A : Nikolaj Sorensen, CEO: The transition to the new device for OX124 involves minimal changes, primarily in the handling of the device. We are starting the manufacturing switch now and do not anticipate major work. The timeline depends on FDA discussions, but we are using the delay in receiving the original device component to prepare for the new device. We expect minimal commercial implications and will update once we have FDA feedback.
The company experienced a decline in volumes for its main product, Subsol, particularly due to high deductibles and Medicare policy changes.

Q: Is there any ongoing work for OX640, and what are the next steps for partnering? A: Nikolaj Sorensen, CEO: We are adjusting the manufacturing process for OX640 based on recent study results and preparing to upscale production. We aim to have a partner in place before starting full-scale manufacturing, as some partners may want more control over the supply chain. Discussions with potential partners are ongoing.
Q: Can you elaborate on the market position of Suboxone and the reasons for the volume decline? A: Nikolaj Sorensen, CEO: The volume decline is mainly due to United Health Group's high deductibles and Humana's changes in Medicare policy. These factors have historically impacted Q1 volumes. Despite a slight market share decrease, our market position remains stable, and we expect volumes to recover in subsequent quarters.
Q: How is the strategic overview of Orexo affected by market volatility, and what are the plans for potential partnerships? A: Nikolaj Sorensen, CEO: We are focusing on optimizing our R&D pipeline and exploring partnering strategies for Amorphox. While the market is volatile, we are not in a hurry to make strategic moves. We are open to discussions with companies interested in partnerships, but we are satisfied with our current US business performance.
Q: What is the outlook for Orexo's financial performance and cash flow management? A: Fredrik Jarrsten, CFO: We have a stable financial position with a focus on cash flow optimization. Our US business is profitable, and we are continuously improving cost efficiency. We expect positive cash flow from operations and are comfortable with our working capital position.

How the Brooklyn Nets can help the Boston Celtics this NBA offseason
Can the Brooklyn Nets help the Boston Celtics this NBA offseason? As the team in the league with the largest payroll that is also over the second apron long enough to incur the worst penalties mandated by the collective bargaining agreement (CBA), the Celtics are staring at being hit with a potentially historic payroll and tax bill on top of the punitive team building penalties the CBA will dole out on Boston. Enter the Nets, who are the only team in the Association that is going to have the sort of cap space the Celtics would need to absorb the kind of salary necessary in single-team deals to get Boston out of being a second (and perhaps even first) apron ball club. There are other, more complex ways the Celtics could get cheaper -- and others that would take more time -- but if the Celtics want to get cheaper in a hurry, all roads lead to Brooklyn. Advertisement The cohost of the CLNS Media "Garden Report" podcast, Bobby Manning, sat down with the New York Post's Brian Lewis on a recent episode of the show to talk over the potentiality for a Nets-Celtics cap cleansing team up. Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say. Baird Lowers Tesla (TSLA) to Hold, Citing Valuation and Robotaxi Risk
Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) is one of the 10 best tech stocks to buy according to billionaires right now. On June 9, Ben Kallo of Robert W. Baird downgraded Tesla from Buy to Hold mainly on valuation concerns, while keeping his price target unchanged at $320. In his view, much of the recent upside in the stock, up over 20% since Q1 earnings, has already factored in the excitement around Tesla's planned robotaxi service and the prospect of a lower-cost electric vehicle. Hadrian / Kallo cited two key areas of concern behind the downgrade. First, he flagged elevated market expectations ahead of Tesla's upcoming robotaxi event, which he believes could be difficult to meet. Second, he raised questions around 'key-man' risk, pointing to ongoing uncertainty tied to CEO Elon Musk's central role in the company's strategic direction. While Musk has resigned from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), it may still take time for him to recoup investor confidence. While Kallo still considers Tesla a core long-term holding, he expressed skepticism about the near-term ramp-up of the robotaxi program, describing current projections as potentially too ambitious. He also noted that Elon Musk's political affiliations, particularly his perceived alignment with former President Trump, could introduce additional headline and regulatory risk moving forward. Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) is an EV manufacturer and clean energy company known for its innovative approach to sustainable transportation and energy solutions. It designs, manufactures, and sells electric vehicles, battery energy storage systems, solar products, and related services. It currently manufactures five different consumer vehicles: the Model 3, Y, S, X, and the Cybertruck. The 'father's mental load' and why men don't feel comfortable expressing it
The term "mental load" is commonly used to describe the responsibilities that women and mothers often bear for their families. But what about the mental load fathers carry? Haven Weits, 33, explored the topic in an episode of her podcast 'Haven!' with her friend Nick Mulenos, 35. 'Yes, we have things that we carry that the other partner may not carry,' he said on the May 5 episode. 'There's also an expectation among men that we handle our own stuff and we handle our own problems.' The clip, which amassed more than 53,000 views on TikTok, prompted some controversy in the comment section about the father mental load, whether it exists and why men don't feel comfortable expressing it. "Men use the same five chores as some sort of rebuttal to minimize their wives' work in the home while the majority of moms ALSO have a job," one Instagram user commented. "What many women don't get is the constant stress and fear that men are under constantly," another user commented. "There is no room for failure because if I fail, we all fail." There's no question fathers and men carry their own version of the mental load, said Dr. Mill Brown, chief medical officer at Spring Health, a mental health platform. And today's dads are more engaged and involved with their children than fathers in previous generations, research has shown. But societal pressure, a lack of male role models and a disregard for men's mental health have made it difficult for them to share their anxieties. 'Dads have been influenced by society to be tough, stoic, strong and hold these feelings in,' he said. 'Just because dads don't show their emotions as much as moms, doesn't mean that their feelings and stress do not exist in their family.' While Haven's mental load typically consists of daily tasks, her husband tends to think big-picture. Aaron Weits, 36, worries about long-term goals like where the family will live in five years, where the children will go to school and how to financially support those goals. 'It can be less tangible and sometimes because of that, it's harder to talk about,' he said. He also bears the burden of how to keep the family safe where they live in Los Angeles. He remembers his father doing the same thing and automatically assumed that role when he had children. 'Even if I'm hovering at the mall, I'm always keeping an eye on everyone,' Aaron said. 'It's not something I share, but it's almost innate. It's just a natural expression as a dad.' On top of household tasks and financial security, Mulenos said part of his mental load is how he can better support his wife and offload some of her mental stress. He also worries that expressing his mental load would inadvertently invalidate his wife's experiences and struggles. 'If they're bringing up 'Hey, I need help with what I'm carrying,' and your response is 'Look at what I'm carrying' – that can be invalidating,' he said. 'Even though that's not the intent, they don't want to push down what their wife is expressing to them.' A new age of parenting has created various pressures and challenges for both moms and dads, mental health experts said. Both parents tend to worry about income stability, financial issues, job performance and keeping track of a busy family. 'Trying to be a modern parent comes with its own pressures, especially when compared to traditional societal expectations for the role,' Brown said. Couples can share the parenting load by having a shared calendar, setting up regular family meetings to align on tasks and consistently sharing what responsibilities each partner is taking on, he said. Date nights and one-on-one time have helped Haven and Aaron be more receptive to each other's needs when sharing the responsibilities for their family. Though he wants more men to be able to effectively communicate their needs, Mulenos hopes both men and women can recognize the importance of understanding each other's mental load. 'What I want is for the conversation around the mental load – in general – to be continued and magnified,' he said. 'It's not that I want fathers to stay silent, I want them to be transparent with their feelings but I just want it to be seen as we're carrying our family forward.'
