Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Ramu Radhakrishnan as Executive Chef. Mr Radhakrishnan brings with him over 20 years of experience with a proven track record of leadership and culinary innovation with expertise in Italian, steak house, seafood, Indian, Creole, Caribbean cuisine to his new role.
A passionate and pro-active chef, Ramu began his career as a Chef de Partie in 2005 and steadily rose through the ranks, most recently serving as the Cluster Executive sous chef Dusit hotel & Dusit hotel & suits, Doha, Qatar. He managed and handled a culinary staff of 65 chefs and 30 stewards. He led and focussed on implementing the Banqueting, events catering, main kitchen of the hotel and brought in creative and fine culinary skills that ensured guest satisfaction. Chef Ramu plays a key role in maintaining health & safety and is compliant with the regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness.
With training in food production, catering technology and bakery and confectionary from the Food Craft Institute-Cochin, Chef Ramu has a strong passion for the culinary arts and is well-equipped to lead as Executive Chef at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel. His passion for food and quality , his ability to efficiently manage kitchen operations and supervise staff with good team spirit will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
Taking on his new role, Ramu will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, quality, and staff management at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel.

TICA, a non-profit organisation established in 1984, plays a vital role in promoting Thailand as a preferred destination for meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE). With more than three decades of service to TICA, including her most recent role as Vice President of TICA, and a distinguished track record in Thailand's MICE sector, Ms Tantiprasertsuk brings deep industry insight, a firm commitment to sustainability, and a collaborative spirit to the role. Her appointment highlights Dusit International's ongoing contribution to advancing Thailand's tourism and hospitality landscape through strong leadership and values-driven engagement. Drawing on Dusit's four core pillars of Dusit Graciousness—Service (personalised and gracious), Locality (uniquely linking guests with the local community), Well-Being (delivering wellness experiences beyond the spa), and Sustainability (social, economic, and environmental)—Ms Tantiprasertsuk intends to integrate these values into TICA's national MICE strategy.
