Nicolas Cage shocked fans with a new post as he appeared almost unrecognizable after a daring transformation. These new photos were taken during filming for his upcoming movie Madden.
On Monday, the 61-year-old actor was seen in a fat suit while portraying football coach John Madden in the biopic. Madden became the youngest coach to reach 100 career regular-season victories, which he managed in only ten full seasons of coaching. he also has the most wins in Raiders history!

Set photos showed Cage in character as Madden, who passed away in 2021, with a significantly larger physique than fans are accustomed to seeing. Filming for Madden started in Atlanta, Georgia, in late April. The film also features Christian Bale as Al Davis.
Fans on Reddit responded to the first look at Cage as the legendary NFL coach, with one user commenting, "I'll watch a football related movie for Cage." "Can't wait for this!" another person posted on X.
Someone else on X said, "Going to win the Oscar for best picture!"
Another comment read, "I think the acting should be terrific. Cage is good and working with Bale should help take him to another level. Christian Bale is one of the best actors of our generation."
The film directed by David O. Russell follows Madden's journey from his Super Bowl-winning partnership with Al Davis. Alongside Cage and Bale, Madden's cast includes John Mulaney as EA founder Trip Hawkins, Kathryn Hahn as Virginia Madden, and Sienna Miller as Carol Davis. A release date for the film has not yet been announced.
