2 children and 1 adult dead in fatal head-on crash in Grayson County

Rocky Patterson, 63, of Rowlett, TX, was arrested and charged after allegedly causing the head-on collision while trying to pass in a no-passing zone.

The Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers responded to a three-vehicle crash on FM-3133, just west of Jim Cannon Rd, around noon on Sunday.

A preliminary investigation indicated that a 2007 Dodge 3500 was westbound behind a 2017 Toyota Tacoma, ascending a hill. The driver of the Dodge 3500 attempted to pass the Tacoma in a No-Passing Zone and struck a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado head-on, causing the Silverado to catch fire. The Dodge 3500 also hit the Toyota Tacoma.
The driver of the Dodge 3500 was Rocky Patterson, a 63-year-old man from Rowlett, TX.
Patterson was transported to Baylor Scott Hospital in McKinney.
The driver of the Silverado was pronounced dead at the scene. Identified as 41-year-old, Tommy Moorehead III, from Leonard, TX.
The passengers, a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Tacoma, Dennis Pringle, a 74-year-old from Anna, TX, was treated at the scene.
On May 18, Texas Highway Patrol Troopers obtained an arrest warrant for Rocky Patterson for three counts of manslaughter, a second-degree felony. Rocky Patterson was arrested and booked into the Grayson County Jail.

Once out of the White House, it didn't take long for things to escalate from Musk blasting the president's newly proposed spending bill, to Trump threatening to cancel Elon's billions of dollars worth of government contracts, to Musk clapping back by saying he'd cut off NASA's invaluable access to his spacecraft. Musk also really went off the rails by shouting from the rooftops of X that Trump is in the unreleased Epstein files, and then agreeing that the president should be impeached. We can only imagine the pure schadenfreude bliss that Bannon must be experiencing right now. He's made no secret of his contempt for Musk, who he's previously called a "toddler," and "not tough enough," and a "parasitic illegal alien." Some of that is probably his jealousy speaking: Musk had replaced Bannon as the president's golden boy, a role he lost when Trump kicked Bannon kicked to the curb for stealing the limelight during his first term in office. Bannon, an alleged white supremacist, has always been skeptical of Musk's sudden realignment with the MAGA movement, and has constantly chided the Silicon-Valley-liberal turned Texas-based-technocrat for not being conservative — or racist — enough. So you can bet he's making the most of Musk's downfall, capitalizing on his dubious personal immigration history. Despite his constant slandering of immigrants, the South Africa-born businessman was likely at one point an "illegal" immigrant too, overstaying on a student visa even though he'd dropped out of school to work on his startup. His brother, Kimbal, has admitted to both of them working illegally. Bannon, on top of calling for Musk's deportation, has recommended nationalizing Musk's businesses, too. "President Trump tonight should sign an executive order calling for the Defense Production Act to be called and seize SpaceX tonight before midnight," Bannon said Thursday on an episode of his War Room podcast, as quoted by the Daily Beast. But he faces a fearsome keyboard warrior in Musk, who retaliated in a slur-bedazzled tweet: "Bannon is peak r*tard." Then he doubled down, clarifying that Bannon was, in fact, a "communist r*tard." There's clearly no love being lost between the two. Trump, for his part, is doing his best Don Draper impression. "I'm not even thinking about Elon. He's got a problem. Navy sailor vanishes without a trace as mother reveals concerning break in daily habit
Virginia authorities are searching for missing sailor Angelina Petra Resendiz, who was last seen on May 29 at her barracks in Norfolk. The last known sighting of Angelina Petra Resendiz, 21, was around 10 p.m. in Miller Hall at Naval Station Norfolk, according to Virginia State Police. Police are describing Resendiz's disappearance as critical, saying her health is at risk. Fox News Digital reached out to police. Resendiz's mother, Esmeralda Castle, who lives in Resendiz's former home state of Texas, described her daughter as "loving" and "kind" in an interview with WVEC. She worked as a culinary specialist for the Navy, Castle said. Castle added that Resendiz has not responded to calls or texts from her family, which is out of character. "Her and my sister have a 400-day streak on Snapchat. Every single day she talks to somebody. She talks to family, or she will talk to a friend," Castle told WVEC. The 21-year-old does not drive or have a vehicle, and she was reported missing after she failed to show up for work, according to WVEC. "She just stopped existing Thursday. She's spent no money, made no calls." "She disappeared," Castle told the outlet. "It's very hard to tell people that she's missing." Detroit woman killed in two-vehicle crash in Genesee County
A Detroit woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in Genesee County, Michigan. Grand Blanc Township Police Department police chief William Renye reported the victim was an 85-year-old Detroit resident. Her name was not provided. The other driver, a 47-year-old Holly man, northbound Subaru was hospitalized after the crash and is expected to recover from his injuries. The crash happened about 5 p.m. The Detroit woman was driving a Mazda from Holly Road, turning onto Baldwin Road at the time of the crash. The Holly man was driving a Subaru northbound. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victim of this crash," the police chief said. Holly Road was closed at Baldwin during the preliminary investigation and cleanup.
