Basketball legend Andrew Bogut has listed another eye-catching property for sale, including an solar-powered yurt.
The NBA Hall of Famer has been making property moves following his decision to join the Sydney Kings as an assistant coach for the upcoming NBL season.
Bogut, 40, and wife Jessica have listed their farm with a restored farmhouse at Zara, located in the Tweed local government area.
The property features an eco-conscious home made from hempcrete, timber and glass, and there's also a solar-powered yurt with views of Bald Mountain.
"Set across 140 breathtaking acres Zara Springs is a visionary estate where nature, sustainability and refined living converge," the property's marketing states.
"Enveloped by panoramic vistas, natural springs and a tranquil lake adorned with water lilies, this property is a rare gem of ecological harmony and beauty.
"Wander through thriving citrus groves, a flourishing Manuka honey plantation and dedicated koala corridors that celebrate the land's native heritage."
The property has a price guide of $4.5 million to $4.9 million.
Cotality records show the home was purchased by the Boguts in November 2023 for $4 million.
Bogut is one of Australia's most successful basketballers, being the No.1 pick in the 2005 NBA draft when selected by the Milwaukee Bucks.
He played with the Bucks, Warriors, Mavericks and Cavaliers during a 14-season NBA career, winning a championship with the Warriors.
Meanwhile, in 2021, the seven-foot former centre sold a home at Concord for $4.1 million.
Bogut had bought the six-bedroom brick bungalow with an extension in 2018 for $3.5 million, when he inked a two-year deal to play for the Kings.
Earlier this year, the Boguts sold a home in Currumbin, Queensland for $7.13 million.
They had bought the home in 2019 for $4.45 million.
"Elevated above the tranquil waters of Currumbin Estuary, this tri-level, architect-designed residence offers a sophisticated beachside lifestyle," the property's marketing states.
"The award-winning home, known as 'The Copper House', was crafted by local architect Paul Uhlmann and brought to life by high-end builder Sanctuary28."
The seven-bedroom home, sitting on 774 square metres, had been a popular holiday rental, earning about $5000 a week.
Cotality records show the couple still owns a small Mudgeeraba acreage, which they bought for $6.45 million in 2021.
Also, in 2021, Bogut's controversial Melbourne property was snapped up within just 48 hours of being listed.
Bogut had planned to build a state-of-the-art home at the site.
Bogut bought the property for $4.7 million in 2015 and adjoining land nearby soon after.
However, he made the decision to list the home for sale after a long-running battle with council over his expansion plans.

Semi-pro giant-killers pull off another upset against A-League team

Australian soccer's giant-killers from Heidelberg United did not only topple another top-flight team on Tuesday night, they trounced them. There were raucous celebrations from the Warriors at Olympic Village after they overpowered A-League team Wellington Phoenix 4-0 in the quarter-final of the Australia Cup – Football Australia's version of England's FA Cup. The NPL Victoria team's quarter-final win came a week after their 3-0 victory over another A-League outfit, the Western Sydney Wanderers. It also set two new competition records, going down as the biggest win by a state league side against an A-League rival and becoming the first time state league team to record four 'cup-set' wins over A-League clubs. Goals from Max Bisetto and Asahi Yokokawa early in the second half followed a Wellington own-goal in the first half. Chok Dau delivered the crowd-pleasing fourth goal in the 85th minute. The Warriors are now waiting to see which A-League team they will come up against in the Australia Cup semi-final in September. It will be either Sydney FC or newcomers Auckland FC, who meet in their own quarter-final on Saturday night. Fellow NPL team Avondale FC have their chance to make the other Australia Cup semi-final on Wednesday night when they host the A-League's Brisbane City at Green Gully Reserve. While the NPL is a strong, state league competition, they theoretically should be no match for the full-time professionals who inhabit the A-League, with teams including Socceroos players and international recruits. Heidelberg are a powerhouse of the NPL, but their team remains a mix of players with full-time jobs and those who focus on their soccer careers, sometimes while coaching juniors or balancing part-time work.
