The Laxmi India Finance IPO will be open for subscriptions on July 29, 2025, and close on July 31, 2025. The allotment for the Laxmi India Finance IPO is expected to be completed on Friday, August 1, 2025.
Laxmi India Finance IPO is a book-building issue of ₹ 254.26 crores. The offering consists of a fresh issue of 1.05 crore shares totaling ₹ 165.17 crores and an offer to sell 0.56 crore shares totaling ₹ 89.09 crores.
Laxmi India Finance IPO price band has been set at ₹ 150 to ₹ ₹ 158 per share
The lot size for an application is 94. The minimum investment for retail, considering the lot size and the price band of the IPO, is ₹ 14,100 (94 shares). The lot size investment for small NII is 14 lots (1,316 shares) worth ₹ 2,07,928, while for big NII it is 68 lots (6,392 shares) for ₹ 10,09,936.
Laxmi India Finance shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date of Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
PL Capital Markets Private Limited is the book-running lead manager for the Laxmi India Finance IPO, and MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime) is the registrar.
Laxmi India Finance Limited, founded in 1996, is a non-banking financial company.
The company provides MSME loans, auto loans, construction loans, and other lending products to help small businesses and entrepreneurs, with more than 80% of MSME loans classified as Priority Sector Lending.
Laxmi India Finance Ltd.'s revenue increased by 42%, and profit after tax (PAT) increased by 60% between the fiscal years ending March 31, 2025, and March 31, 2024.
Laxmi India Finance plans to use the proceeds of the IPO to increase the capital base to meet future capital requirements for onward lending.
As per Laxmi India Finance, it requires substantial capital for its business, and any disruption in our sources of funding or our inability to secure funding on favourable terms could adversely affect its liquidity, business, cash flows, results of operations, and financial condition.

Multibagger small-cap stock Paras Defence and Space Technologies hogged the limelight in trade on Thursday, August 21, following the announcement of an order win from Navratna public sector undertaking (PSU) Bharat Electronics (BEL). Paras Defence shares traded in a narrow range today, with its day's high of ₹ 692.95 and low of ₹ 672.35. The small-cap defence stock finally settled the day down just 0.04% at ₹ 680.55 on the BSE. The defence stock, in an exchange filing today, informed that it has received an order from BEL worth approximately ₹ 45.32 crore (including tax). The order pertains to the supply of signal and data processing systems and multi-sensor fusion systems. The above deliverables will be a part of Air Defence Applications. The order received by Paras Defence from Navratna PSU BEL has to be completed within 29 months or earlier. As of the financial year 2024-25 (FY25), Paras Defence's order book stood at ₹ 928 crore. Meanwhile, earlier this month, the company announced a teaming agreement with Germany-based High Performance Space Structure Systems GmbH (HPS GmbH). Under this agreement, Paras and HPS GmbH will collaborate exclusively in the Indian region to co-develop and supply advanced Unfurlable/Deployable Antenna Reflector Subsystems for space applications, the company said in a press release. Meanwhile, Paras Defence share price has risen 35% year-to-date (YTD) amid a strong traction for defence stocks following the India-Pakistan conflict. Additionally, it has risen 10.50% in the last one year. It has emerged as a multibagger stock on a longer time frame, delivering 101.75% and 112% returns over two years and three years, respectively. India Cements surged 7.86% to Rs 399.10 after its promoter, UltraTech Cement, announced an offer for sale (OFS) to divest up to 6.49% stake in the company. UltraTech Cement, the promoter of India Cements, will sell up to 2.01 crore equity shares representing 6.49% of the companys equity through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on stock exchanges. UltraTech Cement held 25.25 crore shares or 81.49% stake in India Cements as on 30 June 2025. The share sale will be conducted in line with SEBIs OFS guidelines on BSE and NSE through the separate OFS window. For non-retail investors, the offer opens on August 21, 2025 (T day), while retail investors can participate on August 22, 2025 (T+1 day). Non-retail investors will have the option to carry forward their unallotted bids to the second day for potential allocation from the retail portion. The floor price has been fixed at Rs 368 per share, marking an 0.54% discount to Tuesdays closing price of Rs 370 on the BSE. By 01:50 p.m. on T-1 Day, the OFS received subscriptions for 12.29% of the base non-retail offer size (1.81 crore shares). A total of 22,24,293 bids for the shares on sale were received. India Cements business is the manufacturing and sale of cement and cement-related products. The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 132.90 crore in Q1 FY26 as against a net profit of Rs 58.47 crore posted in Q1 FY25. However, revenue from operations rose marginally by 0.2% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 1,024.74 crore in Q1 FY26.
