Christina Haack has been frolicking around the world with her new boyfriend Christopher Larocca - but his ex has warned the HGTV star to be wary of what she says is a major red flag.
In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Andrea Deanna, who dated the businessman for over two years before he began dating Haack, made a series of shocking claims about her ex, as she raised questions about the timeline of their relationship.
Deanna, a medical esthetician and social media influencer, claimed she heard from a confidante that Larocca, 52, met Haack, 41, at the end of June when he was still dating her and while Haack was still married to Josh Hall, 44.
'While we were still dating, [Christopher and Christina] were dating, and she was still married, and they were still living together,' she told DailyMail.com
Hall filed for divorce from Haack on July 15, 2024 after nearly three years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. He noted their date of separation as July 8.
Deanna, 29, who was speaking to her ex up until early October, alleged she reached out to Hall at the time she found out about their partners' new romance as she was 'caught off guard' and figured he would be as well.
DailyMail.com previously broke the news that the TV personality had moved on from her ex and was dating Larocca. At that point, it had been 'a few months' but it is unclear exactly when they started dating.
A representative for Hall told DailyMail.com: 'We are not surprised about these rumors at all. What's surprising is it took this long for a media outlet to contact Josh and ask about it. We've been awaiting this question.'
Meanwhile, Larocca's rep told DailyMail.com that his client 'categorically denies' Deanna's claims. 'He ended his relationship with [Andrea] prior to his relationship with Ms. Haack. Any statement that they met in June is untrue,' his rep said.
Separately, Haack's publicist told DailyMail.com, 'This person continues to make false allegations and spread lies. Christina was separated when she met Chris.'
Deanna claims her relationship with Larocca, the president and CEO of Network Connex, broke down because he was 'disloyal.'
'Chris was disloyal, and he didn't respect me anymore and I finally just had enough,' she said, adding that they had trust issues. She claimed that one year into their relationship he was meeting up with his ex-fiancée behind her back.
'There's many layers to the story,' she said. 'How I first found out was, I would see little hints and signs when I was visiting in town. She would randomly show up in like a parking lot, she would send packages to the house when she knew I was visiting in town.
'She would reach out to me on Instagram. And then, once he was honest about what was going on, he said that he wouldn't do it anymore, and that he was going to be more loyal.
'And then last year in February, I caught him again, and that was like repetitive patterns that I saw that was happening, and things didn't get better from there.'
She alleged that after finding out the 'truth' in February about what had been going on between Larocca and his ex, he took her on a trip to Mexico and also paid her $30,000 'to get me to continue to date him.'
This was on top of an alleged allowance she had been receiving from him so she could have a more flexible work schedule and travel with him on his work trips.
Larocca's rep said in response, 'Mr. Larocca certainly did not agree to pay [Andrea] to stay in a relationship with him. [It] is untrue and preposterous.'
Deanna continued: 'You can tolerate only so much and forgive somebody so much. And last summer he was visiting me in July, and we had a little staycation in Sarasota, and that was the last visit...[I said] "we got to figure out how we can break up."'
Deanna is now warning Haack that she could experience the same alleged disloyalty.
'I mean, he definitely has a pattern between his ex-wife, his ex-fiancée, me, and maybe Christina down the road,' she said. 'I mean, I hope not. Hopefully he learns from his past mistakes, but I don't think so after the third, fourth time.'
During their relationship, Larocca would fly Deanna to visit him in Newport Beach, California, or he would visit her in Florida.
Deanna said that they were 'inseparable' after their first six months of dating, in which they would see each other 'every single week.'
She said he was an investor in her swimwear company, Beach Candy - allegedly investing $50,000 - and claimed they signed a contract in which he is 'liable to pay me a certain amount until the end of 2027' - an amount that she says is less than $20,000.
Documents obtained by DailyMail.com show that Beach Candy Fashion was filed as a Florida Limited Liability Company in March 2024 with Deanna listed as the authorized representative and Larocca as the manager.
In November 2024, he filed a voluntary dissolution, stating Beach Candy Fashion was 'no longer conducting business,' thus dissolving the LLC. Deanna, however, says she has plans to reopen it online in June.
Larocca's rep told DailyMail.com, 'While they were dating, Mr. Larocca did invest $50,000 in [Andrea's] boutique, but it closed in September and he is no longer involved in the business in any way.
'He is not aware that the business is currently operating in any capacity, and he has no affiliation or involvement in any business with [Andrea] whatsoever. Any statement that he is currently investing in her business or paying her in any capacity is untrue.'
Money doesn't seem to be an issue for the California man, especially since he and Haack have been packing on the PDA during their getaways to Paris and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where DailyMail.com obtained exclusive photos.
'We had a great time traveling all over the world,' Deanna said. 'I see him doing the same thing he's doing with her that he did with me... Recently, they went on a trip down to South Florida, and they stayed at the same place that we stayed at and rode the same bicycles.'
'The same gifts he bought her, he bought for me,' she continued, noting that she saw he bought Haack the same purse and a bracelet he had bought her.
Deanna claims Haack has already influenced his style which was 'very simple jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers.'
'Nothing like expensive designer [brands] like wearing Louis Vuitton sneakers or Dolce & Gabbana... It just wasn't him. It was more simple,' she explained.
She also finds it interesting that he's in the public eye since she insisted he's someone who normally 'doesn't like to be publicly put out there.'
'It's funny because, with me, he didn't want any part of it... I mean, he's a business guy, and so he has to stay under the radar. And now that he's dating somebody who's such a public figure, I don't know how that's affecting his relationship with his family, his [teenage] daughter, his work,' she said.
Even though he made a cameo in the season finale of The Flip Off, Deanna can't see him becoming a full-time cast member on one of Haack's TV shows, but said he may invest in one of the Flip or Flop star's businesses.
Despite her previous issues with Larocca, she believes Haack and Larocca genuinely 'look happy.' She described him as an 'affectionate, loving guy' whose love language 'is a giver.' 'He's not going to let a woman pay for anything,' she added.
If the timeline Deanna claims is accurate, Haack and Larocca would have met nearly a year ago. When asked if he would propose any time soon, Deanna said that he 'moves very quickly' in relationships, but she doesn't see it happening 'anytime soon' because of Haack's ongoing divorce from Hall.
In the most recent filing from March 2025, obtained by DailyMail.com, Haack was ordered by a judge to pay Hall $40,000 for attorney fees. They also agreed to attend meditation in May, in which Haack would have to pay all costs and fees.
'I feel like it's gonna be a long time before they get engaged,' Deanna said, adding: 'I hope one day he settles down and finds someone he can be fully in love with and be loyal.'
Larocca was married for eight years to his ex-wife before they divorced in 2015.
Haack has been married three times: to Josh Hall from 2021 to 2024, Ant Anstead from 2018 to 2021 and Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2016. She shares son Hudson, five, with Anstead, and Brayden, nine, and Taylor, 14, with El Moussa.
But she doesn't seem keen on walking up the aisle for a fourth time.
While chatting with guest judge Jeff Lewis on the season finale of The Flip Off, he jokingly asked Haack of the men she dates: 'Do you have to marry them all?'
