Shawn Mendes is going 'On The Road Again' with newly announced North American and European tour dates in 2025, kicking off in the late summer and extending into fall.

The 'On The Road Again' tour is in support of his most recent project Shawn, which he also toured with last year during a series of intimate shows around the world. After kicking off on August 5th at Sunny Hill Festival in Pristina, Kosovo, the 'On The Road Again' tour will go through Europe before coming to North America.
Starting on September 25th at TD Garden in Boston, Mendes will visit some iconic North American venues, including Forest Hills Stadium in New York, the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, and Budweiser Stage in Toronto.

After taking a break from touring to take care of his mental health back in 2022, Mendes has returned to the stage with a bang, playing career-spanning hits to excited fans.

Alf Clausen, the longtime composer of The Simpsons who scored more than 560 episodes of the animated series, had died at the age of 84. Clausen died after a decade-long battle with Progressive Supernuclear Palsy (PSP). A two-time Emmy Award winner with 30 additional nominations, Clausen provided the music for The Simpsons for 27 years, composing a unique piece each week accompanied by a 35-piece orchestra. In a cost-cutting measure, Fox fired Clausen in 2017, leading the composer to sue the network for ageism and disability discrimination two years later. He later dropped the suit, and Simpsons producers recognized in later seasons as 'composer emeritus.' 'I think that's one of the reasons they've kept me all these years: they were looking for somebody who could score all those different types of music in small clip-form,' Clausen reflected in a 2017 interview with Consequence. 'That's what's been fun for me. I think that anyone else who would have been hired for this job and stayed for this long would have gone to the nuthouse.' By now, we know all too well about the power of Taylor Swift. With her epic Eras Tour alone, the pop superstar went from crashing Ticketmaster to boosting the economy in every city she visited to going around the movie studio system for its theatrical concert film. But Swift's latest power move may be her biggest one yet: The 'Anti-Hero' singer finally bought back the master recordings of her first six studio albums — from her 2006 self-titled debut to 2017's 'Reputation.' After attempts to buy back her catalog from Braun failed, Swift began re-recording her albums and releasing 'Taylor's Versions' of them, beginning with 'Fearless' and 'Red' in 2021 and then 'Speak Now' and '1989' in 2023. Then, in 2020, Braun turned around and sold Swift's Big Machine catalog to Shamrock Capital for reportedly over $300 million.
