'God are you stupid': Marjorie Taylor Greene goes after Fox News 'propaganda' for calling her names after Trump beef

Daily Mail6 hours ago

Firebrand Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene tore into 'unprofessional' Fox News host Mark Levin for calling her names online and ripped the conservative network for playing 'propaganda.'
The Georgia Republican and the longtime talk show host have been duking it out on social media for the past week, trading barbs over whether U.S. intervention in Iran is or is not in line with the MAGA ethos.
Levin, a staunch supporter of Israel, has been saying that the Jewish nation's attacks on Iran will eventually yield peace in the region.
Greene has argued that Americans are not interested in another foreign war and that Trump's base opposes another protected conflict abroad.
But when the president eventually struck Iran, Levin took a victory lap to bash Greene and others in the anti-interventionist camp, including Tucker Carlson and Steve Bannon.
'Marjorie Taylor Green, shameless nitwit. How incredibly dumb is this Marjorie Taylor Green?' Levin ridiculed the congresswoman on Sunday morning, spelling her name wrong.
The rift among the MAGA base appears to be widening with both sides continuing to hurl rhetorical barbs.
'I can't believe that Fox News allows one of their hosts to go around and call me names on his social media,' Greene said of Levin on Monday evening on One America News.
'That is so unprofessional, and it really speaks to what kind of media company Fox News is. I think that's horrible. And Mark Levin, obviously, he was a never-Trumper from the beginning.'
MTG, God are you stupid. And you keep banging your head against the wall. Thankfully, POTUS ignored you and hit the Iranian nuclear sites. You seem very upset about it. I'm not going away. You're on my radar.

The congresswoman told host Matt Gaetz that Levin was against Trump in 2016 and even 'tried to stop him from becoming president.'
Gaetz and Greene, who are similarly minded, both lashed out at Fox. Gaetz, a former congressman who departed from Capitol Hill last fall, called the outlet 'disgraceful for playing such an animating role in the other regime change wars.'
Greene agreed: 'That's a media company that would love to share propaganda on their on their network all day long, because it brings in the views.'
'Nothing like scaring the American people with another foreign war to get people to watch the news 24 hours a day.'
She also questioned how viewers could stand Levin, noting 'his screeching is absolutely unbearable.'
After clips of MTG's TV appearance circulated online, the Fox News host tore into the 'stupid' lawmaker.
'MTG, God are you stupid,' Levin wrote on X. 'And you keep banging your head against the wall. Thankfully, POTUS ignored you and hit the Iranian nuclear sites.'
He continued: 'You seem very upset about it. I'm not going away. You're on my radar.'
In the past week, Levin has taken to social media calling MTG 'incredibly dumb' and a 'shameless nitwit.'
He has also accused MTG of being a poser, saying that only the president can claim to be the leader of the MAGA base.
Greene has been posting about avoiding war between the U.S. and Iran since early May, when she posted an ominous warning about MAGA voters not wanting to get involved in a war with Iran.
'I campaigned for no more foreign wars,' she wrote in a May 2 post. 'And now we are supposedly on the verge of going to war with Iran.'
'I don't think we should be bombing foreign countries on behalf of other foreign countries especially when they have their own nuclear weapons and massive military strength.'

Israel's daring, dazzling, dangerous victory

THERE ARE immutable rules to Middle Eastern wars that not even Donald Trump can change. Once a ceasefire is announced, both sides rush to land one more blow. After the truce starts they sneak in a final volley. For ten hours after the president announced a ceasefire ending the 12-day Iran-Israel war, there were tit-for-tat strikes. By the time he got up on June 24th, Mr Trump had had enough, declaring on the White House lawn, 'they don't know what the fuck they're doing!' He then called Binyamin Netanyahu and read the riot act. Israel's jets turned back.

US strikes did not destroy Iran nuclear programme, says Pentagon assessment

The US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities did not destroy the country's nuclear programme and probably only set it back by months, according to a Pentagon intelligence assessment. The Islamic Republic's stockpile of enriched uranium was not eliminated in the bombings, sources familiar with an evaluation by the Defense Intelligence Agency told the BBC's US partner White House said the initial damage assessment was "flat-out wrong" and "a clear attempt to demean" President Donald Trump. The president has said the air strikes "completely and totally obliterated" Iran's nuclear enrichment facilities. More to come.
