'Creepy' Conor McGregor behaviour puzzles fans as he posts strange message
Images of McGregor appearing to show him kissing a mystery woman on a beach in Florida, emerged this week. The photographs appear to show McGregor wearing nothing but luminous green swimming shorts embracing a dark-haired bikini clad woman while sitting on a sun lounger.
A few hours after the images of McGregor on the beach with the woman emerged, news broke that the 37 year-old former UFC fighter had allegedly sent unsolicited completely nude photographs of himself to American rapper, Azealia Banks.
Banks, 34, claims father of four, McGregor, sent her the two images via her X (formerly Twitter) account. Banks, who does not follow McGregor on the social media app then took screenshots of the images and shared them with her 260k followers on X.
Surprisingly, a few hours later, Banks, posted on X saying she and McGregor have been sending each other unsolicited nudes since 2016.
Since news of the scandals broke, McGregor, who is engaged to long-term partner, Dee Devlin, has been active on social media where some former fans labelled him "creepy" and accused him of behaving like nothing had happened. In the wake of the scandals, Crumlin native McGregor posted several videos and family photos from his yacht in Sardinia on X (formerly Twitter). He has also failed to address the images that appeared to show him kissing a mystery woman on a beach in Florida. McGregor has also not denied that he sent the nude photographs of himself to American rapper, Azealia Banks.
McGregor, who continues to insist he intends to run in the up-and-coming Irish presidential election later this year, also shared a screenshot of an Irish Times story concerning fellow Aras hopeful, Mairead McGuinness.
"My brother in Christ, you were just seen cheating on Dee, again. Then being the super creepy pig by sending unsolicited photos of your c***, then proceeded to threaten your victim. Take a f'ing seat," responded one man called Ally.
Another man said: "Mate your sending pictures of your Johnson to random people. Give it up with this presidential crap."
A third person added: "Conor this is bizarre - why are you behaving like this never happened? It's no wonder most of Ireland can't stand you."
However, the reaction wasn't entirely negative. One man tweeted his support of McGregor's bid to become the next President of Ireland.
"Mate, u should be the next president of Ireland and put order there. Enough is enough."
Last November, a High Court civil jury found McGregor civilly liable for assaulting Nikita Hand. He faced allegations of "brutally raping and battering" Ms Hand at a hotel in south Dublin back in November 2018. McGregor maintained that their sexual interactions at the Beacon Hotel were consensual.
The jury sided with her, with €248,603.60 in damages awarded. McGregor has mounted an appeal against the ruling that got underway earlier this month.
McGregor has now been absent from the UFC for over four years. His last fight, a second successive defeat to Dustin Poirier in July 2021, saw him break his leg.

From her chart topping Running/Planning, to her witty and controversial hit The However, with just a little over a month until the highly anticipated record drops - CMAT has taken aim at former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern in the album's latest single. To announce the release of the title track Euro-Country, CMAT shared a snippet from one of the verses which tells the story of the 2008 crash from her perspective as a pre-teen in a small town. READ MORE IN MUSIC Ahern is mentioned by name and loosely features in the music video for the song. As Dunboyne native CMAT passionately spins around a sparsely decorated room, she belted out the lyrics: "All the big boys. All the Berties. All the envelopes, yeah they hurt me." Making reference to the hardships people faced, she continues: "I was 12 when the das started killing themselves all around me. "And it was normal. Building houses. That stay empty even now, yeah. And no one says it out loud but I know it can be better if we hound it." MOST READ IN THE IRISH SUN In the song's music video, the 29-year-old donned a long-sleeved baby-blue top that featured the bejewelled wording "Bertie". And it's not the first time the singer has made her feelings about the former politician known, as in a 2023 interview with Hot Press she scolded the idea of him ever running for president. She said: "I would make it my personal f***ing mission to make sure that he doesn't win." Her forthcoming album deals with the legacy of the boom and bust of the Irish economy in the early noughties through a kitsch euro-trash dream. She previously "My dad had a job in computers, we didn't really have any money, we weren't affluent, but we were fine. "Everybody else on the estate we lived in worked in construction, or in shops, and they all lost their jobs. Everybody became unemployed. "Then, in the village I grew up in, there was a year or 18 months where loads of the people I went to school with, their dads started killing themselves because they'd lost everything in the crash." EUR-JOKING Sharing the snippet of the new song with fans, she wrote: "The fourth single from my forthcoming album, conveniently also named EURO-COUNTRY, is coming soon." Friends and fans raced to the singer's comment section to share their reactions. Darragh joked: "You've cancelled Bertie Ahern's presidential bid and we thank you." Georgina commented: "I was 20 in 2008 and was still trying to figure out a path for myself and remember all of this too well. "I've never felt lyrics to a song so deeply. This is just incredible." Another fan added: "Bye bye Bertie." Despite much speculation Ahern or Fianna Fail are yet to confirm their nomination for the upcoming Irish presidential election.

