Shivangi Joshi pointed out that the TV actors spend maximum time on sets, which leads to a growing emotional connection with each other.
Television actress Shivangi Joshi has offered an honest take on the idea of falling in love with co-stars on the sets. The actress, currently winning hearts with her role of Bhagyashree in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, did not hold back as she pointed out that the TV actors spend maximum time on sets, which leads to a growing emotional connection with each other. Calling it 'normal and human," Shivangi added that there is nothing wrong with developing a romantic bond with co-stars.
Shivangi shared these candid views during a conversation on Directors Kut Productions alongside Rupali Ganguly, Samridhii Shukla, Reem Shaikh, and Anita Raaj. When asked about her take on dating co-stars, she responded thoughtfully: 'It depends on what you want, where you are, aapki situation kya hai (what your situation is)."
Further emphasising how actors are left with no social circle for months outside of sets, she said, 'TV lead actors' life is like they are going on sets every day. 30 days, they are going to the same place and returning home so they don't have a life."
'So I feel if you are single and if you meet somebody on set and things work for you, then great. It's great. I think ye person to person bhi depend karta hai," she elaborated.
Shivangi does not find it odd to fall in love with co-stars while working with them on sets. According to her, 'There's nothing bad about it. You will get to see each and every side of that person."
Shivangi Joshi rose to fame as Naira in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. While she often stays in the spotlight for her impressive performances, her personal life, particularly her chemistry with Barsatein – Mausam Pyaar Ka co-star Kushal Tandon, sparked major interest among fans for the last few months.
In June this year, Kushal Tandon confirmed that the duo were indeed in a relationship but have now parted ways. Within hours of sharing, the actor deleted the post. While Shivangi is yet to make any formal statement regarding their alleged split.

New Cymbidium Orchid named after Sikkim environmentalist Kumar Yonzon

Gangtok, Aug 7 (PTI) A new variety of hybrid Cymbidium has been officially named 'Cymbidium Kumar Yonzon' by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), the International Cultivar Registration Authority for Orchid Hybrids, an official statement said on Thursday. The orchid is named after Kumar Yonzon, president of the Green Zone Society, based in Tashithang Kartok, Chalamthang Pacheykhani in Pakyong district. The naming recognises his work in the field of environmental conservation and biodiversity management, the statement issued by the Information and Public Relations department said. It said that the RHS, based in the United Kingdom, maintains records of new plant hybrids and cultivars. The inclusion of 'Kumar Yonzon' in its registry links the new orchid to global horticultural records. Yonzon has been involved in various initiatives related to conservation and awareness programmes in the region. The naming of the orchid was confirmed after the successful registration process was completed with the RHS, it said. 'Cymbidium Kumar Yonzon' is a cross between Cymbidium Magic Kiwi and Cymbidium Joan's Charisma. 'Cymbidium Kumar Yonzon' also featured during the Indian Orchid Festival 2025, held at the ICAR-National Research Centre for Orchids (NRCO), Pakyong, it said. Saahel's New Single ‘Baarish Mein Phir' Blends Indian Classical With R&B Vibes

Last Updated: Saahel's latest single Baarish Mein Phir is a monsoon-inspired track about long-distance love, blending electronic R&B with Indian classical melodies. After tugging at heartstrings with his viral track Tera Pata, singer-songwriter Saahel returns with Baarish Mein Phir—a soul-stirring ballad set against the gentle symphony of the monsoon. Released on August 1, 2025, the song merges smooth electronic R&B with the delicate touch of Indian classical melodies, weaving a soundscape that's both contemporary and timeless. Written, composed, and produced entirely by Saahel, Baarish Mein Phir is more than just a love song—it's a wistful letter carried by the rain. Inspired by the ache and magic of long-distance relationships, the track imagines a world where weather becomes the sole medium of communication, with each raindrop whispering unspoken emotions between two hearts separated by cities. 'The monsoon has always been deeply inspirational for me—it stirs something creative every time," Saahel shared. 'With Baarish Mein Phir, I wanted to write a song for people who aren't together anymore or live in different cities. It's about two people speaking to each other through nothing but the rain… and somehow, it's enough." Following the success of Tera Pata, which earned him a coveted spot on Spotify's Times Square billboard via the RADAR program, Saahel continues to deepen his storytelling with each release. His new song echoes the emotional resonance of Tera Pata while introducing a fresh narrative of longing, connection, and monsoon nostalgia. The single is now streaming on all major platforms and has already begun to strike a chord with listeners, reaffirming Saahel's growing reputation as a genre-blending, emotion-forward artist in India's indie music space. At just 22, Saahel has built an impressive trajectory—from training in Hindustani Classical music since childhood to going viral on Instagram with his Hindi versions and mashups of international hits. His acoustic takes on tracks like Maan Meri Jaan, Heartbreak Anniversary, and Stay have earned him millions of views, while mashups like Premika X Ishq Wala Love and Saiyyan X Glimpse of Us have become fan favourites. Earlier this year, he kicked off his Zariya Tour across India and delivered a standout performance in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands for the first time. With over 3.6 million streams on Spotify and a Radio City award for Best Young Indie Artist (2022) under his belt, Saahel's ascent in the indie scene continues to gain momentum. With Baarish Mein Phir, he offers yet another deeply personal yet universally relatable track—one that reminds us how love often finds a way to speak, even through silence… or rain. Hina Khan And Rocky Jaiswal On Love, Marriage And Healing Together: "He Stood By Me 24/7"

In an industry where glitz and glamour often overshadow a relationship, Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal are refreshingly real. While the couple, who tied the knot recently, like to keep things private, they recently signed up for a reality show called Pati Patni Aur Panga. In an interview with Times of India TV, Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal talked about their relationship and making it work even during hardships. The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, and her husband has always been supportive of her. "Rocky truly does so much for me. As a partner, especially when you're facing the most difficult phase of your life, having someone who stands by you, literally 24/7, means everything," Hina shares. "One of the hardest parts of this whole journey is dealing with anxiety, the fear of what the doctor might say next, the worry over test results. That anxiety slowly eats away at you from the inside. But having someone like him with me has been a blessing. With his support, I've never allowed myself to lose hope." View this post on Instagram A post shared by 𝑯𝒊𝒏𝒂 𝑲𝒉𝒂𝒏 (@realhinakhan) Rocky, who has stood steadfastly by Hina Khan during her battle with cancer, says what he has been doing is not something you should see as "something special or rare". "This should be the norm for everyone. It's not about a man doing something for a woman; it's about being there for your partner, no matter what. A relationship should always be a partnership, a balance of give and take, a true union. I don't feel like I'm doing anything extraordinary. In fact, if I weren't doing all this, I wouldn't be at peace with myself. Right now, it's not about me, it's about her, and everything should revolve around her well-being," shares Rocky Jaiswal. Despite their deeply personal journey, the couple has always kept their relationship low-key. "Many times people felt that inka breakup toh nahi hogaya (have they broken up)... are they even together? We would laugh it off. We are a couple who doesn't enjoy these things. Now, we have suddenly become active and started sharing reels from the time we have signed this show," reveals Hina Khan. Even their marriage did not change much between them. Hina Khan shares, "It was more like a societal thing. Otherwise, everything between us is exactly the same as before." Even their wedding vows were spontaneous and heartfelt. "We did not prepare at all, the vows that we said were just straight from the heart. We did not prepare at all," Rocky Jaiswal recalls. At a time when social media presence defines relationships, Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal's relationship is an example that love does not need loud declarations. The bond these two share with each other is less about the labels and more about genuine connections.
