Just days ago Kylie finally spilled the beans on the size of implants and who performed the surgery.
The admission was in response to influencer Rachel Leary, who had praised her chest as 'the most perfect, natural boob job ever' and begged for specifics.
Last week Rachel uploaded a video asking Kylie to share what she 'asked for' when getting her breasts done.
She captioned it: 'Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.'
Kylie Jenner reveals plastic surgery secrets including doctor details and breast implant size in buried TikTok comment
To the surprise of many, the beauty mogul replied directly to the clip, writing: '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.'
The TikTok exchange comes two years after Kylie first confirmed she had undergone a secret breast augmentation at 19 - something she denied for years.
Kylie's surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, is a well-known celebrity doctor and is a longtime favourite of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
He performed Kris Jenner's facelift on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, gave Kourtney Kardashian her boob job, and even carried out a revision facelift for Caitlyn Jenner pre-transition.

Kylie first confirmed her surgery in a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, revealing she had the procedure done before giving birth to daughter Stormi, now seven.
She told Stassie Karanikolaou: "I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of having Stormi – not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 – they were still healing.'
She admitted she regretted the decision, adding:
'I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous… and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.'
'I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children. I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19.'
Kylie's latest comments marked a major shift from years of denying surgery rumours.
In 2015, the influencer denied breast enhancement on her app, attributing her changing shape to weight gain and ageing.

Almost HALF of Brits are now on TikTok: Video app celebrates hitting 30 million UK users
It's the go-to platform for millions of people around the world, providing an endless stream of short yet addictive video clips. And in Britain, more people are glued to TikTok than ever before. In an official update, the Chinese-owned app revealed over 30 million people across the UK now use TikTok each month. With around 68 million people in the UK, it means the social app's reach extends to nearly half the population, nearly seven years after it launched here. The UK is TikTok's largest userbase in Europe, according to the social media app, which is owned by Chinese internet company ByteDance. And despite the looming ban in the US, TikTok has brought global fame to a whole raft of 'influencers' who earn a living through the platform. Adam Presser, director of TikTok UK and global head of operations and trust and safety, said the app has been the foundation for thriving small businesses, breakthrough music stars, 'viral historians' and more. 'I want to thank the more than 30 million people that make TikTok the vibrant and unique community it is today in the UK,' he said. The new official figure is based on the average number of monthly active users in the UK accessing TikTok between January and March this year. And at 30 million, TikTok's massive UK following represents about 2 per cent of the platform's global userbase. TikTok has an estimated 1.6 billion users worldwide, according to DemandSage – making it the fifth most popular social media platform globally. Facebook is the top social media platform worldwide with 3 billion users, followed by YouTube with 2.5 billion, WhatsApp (2 billion) and Instagram (2 billion). Despite trailing behind its rivals, TikTok has still achieved good growth in such as short time, having launched in the UK not even seven years ago. Social media consultant Rhea Freeman called 30 million 'a decent milestone' for TikTok UK, comparable to Facebook. Mark Zuckerberg's social network reached 30 million UK users in early 2011 – six years after it launched here in early 2005 – but Freeman thinks Facebook was something of a pioneer. 'Facebook had to break new ground as people didn't really get social media when it launched; with TikTok, it was already a known concept,' she told MailOnline. TikTok has an estimated 1.6 billion users worldwide, according to DemandSage - making it the fifth most popular social media platform globally Globally, most of TikTok's global users (135.79 million) are in the US, despite the proposed nationwide ban under President Donald Trump. Trump has long had concerns over the app's links to the Chinese government, which he believes could compromise the safety and privacy of US citizens. TikTok is known in China as Douyin where it was launched in September 2016, before being made more widely available around the world in 2017 and the UK in August 2018. It was originally positioned as an app for sharing choreographed dances to songs – adding to its popularity among children. But it now features a huge range of different content, from fashion and heath advice to book reviews, recipes, tutorials and challenges, along with 'influencers' who are paid to flog certain products. In 2024 the platform increasingly became a place for science communicators to share backyard chemistry lessons, tips for fossil collecting and more. However, TikTok – which allows children as young as 13 to create an account – has been surrounded with controversies in its short history. Children's charity Barnado's has warned of 'sophisticated groomers' who contact children using the TikTok's live comment functions and engage them in sexual behaviour. It also acts as a platform for dangerous trends to proliferate, such as the 'blackout challenge', linked to the deaths of at least 20 children. But Presser said the platform invests 'significantly in safety' globally and will invest at least another $2 billion (£1.4 billion) in the year ahead to help keep TikTok safe. According to Statista, 50 per cent of children in the UK use TikTok, making it the most popular social media app for youngsters. TikTok also revealed it would be expanding its 'already significant presence in the UK with a new London office and additional jobs. The new 135,000 sq ft office in Barbican, London, is set to open early next year – bringing its UK workforce to around 3,000. 