‘An underdog that bites back, just like me' – Snoop Dogg joins Luka Modric as co-owner of Swansea
The 53-year-old star, who hinted at investing in the club by helping promote the club's shirt launch earlier this week, has joined Croatian midfielder Luka Modric in linking up with the Swans. He said: "My love of football is well known, but it feels special to me that I make my move into club ownership with Swansea City. "The story of the club and the area really struck a chord with me. This is a proud, working class city and club. An underdog that bites back, just like me. "I'm proud to be part of Swansea City. I am going to do all I can to help the club, and I look forward to getting to know all my YJBS." On Sunday Snoop Dogg unveiled Swansea's new kit with the south Wales club taking a playful dig at Wrexham's Hollywood owner Ryan Reynolds. Deadpool actor Reynolds had responded to Wrexham's own kit launch by posting a picture of himself on Instagram wearing the latest shirt while holding a dog. Swansea reacted by turning to another famous 'canine' face for their kit unveiling ahead of the 2025-26 season, posting on X: 'Dogg included @SnoopDogg. 'Nuthin' But A Wales Thang, the Jacks are ready. We're the Pride of Wales.' Now the Swans have confirmed another high-profile owner has arrived in both Welsh football and, along with former American football star Tom Brady at Birmingham, in next season's Championship. The Swans said in a statement: 'Swansea City is delighted to announce global rap superstar and multi-platinum selling artist Snoop Dogg has become the club's latest high-profile co-owner and investor. 'The 53-year-old, who caused a social media sensation when he helped launch our 2025-26 home shirt on Saturday, comes on board a few months after Croatian football great Luka Modrić became part of Swansea City. 'Snoop is renowned as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time, and has sold 35 million albums worldwide across a performing and recording career spanning more than 30 years. 'The Death Row Records owner has won countless awards and received 17 Grammy nominations. 'He has also always had a deep love of sport, and football in particular. At one point he was a brand ambassador for the FIFA video game series, and has been pictured wearing a variety of team jerseys over the years. 'Swansea's home kit may be the latest in that sequence, but Snoop's ties to the club will run deeper than the donning of the famous white shirt as he formally becomes a member of club ownership. 'And it is hoped his global profile and love of football can play an important part in helping us spread the Swansea City name as far and wide as possible in order to boost our commercial performance to further support our aspirations as a club.' The club say they have unveiled a mural of Snoop Dogg on the stadium's West Stand. Chief executive Tom Gorringe said: 'It is very exciting for us as a football club to formally welcome Snoop Dogg as a co-owner and investor into Swansea City. 'His enjoyment and love of football is well documented and he has often spoken of a desire to get more involved in the sport. We are delighted he believes that being part of Swansea City is the right way to realise that ambition. 'Dogg is passionate about this project and helping us continue to raise the profile of the club to as wide an audience as possible.'

