hall of Famer allegedly raped and threatened to ruin her if she ever spoke out, according to a previously undisclosed 2023 lawsuit.
Michele Bundy Evans filed a $4 million defamation lawsuit against Sharpe for divulging their ongoing legal dispute on television after news broke that she filed a restraining order accusing him of sexual assault and stalking for the September 2010 incident, according to court documents obtained by The US Sun.
The resurfaced accusations come just days after another woman, identified in court docs as Jane Doe, accused Sharpe of rape in a $50 million civil lawsuit — allegations the 56-year-old has repeatedly denied.
3 Shannon Sharpe's relationship with an ex-girlfriend ended with a restraining order, according to a previously undisclosed 2023 lawsuit.
The defamation lawsuit filed by the scorned ex alleged that Evans and Sharpe were arguing when the football star forced his sweetheart of nearly 10 years to her knees and sexually assaulted her before raping her.
Evans claimed she sought legal protection after the former Denver Bronco hurled threats of 'ruin' if she ever publicly disclosed the disturbing incident, according to the suit.
The restraining order was dropped shortly after it was filed, CBS reported, with Evans claiming she was harassed at home with her daughter over her decision to go after her former beau.
Sharpe's legal team refuted Evans' lawsuit, which is pending, as 'nonsense.'
'Michelle Evans' claims are ridiculous and completely without merit,' Vincent Morris, Sharpe's attorney, told The Post Thursday night.
'She could not find a lawyer to take her case and if you read her complaint, you'll see it is filled with nonsense. Shannon has had no contact with her for many years and we understand that she is still on probation after serving three years in prison.'
Evans, who was jailed for a 2017 domestic incident with her alleged abusive husband, now fears for Sharpe's latest accuser, who filed her lawsuit on Sunday in a Nevada state court.

'I want people to understand what Shannon did to this woman, by doxing her, by putting out her name, by putting out her OnlyFans account,' she told the Sun.
'That was horrifying, because things are going to happen to her because of that. I still get it to this day, and I went through a lot of things, as you can see in the complaint, that actually even stemmed from it.'
The latest lawsuit alleged Sharpe committed assault, sexual assault, battery, sexual battery and engaged in the intentional infliction of emotional distress during a 'rocky consensual relationship' that lasted nearly two years with a woman more than 30 years younger than him.
The woman's legal team has released a pair of audio clips that are said to be of Sharpe telling the Jane Doe that he would 'choke' her.

Sharpe's lawyers have pushed back on the claims, alleging that the pair had been in a consensual relationship that involved 'role-playing' and 'fantasy.'
The ESPN 'First Take' star, who is also accused of threatening to kill the woman multiple times and sexually assaulting her in 2024 and 2025, announced his temporary leave from the sports network Thursday.
'My statement is found here and this is the truth. The relationship in question was 100% consensual,' Sharpe, who was also a Baltimore Raven, wrote in a statement posted to social media.
'At this juncture I am electing to step aside temporarily from my ESPN duties. I will be devoting this time to my family, and responding and dealing with these false and disruptive allegations set against me. I plan to return to ESPN at the start of the NFL preseason.'
ESPN, in a statement to The Post, said the network agreed with Sharpe's decision to step away.

