Jess Glynne flashes her abs in a tiny black bralet and edgy denim jeans as she soaks up the London sunshine

Jess Glynne commanded attention in a tiny black bralet as she stepped out in London on Friday to promote her new music.
The Take Me Home hitmaker, 35, showcased her edgy sense of fashion completing her look with edgy printed grey denim with ripped details and quirky trainers.
The English singer turned the street into her catwalk as she walked with confidence, adding a cropped pinstriped shirt, which she wore open.
Jess added to her look with chunky aviator shades and a dazzling necklace.
Her outing came after she was spotted alongside her girlfriend Alex Scott on the sidelines of the latest Soccer Aid training session in Hertfordshire.
Alex and Jess began dating around October 2023.
They kept their relationship private for months however, with Alex later admitting that they chose to do so because they knew it was 'special'.
Writing in The Times, the BBC pundit opened up on her relationship, saying her and Jess are becoming the 'same person'.
Detailing her daily routine, she wrote: 'I wake up next to my partner, Jess, who has become the same person as me over the past year and a half.
'She can see what going to the gym does for me mentally, so she'll do the same'.
It was rumoured last month that the couple are considering moving across the pond to the United States.
As reported by The Sun, Alex is said to be 'considering other offers' after experiencing a 'lack of support' with Football Focus on the BBC.
The controversy came surrounding plummeting viewing figures, which left Alex reportedly feeling like she had been 'thrown under a bus' by the broadcaster.
A source said: 'Last year [Alex] was hugely hurt by unfair criticism about falling viewing figures - and felt she was thrown under a bus.
'The viewing figures were not as reported. She feels no-one backed her up and issued the correct viewing figures.'
The presenter's contract with the BBC is reported to be up for renewal this summer.
Meanwhile Jess parted ways with her record label EMI last month after her April 2024 album, Jess, crashed out of the charts after just one week.
A source told The Sun: 'Jess knows plenty about having massive hit singles, so there was a lot of excitement when she signed her deal with EMI Records. But it's not exactly been the fruitful relationship that either had hoped.
'The album didn't do as well as anyone wanted, and none of the singles even graced the Top 40 She's had a tough time reintroducing herself to the public after a few years away.
Before adding: 'Both she and the label decided it was for the best to stop working together. But Jess isn't letting it dampen her spirits. She is already working on new music and is planning her next moves.'

Meet the Lionesses super-fan who spends thousands travelling the world to cheer them on - and even has her own themed pub in her garden!

A Lionesses super-fan says she spends £4,000 a year following England and Arsenal. Zoe Bleach, 42, has even installed a £3,000 pub in her back garden, dubbed The Lionesses Den, to cheer them on from Gravesend, Kent, when she's not travelling. She has a collection of Lionesses memorabilia worth around £1,000 - a dream for a lady who fell in love with the beautiful game aged two. Bleach speaks ahead of Tuesday night's semi-final clash with Italy, as research from Amazon's Chatterbox series shows a quarter of British women (25%) believe football is what the UK does best. 'I would say I spend £4,000 a year supporting the Arsenal and England women's teams - the game tickets and travelling all add up,' she said. 'For Euro 2022 I booked tickets for most of the games including the final. I basically took a whole month off to watch the Lionesses. England will play Italy on Tuesday night as they bid for a place in the final of the women's Euros 'I went to Brighton twice, Southampton, Northern Ireland and to Wembley. I spent around £2,000 travelling and buying merchandise on that tournament alone. 'My biggest ever football trip was in 2003, when I travelled to the USA and went on a 16-hour road trip between Mississippi and Washington DC to watch five professional women's soccer matches played in the WUSA league. 'I met Kelly Smith there, and I've never been so starstruck in all my life. I couldn't even remember my name. I didn't know my name, I didn't know where I was from. 'She came and spoke to us for about 10 minutes. It was such a surreal moment in my life. I was so excited to meet her because she was my idol. She is absolutely the best player in the world.' In 2023, Bleach and her partner Elizabeth spent five months building The Lionesses Den to watch the Women's World Cup, where England finished runners-up to Spain. 'It cost us about £3,000 and we have signed shirts from Beth Mead and Kelly Smith, signed autographs from Lucy Bronze and Mary Earps and pictures of me with Leah Williamson. 'The whole collection is probably worth around £1,000. 'It might have been a lot to spend, but we use the pub easily once or twice a week and we love it. I don't regret a single penny I've spent supporting the Lionesses.'

BBC star Ore Oduba admits he's been an addict all his life as he comes clean

TV presenter and former Strictly Come Dancing star Ore Oduba has shared a lengthy message as he celebrates over a year of sobriety and says he doesn't recognise his former self Ore Oduba is celebrating being "sober" for over a year after admitting he "spent most of [his] life as an addict". The TV presenter, 39, described how he had lived with addiction "silently, secretly for decades", confessing that his life may have been "ruined" if he had not been diagnosed or had not sought therapy. ‌ Now, as he confirms he hopes to share the details of his addiction publicly one day, he has said he doesn't recognise his former self. Taking to Instagram, the former Strictly Come Dancing star shared a snap of himseld sitting on a train seat with his left hand facing upwards as it covered his mouth and nose. ‌ He captioned the upload: "Until recently, I had spent most of my life as an addict. Shame was into woven into my addictive behaviours, they went hand-in-hand. ‌ "Through therapy and finally admitting to myself that I'd suffered from addiction pretty much my entire life I'm so happy to share I've been 'sober' for over a year. If that is indeed how to describe my case." He went on:"Despite living with it silently, secretly for decades.. undiagnosed and untreated it might well in the end have ruined my life. Funnily enough I didn't recognise the timing until I started reading this unbelievable book by @‌annaliehowling 'UNAPOLOGETIC'. ‌ "I devoured it in a day... And while her expertise is on shame, pretty much every word Annalise said resonated so deeply with me that I realised I'd actually forgotten I'd made so much progress in the last 12 months. "I'm glad I don't even recognise that version of me anymore. (sic)" Ore says that he had recently opened up to pals about his addiction struggles and hopes it would help him share his story publicly. He says he wants to do so to help others who are trying to become sober. He added: "I've started speaking about my addiction to friends recently and the more I open up about it the more compelled I feel to share it publicly one day. ‌ "There comes a point where once I've dealt with my demons, the most selfish thing I could do is keep it to myself. I know it'll have the power to help a lot of people. (sic)" Taking to his Instagram with a six-minute reel, Ore was emotional as he confessed to feeling "ashamed and embarrassed" after falling for a scam. He had previously worked with BBC for their documentary series Claimed and Shamed, which helped people avoid being scammed. However, he was fooled when he was contacted by someone pretending to be podcaster-and-author Mel Robbins. It came after he said on ITV1's Loose Women that the philosophy in her 2024 book The Let Them Theory had "changed his life". ‌ He said that he initially thought he was speaking Mel and told her "everything". However, it turned out that Ore was actually speaking to a con-artist. After his tell-all video, he was inundated with praise from people who could resonate with his experience. In his lengthy caption on sobriety, Ore added: "I can't believe the reaction to the video I posted at the weekend about getting scammed. This is one of the personal pictures I sent to them. "And actually many of your comments talked about 'shame' and reminding me not to feel it. 'It's them, not you' sort of thing... totally right, and so kind, thank you. "I have such a much better relationship with that word now than I used to but it's interesting how it still finds a way to knock at your door. I did feel ashamed of myself for being scammed, yes... but I know now how to deal with those moments of doubt and I pop that little bout of negative talk into a bin bag and throw it in the trash.