Rosie O'Donnell saves pensioner's life while out dining at Dublin restaurant
Comedian Rosie O'Donnell sprang into action while dining at a restaurant in Dublin earlier this week as she came to the rescue of an elderly woman who was choking on a piece of food. The actor, comedian and former talk show host, along with her youngest child Clay, moved to the Irish capital in January just days before Donald Trump returned to office as US President. The pair have been embroiled in a longstanding feud which stretches back nearly two decades, predating Trump's initial presidential run, back when Rosie was still a host on The View. Trump has repeatedly lashed out at her, branding her "disgusting" and "a slob" with "a fat, ugly face." Rosie had been out performing at the International Comedy Club on Wednesday evening and met up with her cousin Mary and her friend Kiki after the gig. The trio headed out to dinner at The Dylan Hotel in Dublin city centre when Rosie noticed a fellow diner who was in distress. The Sleepless in Seattle star took to TikTok on Thursday where she went into detail about the incident, explaining how she sprang into action after spotting that the 90-year-old woman was choking. Comedian and talk show host Rosie O'Donnell moved to Ireland in January with her eldest child, Clay (Image: GETTY) "I look across the restaurant and I see a 90-year-old woman choking, and she's with two women in their 50s, would be my guess, and I jump into action like, I'm an EMT, which I'm not, I'm a stand-up comedian actress," she said in a video posted on the social media site. "I'm eating my tuna tartar and I go, 'that woman is choking! That woman is choking!' "I get up, like nearly knock over the table, and I run over with Kiki and my cousin Mary, we run over to the woman, and I stand her up, and we put Kiki behind her and I put her fist in the right place, and she starts to give her the Heimlich, which she hadn't done before. "I'm holding her hands and talking to her and saying, 'it's okay, it's okay, can you breathe?' And I put my hand near her, and she could not breathe at all and she started getting red into the face, and now my heart is going, you know. "And I'm one of those people who in a crisis, I'm great, but after the crisis, I'm a mess. So it took about a minute [before] I screamed at the top of my lungs in this restaurant, 'call 9-1-1!' So, guess what? There is no 9-1-1. in Ireland, it's 999." Rosie was having dinner with her cousin and a friend at The Dylan Hotel in Dublin when she noticed a that fellow diner was choking (Image:for S) Rosie and her friend Kiki continued to perform the Heimlich maneuver on the elderly woman as her daughters watched on in horror, with the pair eventually managing to clear the woman's blocked airways. Rosie continued: "So, I'm coaching Kiki, who's doing it and I'm telling her what to do and I'm trying to calm the woman down and the daughters are upset. "My cousin Mary puts the napkin in front of her and says 'it's okay, get it out, get it out,' and I pushed Kiki's hand, and she got it, and something came out, a big wad of stuff. "It was unbelievable to me because I was thinking, 'am I going to have to do a tracheotomy?' I took a course, and it told they told you what to do if it wasn't working, and you we were in a dire situation, and we were in a dire situation." "I didn't know. In panic mode I go into thinking I'm Superman or something, and I'm not an EMT. But when I see something like that, I spring into action. "So the woman's name was Angela, she was 90 years old, and we're all sort of crying." Rosie said she was left in a state of shock following the incident and was unable to finish her meal, but noted that Angela had no qualms about tucking back into her food despite the distressing ordeal she had just endured. "So I go back to my table and I can't eat, my heart is going, I'm teary. And I look over, and there's Angela finishing her meal! Honest to God, it was unbelievable," Rosie said, laughing. "But I just wanted to say that if Angela or her daughters are watching, I'm so happy that everything turned out okay, and Angela, I hope you're feeling good this morning. "Really an unbelievable night. You know, sometimes God puts you in the right place at the right time, and you figure out what to do or what to say." Rosie finished off the video by responding to Trump's recent comments about her on his Truth Social platform in which the US President labelled the comedian 'a threat to humanity' and said he was 'giving serious consideration' to taking away her US citizenship. Hitting back at the US Commander-in-Chief, Rosie said: "Even though Donald Trump says I'm a threat to humanity, I'm not a threat to humanity here in Dublin. "I'm saving old women while I'm at dinner." Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news from the Irish Mirror direct to your inbox: Sign up here.
