Scots designer label HartiSWIM makes much anticipated debut in Miami
Tallia Storm joined her family as together they made dazzling US debut at Miami Swim Week.
Glasgow born singer and radio host, Tallia Storm and mum, Scottish Fashion Week founder Tessa Hartmann hosted a star-lit evening in Miami making an audacious American debut for Scottish born HartiSWIM, the fiercely creative, eco -conscious brainchild of the Hartmann Family.
Fusing fashion, art, and ocean activism while successfully mixing eco and style, the energy was electric. The collection was a riot of vivid hand-painted pop art prints, sculptural silhouettes, and joyful irreverence, each piece echoing the exuberant brushstrokes of Sascha Hartmann – aka Harti, co-founder and in-house artist. Dad to Tallia, husband to Tessa, his original artwork, transferred directly from canvas to cloth, turned swimwear into walking murals.

Each swimsuit is made from certified sustainable fabric derived from 13.1 recycled ocean plastic bottles per swimsuit, meticulously transformed into luxe performance textiles.
'We're not here to just sell swimsuits,' says Tessa Hartmann. 'We're here to educate, to connect, and to celebrate the oceans we love - with fashion as the medium.'

Russell Martin pops out for vegan scran at popular Glasgow restaurant as Rangers boss shows his true colours
New Rangers manager Russell Martin was spotted at a popular restaurant in Glasgow's west end Rangers manager Russell Martin was spotted at a popular restaurant in Glasgow's west end as he resettles back into life in the city. Caffè Parma, located in Hyndland Road, took to social media to post a snap of the former defender turned manager basking in the sun as he posed alongside the eatery's manager, Stefano. Staff were delighted, with a post on Instagram reading: "Guess who popped by to soak up some sunshine and enjoy a few tasty nibbles on our terrace? None other than the new Rangers FC manager Russell Martin," alongside a blue heart and football emoji. Excited Rangers fans were quick to comment on the post, which was posted to several of the restaurant's social media accounts, voicing their joy over seeing the club's new manager enjoying his time back in Glasgow. Russell is no stranger to Glasgow, having spent six months on loan to Rangers back in 2018. One fan wrote: "Great stuff, nice pic Stefano!" with another saying: "Great photo." While a third said: "Love it," alongside red, white and blue heart emojis. As a fourth simply commented multiple blue heart emojis. Russell, who hails from Brighton, recently took on Rangers' top role, signing a contract for a three-year deal. He previously had a short stint as a Gers player in 2018 while on loan from Norwich City. In a club video, Russell expressed his joy for being back in Glasgow, saying: "It's been a long, long few weeks, it's been interesting, but it's been good. It's brilliant to be back. I love the city and I love the people." Despite being born in England and growing up in Brighton, Russell has 29 caps for Scotland's national team after qualifying to play for Scotland FC through his Scottish father, Dean. His life outside of football is far from common for a football manager as Russell is a member of the Green Party, a vegan and he's also a student in Buddhism. The discussion arose during an interview on BBC Radio 2 overnight with Jo Whiley. The band, however, merely stated that they would be 'in the area' around the time of the festival. One of the more persistent rumours alongside Pulp performing a secret set at Glastonbury Festival later this month is that of the potential that HAIM 'could' fill one of the secret slots. Whether it be the sisters performing under the pseudonym Patchwork, or perform one of the litany of TBA slots revealed since the launch of the official timetable, many believe that the group - who last performed at Glastonbury in 2022 - are going to make an appearance. When asked what their favourite stage at Glastonbury is to play on, Alana responded 'We love the Park Stage. The Park Stage is our favourite (because) that was like the first time we came to Glastonbury (...) it felt like a movie.' She continued: 'It was like 'What is going on? How did we get here, and also just like - you never forget the first time you step onto the farm. It's the most insane feeling, I think, that you'll ever have.'