'Whether through direct investment in jobs and innovation, or the wider economic contribution from millions of British businesses on TikTok, we're pleased to be increasing our investment and presence here in the UK, an important hub for TikTok,' Presser added. 'What underpins our continued growth is our deep commitment to safety and to creating an enjoyable and secure digital space to sustainably support creators, entrepreneurs and the wider economy.' TikTok: The Chinese-owned social media app that took the Western world by storm TikTok is a Chinese social media app where users can live stream, create short videos and music videos and Gifs with a host of functions. TikTok's tagline is 'Make every second count'. It was the most downloaded app in the US in 2018 and the world's fourth most downloaded app in 2018, ahead of Instagram and Snapchat. TikTok is known in China as Douyin where it was launched in 2016 and then made more widely available around the world in 2017. Douyin is still the version of the app used in China, available to download separately to TikTok. The app was merged with popular music video lip-syncing app also with headquarters in China. Most children use the app to film themselves lip-syncing to chart hits. It offers users a raft if colourful modification and editing tools including overlaying music, sound, animated stickers, filters and augmented reality (AR) for creating short videos. The Beijing based social network has more than 1 billion active users and the company is now worth more than $100 billion (£730 million).

Katie Price says 'I'd support Princess with OnlyFans' but one thing stopping her
Former glamour model Katie Price, who rose to fame as Jordan, has announced the return of her alter-ego and says she will support her teen daughter if she wishes to follow in her footsteps Former glamour model Katie Price has revealed that she'd support daughter Princess if she wanted to follow in her footsteps on OnlyFans. It comes as the glamour model mum-of-five prepares to bring back her X-rated alter ego Jordan with the help of new AI technology. Katie built her career in the 1990s as Jordan, however, after nearly 20 years as her alter-ego, Katie ditched her moniker and career went in a different direction. Now, mum-of-five Katie has declared 'Jordan has never gone away' and is making a comeback. Entrepreneur Katie, 47, has partnered with OChat to resurrect Jordan so that fans will be able to 'chat' with the busty model online thanks to AI. In an exclusive interview with the Mirror, Katie tells us: "The thing is, Jordan has never gone away it's the media that turned Jordan to Kate, I never did that. But that's why I do the OnlyFans because I still love posing in front of the camera, posing how I did in the Jordan days. But there's no magazines and there's no platforms for that anymore, like in the print world." READ MORE: Katie Price sends Harvey back to college early after he destroyed £3k television She adds: "I'm so excited because, like I say, things must have happened for a reason. Because who would've thought, three decades ago when I started off as Jordan, that 30 years on there would be such thing as AI so all of the archive I've got has been so amazing to use on this platform." Meanwhile, Katie says she's excited for the younger generation to meet Jordan for the first time. "I'm so excited and the younger generation – because I always get asked when I'm live on TikTok and stuff, people are like, 'Who's Jordan' now they'll get to see who Jordan is, yes, bring her back," she says. Although Katie has been taking a trip down memory lane through her archive of Jordan snaps recently, she still feels as sexy as ever at the age of 47. When asked what her secret is, she spills: "Age, for me, is just a number. Yes, I know I have surgery and stuff like that but I don't have surgery to look younger – I just look fresher. But age doesn't bother me at all because I still feel as if I'm young. I'm still young-hearted and I still do the things that I want to do, nothing has changed just because I've got older and I'm looking forward to turning 50 because I'll be even sexier at 50!" As well as her career, Katie also juggles being a mum to her five children; Harvey, 23, Junior, 19, Princess, 17, Jett, 11, and Bunny, 10. And Junior and Princess, who she shares with her ex Peter Andre, have been carving out their own careers in the showbiz industry in recent years. Junior has released his own music while Princess is embarking on an flourishing career in influencing – and even managed to buy herself a £10,000 Audi car from her earnings in recent weeks. Katie makes her pride of her children no secret as, when asked what she's most proud of Princess and Junior for she gushes: "How talented they are, how beautiful they are. Beautiful humans inside and out. How well mannered they are." The mum is supportive of both their flourishing