In April 2023, it was revealed that two of his firms had gone bust owing over half a million in debt.
Now, we can disclose more money woes for the fighter, now renowned more for his love life than antics in the ring.
His sports firm, The Undercard London, is facing closure, as its last set of accounts was for the year ending 30 September 2022 - nearly five years ago.
It is currently £280,400 in debt with Companies House proposing to strike the firm off.
Yet this action has been suspended, which is likely because of an objection from creditors, such as the bank or HMRC, which will be desperate to recoup their cash.
Another of his companies, Rapport Film Ltd, is also at risk of being shut down as the last set of accounts was three years ago. Again, this action has been suspended likely from a creditor intervening.
And his health firm, David Haye Accountability, was set up in December 2022 - and has never bothered to file accounts, which should have been produced nearly a year ago.
Meanwhile his online retail business, Haymaker Memorabilia, was also set up in 2022, and needs to produce a set of accounts within the next two months.
In 2016, David - who's made millions in the ring - went through a supposedly costly divorce with his then wife of eight years Natasha.

It led one of his deadly rivals Tony Bellew to hint that he has money problems, saying at one press conference between the pair: 'He's in a dangerous position, his life is in turmoil, he needs this fight on as fast as possible. He needs to cash Tony Bellew in.'
David's management consultancy firm HMGMT Limited was put into liquidation owing £368,874.
Debts owed including £91,542 to HMRC, £76,827 to suppliers and £45,000 to Coutts Bank.
It also owed £155,000 to The Arch Company, which guaranteed the company's lease.
Another company called HTCamp Limited, which was linked to a private gym where David coached aspiring boxers, was closed with debts of £155,505.
The Sun has contacted David's representatives for comment.
It comes as David recently announced a major career change.
He has his sights set on an acting career after making his film debut.
The former heavyweight world champ, 44, stars in Under The Gun, a short crime flick which premieres next month.
David has always had a desire to forge a career in acting after hanging up his gloves in 2018.
Of his new career, David said: 'Being directed by Charles Belleville and shooting with the amazing cast and crew was a privilege.
'Acting is a discipline, much like boxing - it takes commitment and preparation to deliver.
'I hope the viewing audience receive my acting as well as they have supported my boxing career.
'I would like to thank my acting mentor and producer, Alex Fidelski, for giving me this opportunity and credit to BUFF for giving our movie the platform to be seen.'
Under The Gun is set to be shown at the British Urban Film Festival on June 25.
David features alongside The Crown and Pirates of the Caribbean actor Kevin McNally.

