The actress attended a Janmashtami event in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, on Saturday, and as she broke the matki with a coconut, she shouted 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai'. Her chant left many netizens amused, with some joking that she had mixed up Independence Day with Janmashtami, since the chant is usually heard on national occasions. Now, the Param Sundari shared the context behind the viral clip, claiming that the video had been selectively edited. She shared the full video, and despite the trolling, she said that she will express her patriotism every day, on every occasion. Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram stories to share the full video clip for context. In the video, BJP MLA Ram Kadam can be heard saying 'Bolo Bharat Mata Ki Jai," after which Janhvi Kapoor joins in with the chant and breaks the matki. Clapping back at the trolls, the actress wrote, 'Just for context full video lol. Unke bolne ke baad nahi bolti toh problem, aur bolo toh bhi video ko kaat ke meme material. (laughing emoji) Waise sirf Janmashtami ke din nahi, roz bolungi Bharat mata ki jaiiiii. (If I didn't say it after they did, that would've been a problem. And if I do say it, the video gets edited and turned into meme material. By the way, not just on Janmashtami — I'll say Bharat Mata Ki Jai every single day)." Janhvi Kapoor Trolled For Viral Dahi Handi Video After the video of Janhvi Kapoor breaking the Dahi Handi matki went viral, many joked that Janhvi confused Independence Day with Janmashtami. Kapil explained that she purchases as per her whims, while he pays the EMIs… 'She buys whatever she likes from the market, and he keeps paying the EMIs for them. 3-4 weeks back, when she went to see a match, she brought Sidhuji; now Netflix is paying his EMI.' For those who may not know, former cricketer and now politician Navjot Singh Sidhu made his comeback to The Great Indian Kapil Show this year, marking his return after stepping away from the program in 2019. He currently shares the judge's panel alongside Singh Sidhu had earlier mentioned that he agreed to be part of Kapil Sharma's Netflix India show only if Archana Puran Singh continued on the panel as well. In one of his personal video blogs, he expressed that since he holds deep respect for Archana, he did not wish to be the reason for her losing her place. He conveyed this request to the makers, and as a result, both of them now share the screen together. ''I am a devotee of Goddess Durga; how can I be the reason for her losing her job?' I requested the makers to keep her, and now we will both appear on the show together. We are finally back together,' he said in a vlog. Their reunion has also brought back the familiar camaraderie of the earlier team, with Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and others joining in, making it feel like the original ensemble is complete once most recent episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show also delivered several delightful musical performances, adding to the entertainment factor.
