Zofia Rogers is of Capital Dance fame
She wrote: 'Health update: After months of appointments, tests, scans and investigations I finally have a diagnosis of MS (multiple sclerosis).
'This has come as a huge shock to me as I never expected it to be something like this, and I'll have to have lifelong treatment to manage my symptoms and make sure it doesn't get any worse.'
She continued: "I'm really lucky that I've found it super early and I only had 2 lesions on my brain so hopefully with correct treatment it will stay at a mild level.
"Although I'm massively in shock at this outcome and it wasn't something I was expecting, I'm also relieved to finally know what's been making me feel so unwell for so long. "
The radio star said she's been referred to an MS specialist, who "will be able to get [her] started on treatment."
She ended her poignant statement by saying: "I'd love to connect with other people who have MS as I'm still trying to learn and understand more of what it all looks like, and kind of wrap my head around it too."

MS calls for clarity after livestock ban at Royal Welsh Show
Livestock entries have been banned from certain areas at this year's Royal Welsh Show and an MS is calling for clarity. The decision follows the introduction restrictions due to the spread of the bluetongue virus, which could result in around 40 per cent fewer cattle taking part in the event. James Evans MS raised the issue in the Senedd and called on the Welsh Government to issue a clear statement on its approach to the outbreak. Mr Evans said: "We need clarity from Welsh Government as to their approach on tackling Bluetongue. "We should be following the lead of England on this. "Many farmers in my constituency are cross-border, accessing markets in Hereford, and we need to ensure that farmers are not punished. "I hope that the much-needed clarity will come before the Royal Welsh Show and that this decision may be reconsidered. "This is not the first time the show has been beset with restrictions due to disease, and I am sure the show will go on."

Mars confirms White Maltesers returning after 'huge demand'
White Maltesers, which left the shelves 11 years ago, are officially coming back. They have recently been seen by shoppers, with some wondering if it was leading to an official return. Now Mars Wrigley, which is also responsible for M&Ms, Snickers, Skittles and, of course, Mars bars, has confirmed the news. A packet of the returning White Maltesers (Image: Mars Wrigley) Mars confirms White Maltesers returning after 'huge demand' White Maltesers were launched by Mars in 2003 in the UK. However, the chocolates were discontinued in 2014 due to "low sales". Since then, fans have been demanding the treat make a return, with multiple petitions even appearing online. One fan on X (formerly Twitter) said: "@MaltesersUK bring back the white chocolate Maltesers please." Another person posted: "Had a dream last night that white chocolate maltesers were back and I bought a whole crate of them." Discontinued UK Sweets/Chocolates Now, after what Mars Wrigley has said was "huge public demand", the popular snack is making its "long-awaited comeback". The new product combines the "classic Maltesers crunchy centre with a "thin layer of white chocolate". A spokesperson from Mars Wrigley said: 'We're delighted to bring Maltesers White Chocolate back for the passionate fans who have been anticipating their return for years. "Maltesers is all about encouraging people to look on the light side of life and so definitely try them if you've not done so before.' Fans excited for return of "all time favourite" White Maltesers White Maltesers have been spotted in some UK stores and shared on social media. Facebook account Newfoodsuk posted a picture of a packet with the caption: "Trying the new White Chocolate Maltesers, and yes they are as good as we remember." Fans rushed to the comments with excitement. One said: "I need them right this instant. They are my all-time favourite snack and wanted them back so much." Another said: "Ahhhh these are one of my favourite chocolates everrrrrr, where can I get these! I've been waiting years!!" A third joked: "Waited my whole life for these to come back." North Wales MS shares his time at Wrexham Maelor Hospital
MS for North Wales June 8th marked the 10th anniversary of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board first being placed in special measures. Speaking in the Welsh Conservative Debate calling on the Welsh Government to initiate a Public Inquiry into the Health Board, I referred to my own experience as a patient at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, 'where the staff were brilliant, but the system was clearly breaking', and said 'Llais North Wales, the people's voice in health and social care, told me two weeks ago that the Health Board remains the primary concern reported to them'. As Chair of the Cross-Party Group on Disability I met the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice ahead of her Statement on the Welsh Government's Disabled People's Rights Plan. Responding to the Statement in the Chamber later, I quoted the Chair of the Disability Rights Taskforce's Housing and Community Working Group, who said the draft document was 'a smokescreen' rather than a Plan, and asked how the Welsh Government will ensure that this leads to real change rather than becoming, as he put it, 'a collection of vague intentions dressed up as progress. No targets. No teeth. No real-world accountability'. I asked the Cabinet Secretary for Finance to respond to the concerns of Wales' disability sector that the UK Government's proposed reforms to disability benefits risk further disabling people in Wales by compounding poverty and exclusion. Responding to the Statement on 'Volunteers' Week' by the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, I praised voluntary sector organisations but expressed concern at the 'avalanche' of cuts in the sector following the Welsh Government's failure to protect the funding for the vital services they provide, thereby generating false economies and far higher cost pressures for statutory service providers. I Chaired a meeting of the Senedd Public Accounts and Public Administration Committee, which included an evidence session with the Welsh Government on Active Travel in Wales. Other engagements included meeting Ukrainian frontline journalists and Ukrainian war crimes investigators from 'Truth Hounds'; Polish Heritage Days 2025 Celebration; Gylfinir Cymru/Curlew Wales meeting, as Wales Species Champion for the Curlew; and 'Transforming Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Diagnosis in Wales'. I also met the Chief Executive Officer of Rhyl-based not-for-profit organisation RCS, Wellbeing for Work; met the All-Wales Deaf Mental Health and Wellbeing Group (AWDMHWG) and Dr. Christopher Shank from Bangor University, to discuss the AWDMHWG Deaf Health Project through Bangor University; visited The Vale Grocer at Denbigh Farmers Market; and. watched 'Tick, tick…Boom!' at wonderful Theatr Clwyd, Mold.