The star-studded event, which coincides with the upcoming release of sequel Jurassic World Rebirth, was also attended by former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Countdown star Rachel Riley, and TV presenter Fearne Cotton. Freddy's visit comes days after he announced his rehab plans. He's reportedly doing so in an attempt to repair his fractured relationship with dad Jeff. Freddy is the youngest of Jeff's two sons. He and Goody also share 22-year-old Strictly Come Dancing and EastEnders star Bobby Brazier. Freddy is believed to be living with grandmother Jackiey Budden, to Jeff's chagrin. TV personality and ex-husband of Goody, Jeff, has reportedly taken legal action to keep the pair apart, growing increasingly worried as his son was photographed allegedly 'smoking a joint' with his gran. 'Jeff was never going to keep Freddy away from his nanny for very long,' a source told The Daily Mail of tensions between father and son. 'Jeff may hate her for all sorts of reasons going back many years, but Freddy loves her very much,' added the insider. Freddy's decision to seek rehab for his smoking 'addiction' comes as an attempt to repair his relationship with his father. More Trending In the post, he reveals that he's found a boxing club and rehabilitation centre where he hopes to get the habit under control. Prince Harry's latest stunt sends a terrible message – the King should sever him for good, says expert
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) PRINCE Harry has reportedly considered changing his surname to Spencer, stepping away from his family's name, Mountbatten-Windsor. While reports say the Duke of Sussex was counselled against the decision by Princess Diana's brother, Earl Spencer, royal experts have claimed that it 'sends a message' to the royals. 'It was only less than a month ago that he was pleading for a reconciliation with his father and his brother. 'And the next thing we hear, and I think the story was well sourced, he wants to change the name from Mountbatten-Windsor to Spencer. 'Well, that is sending a terrible message to the royal family that he doesn't really want a reconciliation. 'He wants to be completely severed from the royal family. 'And I think the king should grant his wish. 'I think he should sever him from the royal family.' The 40-year-old asked Princess Diana's brother - Earl Spencer - for advice during a visit to the UK, it is claimed. But the Duke of Sussex was reportedly told the legal side of doing so would be too difficult. A friend of Harry's told the Mail: "They had a very amicable conversation and Spencer advised him against taking such a step." There's nothing much left of 'erratic' Harry in terms of a man, he's just watching Meghan crack on Royal correspondent Sarah Hewson added on Royal Exclusive: 'I mean, is it to send a message to the royal family? 'Is it to say, 'ok, fine, you don't want to talk to us, then we're not a part of this anymore'. 'Is it because he feels much closer to his Spencer relatives? 'They are the ones who turned up for the 10th anniversary Invictus service at St Paul's, for example. 7 If Prince Harry changed his surname, his daughter would be known as Lilibet Diana Spencer Credit: Instagram 7 On The Sun's Royal Exclusive show Charles Raw and Sarah Hewson spoke to host Bronte Coy Credit: Supplied 'There weren't any members of the royal family there. Is it to honour his mother? 'Some more cynical commentators have suggested, well, it would be very good marketing in the United States to have the Spencer name and Lilibet would then be Lilibet Diana Spencer.' SURNAME CONFUSION Harry's children go by Mountbatten-Windsor - which combines the Royal Family's name of Windsor and the Duke of Edinburgh's surname. However, Meghan Markle claimed in her Netflix show that her surname is now Sussex. The couple became the Sussexes when the late Queen gave them the titles when they married in 2018. 7 Meghan said on Netflix that her surname is Sussex Credit: Netflix Harry previously had the title Prince Henry of Wales. But on his wedding day, he became The Duke of Sussex, a title which had been vacant since 1843. Meghan was seen to firmly correct Mindy Kaling after her friend called her Markle on her Netflix show. In an episode on With Love, Meghan, the Duchess said: "It's so funny you keep saying 'Meghan Markle' – you know I'm Sussex now. "You have kids and you go, 'No, I share my name with my children'. "I didn't know how meaningful it would be to me but it just means so much to go 'This is OUR family name. Our little family name.' " Mountbatten-Windsor is the surname of descendants of the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. 7 Relations have been tense between Prince Harry and his UK family in recent years Credit: Getty Questions were raised when Harry and Meghan called their daughter a princess for the first time in 2023, when her christening was announced. The children were then officially named as prince and princess on the Royal Family's official website. Archie and Lilibet are sixth and seventh in line to the throne. Before their titles were listed as prince and princess on the royal website, they were down as Master Archie Mountbatten-Windsor and Miss Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor. They gained the titles when King Charles became the King, as they are grandchildren of the monarch.

The 20-year-old showed up and showed out in an elegant cream and pink dress with sheer laced sleeves and back which draped to the floor. The British actress paired the look with some pointed nude heels and some simple jewellery. If you haven't already guessed Nico is the daughter to none other than actress Thandiwe Newton and famous director Ol Parker. Thandie and Ol also share 24-year-old Ripley and their youngest son Booker. Nico shot to stardom at just 14-years-old with her Hollywood debut of the remake of Disney's classic live-action Dumbo. She has gone on to have notable roles in HBO's hit series The Last Of Us and Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy. Now, the actress is set to star in her biggest role to date as Astrid in the upcoming live-action remake of the 2010 film How To Train Your Dragon. The film is set to release in the UK on June 9. The story will follow Hiccup played by standout actor Mason Thames on his journey bonding with a dragon, Gerard Butler will also be starring in the film as his father Stoick. How To Train Your Dragon Trailer (2025) official trailer This week, while promoting the film, Nico opened up about her famous mum and dad, on ITV's Lorraine, and revealed how "supportive" they were about her career. "My parents, the really lovely thing about both of them is that their advice is predominantly about, you know, how to be a good person, rather than, you know, how to behave on a film set," she said. "And I think that what's lovely about that is that the two kind of bleed into one another, because I think it's much more important to be a nice and normal person and be kind to others, rather than, you know, know what angle best suits you. "So, the advice that I get from them feels very, very much more so about life and things like that. 5 Nico is the daughter to none other than actress Thandiwe Newton Credit: Reuters "And the wonderful thing about that is that you can then take it on to work and wherever you go." Back in 2018, Thandiwe appeared on UK daytime show This Morning and spoke about how she manages her daughter entering the acting world. She said: 'Having a mother and father in the industry… she's been on endless sets. It's not that she takes it for granted, but it's not a world that she feels she's not entitled to be in. '(Plus) she has her mum right there like a lioness checking that everything is looked after. You can't stop the industry operating the way it has unless the truth comes out. 'I feel this great relief, excitement for the women coming into this industry now,' she added. 5 Nico's dad is famous director Ol Parker Credit: Getty