careers, and revealed that she would support Princess if she wishes to follow down her own career path and join OnlyFans. She teases: "Who knows, Princess may end up doing an AI or OnlyFans platform – but when I ask her – she's 18 next month – she's all busy doing her skincare and stuff like that so she… although she's in the industry and doing her own thing, I was a bit more ballsy and I was more extrovert, does that make sense? [She's] no exhibitionist like me. "We're very alike but she's more reserved. I think anybody, if you're 18, can do OnlyFans or this new AI thing because, yeah, anything goes for anyone out there. I think people have got this stigma with the OChat or OnlyFans that it has to be all sexual and it doesn't at all. All I do on OnlyFans is what they're basically going to be showing on the AI. Anything I used to do in the Jordan days will be on the AI." Whatever path any of her children choose to pursue, Katie will always be there to support and provide advice. When asked what advice she'd give her kids, she reveals: "I speak to them everyday and see them everyday. I would never stop them, they've got to work things out themselves. "All I'd say is, don't have all your eggs in one basket with management because, you know, it doesn't work like that. And I think there would be people out there who just want to try and turn them into me but I want her… there's only one me and there will be only one Princess, I want them to be individuals because the last thing I want is them to say [is], 'oh you're just copying your mum, haven't you got your own identity'. "But the good thing is Princess has got her own identity. There's things that she turns down and I'm like, 'why would you turn that down?' We are different like that, which is good. "Junior is an amazing musician, dancer, singer. I've got no doubt in him he will make it as a pop star. And Princess, she's turning 18 next month, just let them enjoy it I don't want them to feel pressured and they're doing good, really proud of them."

Fashion fans are all saying the same thing about bizarre 'distressed' jeans on sale for £40
A pair of jeans that retails at £40 (AU$59.99) has taken the internet by storm - for all the wrong reasons. The 'distressed' jeans, on sale at Australian clothing brand Cotton On, are available in different shades of blue denim but feature the same washed-out dirty look. However, fashion lovers have taken issue with the design of the jeans and say that, rather than looking 'washed out', the trousers instead look like they have been stained with human faeces. Shoppers went into a frenzy when TikToker Adele, who goes by @adelesspammo, posted the clip, racking up a staggering 1.7 million views and tens of thousands of likes. She stumbled upon the jeans while out shopping and immediately took a video, which she captioned: 'What was Cotton On thinking?' The clip shows the pair of blue jeans on a display in-store, stained with suspicious-looking brown dye down the front and back. Adele wrote: 'Someone had an accident', and hundreds of commenters were similarly taken aback by the offbeat styling. The jeans, pictured here as they are advertised online, seem to look more offensive in person, according to commenters One person joked: 'No way people who design stuff like this have a job and I don't.' And another said: 'Yes, because we absolutely want to look like we just had explosive diarrhoea in our jeans…' Many noted the sloppy design choice, which they did not think warranted the £40 price tag. 'So, you're telling me I could have accidentally slipped in mud, put my jeans on that pile, and got money for it,' wrote one incredulous user. Commenters joked that the jeans were 'pre s**t-in' so that lucky wearers don't have to go to the trouble of doing it themselves. One said: 'PRE POOPED JEANS!!! I've been looking for something like this for so long, because it gets sooooo tiring having to do it myself for every outfit.' And another wrote: 'To be fair, walking around with actual s**t on your jeans would be pretty uncomfortable, so this is a better option.' Eagle-eyed fashion fans noticed that the unusual jeans are likely a 'dupe' or an imitation of a similar pair by luxury fashion house Acne Studios. The original 'distressed' jeans are sold by Acne for a whopping £600, and feature similar brown shading around the knees. One mother wrote: 'As if I would be paying money for that when my kids can do that to my clothes and furniture for free.' However, many observed that the version of the jeans advertised online appear much less offensive, and it is the in-person colouring which took them by surprise. 'The worst part is they look completely different online and actually nice. I was shocked when I saw them in the store,' one person commented. Even a former Cotton On employee weighed in, saying: 'I used to work at Cotton On and spent every shift trying not to laugh at some of the s**t we were selling.' One user wrote: 'When I say I want jeans that look a bit dirty this is NOT what I mean.' It seems even would-be customers looking for a more relaxed and dishevelled look are not a fan of Cotton On's latest venture. Fashion Stylist Donny Galella told that such imitations are cropping up more frequently in the fashion world. Incredulous fashion fans rushed to the comments to express their shock at the offbeat design 'Acne is definitely one of the world's hottest brands,' he said. 'And we are living in dupe culture world.' 'But given the cost of living crisis, many people don't have a spare $1400 laying around for a dirty looking pair of jeans, especially for a "trend" style pair of jeans that will have a short shelf life.' FEMAIL has contacted Cotton On for comment.
