On Friday, June 14, 2025, the Tennessee Titans announced a large number of staff changes in Nashville, Tennessee, only one day after concluding their mandatory minicamp.
All of this change was ushered in under new General Manager Mike Borgonzi, arriving from the Kansas City Chiefs this past season. The Tennessee Titans only won three games last year, and this was part of a larger plan to improve the front office and the team.
A total of 10 new people were hired to help with football operations. Among them are:
Dan Saganey as
Vice President of Player Personnel
Evert Geerlings as Vice President of Football Communications
Benny Allen as Director of Team Security
Chip Pugh as Director of Team Development
At the same time, eight current employees received promotions, including:
Mike Boni, now Assistant Director of College Scouting
Vin Marino, now Senior Vice President of Football Administration and Player Finance
Erin Psajdl Davis, now Coordinator of Football Research and Development
Mike Borgonzi and Brian Callahan are leading the change in Tennessee Titans
General Manager Mike Borgonzi, who worked 16 years with the Kansas City Chiefs, is already making big moves in his first few months.
Head Coach Brian Callahan, who joined in early 2024, is also working with him to build a new team from the ground up.
When speaking to local media, one team insider said, 'There's a new energy in the building. It's clear they are serious about turning this team around.'
