Everything Vanessa Hudgens Has Said About Pregnancy and Parenthood With Husband Cole Tucker
'They both want a family now, and that's what's driving them toward getting married [soon],' a source exclusively told Us Weekly in June 2023, ahead of the couple's wedding in Tulum, Mexico.
One year after Hudgens and Tucker tied the knot, the actress revealed at the 2024 Oscars that they were expecting their first baby.
'Cole hasn't left Vanessa's side throughout her pregnancy,' a second insider told Us in April 2024. 'It's only making her fall even more in love with him. She knows Cole will make an amazing father.'
Pregnant Vanessa Hudgens' Baby Bump Album Before Welcoming 1st Child With Husband Cole Tucker
The High School Musical star gave birth in July 2024, though the pair did not immediately reveal their child's name or sex. The next year, Hudgens confirmed she's expecting again.
'Round two!!!!,' she wrote via Instagram in July 2025, sharing photos of her bare baby bump.
Keep scrolling for everything Hudgens has said about pregnancy and motherhood through the years:
Hudgens has long been informally hailed the queen of Coachella, though she opted to skip the music festival when she was pregnant with her first baby.
'The walking sounded aggressive,' she quipped to Bustle in April 2024. 'It's a lot of walking.'
During her first pregnancy, Hudgens found that her shoe size changed.
'I feel like most of you know when you're pregnant, your feet swell up,' she said in an Instagram video in March 2025. 'But what I didn't know is that sometimes your feet stay swelled up and your foot grows an entire size. That's what happened to me.'
As a result, Hudgens said she needed to 'replace [her] entire shoe closet.'
After Hudgens gave birth to her first child, she gave a brief update on the little one's arrival.
'Mom, Dad and baby are happy and healthy,' she wrote via her Instagram Stories in July 2024, calling it a 'special time.'
Hudgens already can't wait for her children to discover her most beloved projects, including the High School Musical and The Princess Switch franchises.
'I'll show my kids all my work,' Hudgens told E! News in May 2024. 'That's why I chose things along the way in my career. I wanted to make sure that when I did have kids, there would be something for them to watch at every age.'

All the Best Places We Can Stream Free Anime, Every Day
July is anime month, but that doesn't mean paying for streaming subscriptions is always in the budget, right? Some of you may have read the headline on this and thought your anime piracy wishes were about to come true. Sorry friends, this isn't the place where we'll point you to bootleg anime. What we can do, however, is highlight the streaming platforms that give you free content aside from Crunchyroll's free plan. In this case, FAST options are the way to go. Classics like One Piece, Sailor Moon and Hunter x Hunter are on the menu, but there's plenty more to stream -- even newer titles -- if you head to the right spot. Anime movies, series and forgotten cult favorites are waiting to be found on the platforms we're sharing below, where you can stream live channels or watch on demand with just a few clicks. Samsung TV Plus: 24/7 anime New on the scene is the FAST channel It's Anime on Samsung TV Plus, which launched this month and streams anime around the clock. You'll find titles like My Deer Friend Nokotan, Your Forma and Umamusume: Cinderella Gray. You can also tune in for series such as Hunter x Hunter on the Anime All Day channel. The catch? Though it's free, you need a Samsung device to stream, and this option is available only to viewers in the US and Canada. Pluto TV We told you about Pluto TV's massive anime rollout in May, adding to its offering live channels like Anime All Day and a bank of on-demand titles. Get into nonstop anime by watching the free streaming service's new-ish channels: Anime x HiDive, Anime Comedy, Inuyasha (yes, a dedicated channel), Pluto TV Anime Movies and Kids Anime. There are 13 seasons of One Piece available on demand, but if you channel surf, you can check out Bleach, Naruto, Speed Racer, Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, Bakugan and so much more. Viz Media on YouTube You probably already know there are a lot of channels on YouTube that offer full anime episodes, but Viz Media is a giant in the game as a publisher and distributor. With that in mind, its YouTube channel should be a go-to for a treasure chest of content like episodes of Ranma 1/2, Vampire Knight, The World Next Door, Naruto and Mr. Osomatsu. There's even a curated playlist of anime movies. Hit Viz's playlist section to dive into series and anime films. If you haven't spent any time on Tubi yet, perhaps it's a good time to give it a try. There are 200 anime titles for you to choose from, with titles including City Hunter, Black Jack, Wicked City, Katekyo Hitman Reborn! and Paprika. For those of you who prefer dubbed anime, there's plenty to stream among Tubi's crop of retro and newer titles. Stream free Crunchyroll, RetroCrush and HiDive live anime channels It's fairly easily to slide over to a free or paid subscription streaming service to watch anime, but what if there's a specific live channel you'd like to peruse? We mentioned Anime x HiDive, an offshoot of the AMC-owned HiDive streaming service. It's an anime live TV streaming channel you can find on Plex, Sling Freestream and the aforementioned Pluto TV. But, there's more. Pop over to the RetroCrush channel, which is part of a suite of free live channels available on Philo, Fubo, Vizio WatchFree Plus, Samsung TV Plus, TCL Plus and Sling Freestream. Here, you can watch stuff like Ninja Robots, City Hunter, Future Boy Conan and Lupin the Third. Crunchyroll launched its FAST channel in 2023, and anime fans can tune in on Vizio's WatchFree Plus, Pluto TV, the Roku Channel, LG Channels or Sling Freestream to binge titles like Black Clover and Shadows House.

‘Life After' Review: What the End Means
Near the end of his feature debut, the self-shot 'I Didn't See You There' (2022), the director Reid Davenport expresses a wish: 'I hope this is my last personal film,' he says. But 'Life After,' his new documentary, couldn't be anything but. Davenport starts with a hook: What happened to Elizabeth Bouvia, who, beginning in 1983, was the subject of a highly publicized legal battle in California? Bouvia, who had cerebral palsy, as Davenport does, had sought to starve herself to death with medical supervision — something the courts initially did not allow. Forty years later, Davenport can find no record of her death. Is she still alive? Has her perspective changed? His investigation is fueled in part by parallels he sees in his life. When he and his producer, Colleen Cassingham, locate Bouvia's sisters, they learn that her trajectory was more complicated than the news media's framing revealed. But 'Life After' also dives into broader questions about the legalization of medical assistance in death. The director makes clear that he does not oppose that choice, but he is concerned that messages of rejection from society and the economics of long-term care might push disabled people toward that end. He casts a particularly harsh spotlight on Canada's commercialization of this issue. ('Don't miss out on your chance to have an assisted death,' says a video that he and Cassingham watch that urges viewers to make arrangements early.) Davenport, upon learning he would qualify for assisted suicide if he lived in Canada, wonders if he would see his life differently if he didn't have such positive support from family and friends. He has felt alienated at times, but so have many people, yet only those with disabilities are subtly encouraged to consider a state-sanctioned demise. 'Life After' doesn't equivocate; neither does it offer easy answers. It tackles a thorny topic in a challenging way, with the tenderness, complexity and — notwithstanding Davenport's earlier wish — the personal perspective it deserves. Life AfterNot rated. Running time: 1 hour 39 minutes. In theaters.
