Man charged for second time with wife's murder in Colorado cold case
A man has been arrested and charged for the second time in the death of his wife, Suzanne Morphew, after she went missing on Mother's Day in 2020, Colorado prosecutors said Friday.
Barry Morphew, 57, has been charged with a single count of murder in the first degree on or about May 9 or 10, 2020, according to the grand jury indictment filed by Colorado's 12th Judicial District.

Then-candidate Trump similarly delivered takeout orders to customers in their cars as part of the photo opportunity and also hosted an impromptu press conference. 'It requires great expertise, actually, to do it right and to do it fast,' Trump said. 'These people work hard. They're great. They're great. And I just saw something—a process that's beautiful.' The stunt was arranged for fast-food fan Trump to hit back at Democratic presidential candidate, then-Vice President, Kamala Harris, who often spoke of her time working at McDonald's during college. Trump baselessly claimed she was lying about working there. Kai Trump, who has a large social media following and is an avid golfer, saw her profile rise significantly after she spoke at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee in July, shortly after the assassination attempt on her grandfather.

Giants pitcher Sean Hjelle accused of abuse by wife, MLB to investigate
SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco Giants said they are aware of an allegation of abuse made against right-hander Sean Hjelle by his wife and have forwarded the matter to Major League Baseball. Caroline Hjelle, Sean's wife, posted a video on TikTok Friday night of herself with the former couple's two sons accompanied by a caption that read, 'When my MLB husband abandons us on Mothers Day a week after (this video was taken) once I finally found out about his affairs and stopped putting up with his abuse, so I've been raising two boys alone.' The post was accompanied by a series of hashtags that included #divorce, #cheating and #infidelity. Advertisement The matter was forwarded to MLB to be handled under the league's Joint Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Policy. Giants manager Bob Melvin said Hjelle remains available to pitch in relief. 'Obviously, we're aware of it. He told me about it last night,' Melvin said Saturday morning.