NFL Insider Floats Eagles as Possible Destination for Jaire Alexander
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Earlier this week, the Green Bay Packers made the expected move to part ways with their star cornerback, Jaire Alexander. For months, it was suggested that Alexander could be a trade candidate out of Green Bay. As the Packers struggled to move on from the highly-paid veteran cornerback, they made the decision to cut ties with Alexander as most teams across the league entered the mandatory minicamp phase of the offseason. As usual, many teams were linked to the standout cornerback once he hit the open market. The Philadelphia Eagles were one of many teams that received encouragement from fans and analysts to give Alexander a look for the 2025 NFL season. More Photo byCould the Alexander-Eagles pairing actually come to life? One prominent NFL Insider wouldn't rule it out. "Jaire Alexander, if the price were right and you're doing a one-year deal–whatever the number is, a low number–they can go make that work if that's what they wanted to do," ESPN's Adam Schefter said on 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia. 'Now, Jaire Alexander, if the price were right and you're doing a one-year deal – whatever the number is, a low number – they can go make that work if that's what they wanted to do.' - @AdamSchefter says Jaire Alexander could be a fit for the Eagles if the price were right.… — 97.5 The Fanatic (@975TheFanatic) June 11, 2025 Schefter's comments came shortly after he threw cold water on the idea of the Eagles looking to add the Cincinnati Bengals' star pass rusher, Trey Hendrickson, through the trade market. Adding either of them would be a high-profile move for Philadelphia, but they are both different situations. Hendrickson is in search of a new contract, and he's looking for a major payday. Any team interested would have to get a new deal ready in addition to giving up assets to get him off the Bengals' hands. In Alexander's case, the contract price just has to be right for both sides. Earlier this week, a former Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback suggested the Eagles could have a major advantage in Alexander's market since they've recently won at the highest level. "If I'm Howie, I roll the dice because one thing Howie has that the other teams have.. Championships!" Bryant McFadden said this week. "A recent championship. That can be a great recruiting pitch to get a guy like Jaire Alexander." The Eagles are comfortable with the youth in their secondary, but they recently lost some seasoned veterans in the defensive backfield. Darius Slay took on a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Isaiah Rodgers took his talents to the Minnesota Vikings. While Alexander carries availability concerns with him, playing in just 14 games over the past two seasons, the Eagles will have great insurance with their DB group. With 78 games under his belt, Alexander has registered 287 tackles and 12 interceptions. He's appeared in seven playoff games since 2019, racking up 28 tackles, three interceptions, and five pass deflections.

NFL free agency: Former Arizona Cardinals LT D.J. Humphries signs with LA Rams
NFL free agency: Former Arizona Cardinals LT D.J. Humphries signs with LA Rams D.J. Humphries joins the Rams after his contract with the 49ers fell through. Former Arizona Cardinals left tackle and first-round pick D.J. Humphries is returning to the NFC West, but not in the it was expected. He was expected to sign with the San Francisco 49ers at the end of April after the NFL draft. That apparently didn't happen. After the initial report, a contract did not get finalized, meaning he remained a free agent. But according Humphries' agency, he has signed with the Los Angeles Rams. Humphries was drafted in the first round by the Cardinals in 2015 and played eight seasons, seven as a starter. He made one Pro Bowl. After he tore his ACL at the end of 2023, the Cardinals released him and he, after recovering, signed with the Kansas City Chiefs, playing two games for the AFC Champions. Now 31 years old, he offers the Rams some tackle depth. As he joins a fellow NFC West team, he face the Cardinals twice in the 2025 season, including a homecoming trip to State Farm Stadium. Raiders Legend Tim Brown Drops Surprising Player Comparison for Ashton Jeanty
Raiders Legend Tim Brown Drops Surprising Player Comparison for Ashton Jeanty originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Raiders organization has no shortage of legendary players and historic moments to reflect back upon from their days in Oakland and Los Angeles. Advertisement Unfortunately, they have been unable to replicate their previous success in Las Vegas, or in the two decades since they last made an appearance in the Super Bowl. This has largely been due to the team's inability to effectively find talent, especially in the early rounds of the NFL Draft. However, the team picked one of the most surefire prospects in recent memory this season when they chose Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty with the No. 6 overall pick. Former Raiders wide receiver Tim Lee-Imagn Images While Jeanty has been compared to Hall of Fame running backs like LaDainian Tomlinson, Barry Sanders and Marcus Allen, former Raiders wide receiver Tim Brown went a different route. Advertisement He spoke on Tuesday's edition of the Up & Adams show and compared Jeanty to a surprising former Raider. "The guy that he really reminds me of is Napoleon Kaufman," Brown said. "I think Napoleon came into the league very undersized body, or whatever. But I mean, he had the ability to return punts and kicks and do a lot of great things. And his ability to hit a hole and explode was really, really amazing." Kaufman did not have a superb NFL career despite being drafted in the first round by the Raiders in 1995. He contributed just one campaign of over 1,000 rushing yards and played only six NFL seasons before retiring. Given the draft capital that the Silver and Black just invested in Jeanty, him having a similar career to Kaufman would be underwhelming. Advertisement Jeanty was regarded head-and-shoulders above Kaufman as a college prospect, considering he ran for 2,601 yards and 29 touchdowns last season for Boise State. Under head coach Pete Carroll and offensive coordinator Chip Kelly, Jeanty should see a high volume of carries during his rookie season. Barring injury, this workload would all but guarantee him eclipsing Kaufman's 490 rushing yards as a rookie. Brown may be tempering the expectations of Raiders fans, but Jeanty is showing signs of blowing Kaufman's career out of the water.
