Grace Adams-Short and her husband Mikey Dalton are still going strong 19 years after first meeting on Big Brother where they quickly fell in love.
The couple, who were on the same series as Nikki Grahame and Pete Bennett, got engaged just four months after the show ended and married in 2009.
Despite a string of romances that blossomed in front of viewers' eyes across several series of the show, Grace and Mikey are the only couple still together today.
Grace, 39, and Mikey, 42, welcomed son Atticus in January 2022, and are also parents to Georgiana, 13, Spencer, 10, and Allegra, six.
They have previously said they plan to show their children series six of the programme so they can see 'where mummy and daddy fell in love'.
They announced their pregnancy in September 2021, when they revealed that, although they were actively trying for another baby, who was due on January 8, they were shocked at how fast the pregnancy came.
She told OK! magazine: 'It's funny as people keep asking if we're having any more and I'm like, "We've just had a baby and four is a big number!"'
While delightedly announcing their baby news, Grace also spoke about her pregnancy and revealed she suffered a rare condition which caused issues.
She said: 'I had to be induced early as I had a condition called anti-C, which can cause complications with the baby's antibodies...
'I never had it with my other pregnancies, it was stressful. All through the pregnancy I had to give blood every two weeks.'
She has previously revealed her highlight of her time on Big Brother was 'meeting the daddy of our three munchkins' and credited the franchise for giving her the opportunity to buy multiple homes and travel the world.
She told The Sun: 'It was kind of like a holiday romance. We just enjoyed it really and everything we did since then has felt right for us.
'Without Big Brother, I would never of been able to buy a quarter of a million pound flat in London by myself at the age of 20 and travel the way I did.'
Grace and Mikey recently revealed they're more in love than ever since welcoming their fourth child - but admit they struggle to spend time together.
They have previously said they plan to show their children series six of the programme so they can see 'where mummy and daddy fell in love'
She told The Sun of their relationship: 'We still bounce off each other like we did from day one. Obviously we drive each other mad sometimes like any other couple, but we're best friends and now we've got the children, it's even deeper.
'Seeing what a good dad Mikey is has made him even more attractive to me.'
Mikey added: 'Grace just gets better with age, even though she hasn't aged at all. I tell her every day how good she looks.'
Yet he admitted: 'We don't often have time for each other. I leave for work really early and when I get back, I spend a couple of hours with the kids before we're doing bath time and bedtime.'
Following Big Brother's revival back in 2023, Grace and Mikey reflected on the beginnings of their romance on the famous show.
Reflecting on the moment he set eyes on Grace, Mikey confessed: 'It was lust at first sight! I was lusting after her, I still remember the outfit you wore going in and the boots and everything. I was lovestruck when I seen her!'
During her time on the show, Grace was dubbed 'the most hated housemate ever' and in shocking style she threw a glass of water over fellow housemate Susie Verrico when she became the fourth contestant to be evicted.
Asked how she coped with the intense scrutiny at the age of 21, she revealed she had mentally prepared herself after hearing the boos from the crowds when host Davina McCall announced she'd been nominated the week before.
Grace explained: 'I was thinking "what have I done?" You know, I b****d, I didn't play a game, I just didn't think and I hold my hands up.
'As we say to the kids, you get what you get and don't be upset!'
'That was a low point but I'm glad I heard [the boos] because that prepared me for going out and it was panto. I think if the doors just opened and I'd been confronted with a barrage of boos, I'd have been a bit "ooo."'
Explaining how they coped with instant fame upon leaving the house, Grace mused: 'there was no social media then so it was a totally different time.'
Mikey added: 'I also think us being together and kind of bouncing off each other helped us to cope with things because we were both in the same boat and we had each other to speak to.'
Grace was the fourth housemate to be evicted on day 30, while Mikey narrowly missed out on a spot the final week, when he was voted off on day 79.
After being reunited the couple made a short-lived return to the house on day 83 as part of a surprise twist, where the remaining housemates were given the chance to choose one evictee to come back into the main house for the final week.
The housemates chose to bring back Nikki, meaning Grace and Mikey were evicted for the second time after living in The House Next Door for three days.
Grace, who says she still gets recognised after appearing on Big Brother, sold the performing arts academy she set up to concentrate on looking after her children.
The former dance teacher set up performing schools across the nation and was able to purchase properties in London and Liverpool following her Big Brother appearance, recently selling her company for millions.
The Big Brother has long been a catalyst for romance, forming a string of couples throughout the show's 25-year history.
Grace and Mikey are the only pair to have stood the test of time, though she previously admitted that she 'fully cringes' watching reruns of their time on the show.
When classic episodes of the show re-aired on E4 in 2020, Grace wrote on Instagram: 'I just want to say a huge thank you for all the lovely messages I've had about Mikey and I and our family,'
'14 years ago at 20 years old I decided to go on Big Brother for a bit of fun for the summer I never thought i would of found my future husband !!'
Referencing the backlash she received at the time over her behaviour in the house, Grace continued: 'Yes I was opinionated and had far too much to say (I don't think this has really changed if you ask Mikey).'
'3 kids later we are so close and happy and truly grateful for what we have. I hope the re runs of the show has given everyone some light relief and good old fashioned reality tv during lockdown.'
Posting alongside a glam selfie of herself, Grace added that she was mortified by her appearance joking: 'I fully cringed last night watching the show and wish someone had introduced me to eyebrow tint and hair dye back then - something I'm well accustomed to now living In Liverpool.'
Big Brother will return to ITV for a new series next month, with the series set to be extended to seven weeks, and once again will be hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best.
Last year's run saw Ali Bromley crowned series champion, while Marcello Spooks finished as runner-up, and Emma Morgan in third place.

Who is Max Martin? The mastermind behind Taylor Swift's new album The Life of a Showgirl

Taylor Swift just confirmed that her 12th studio album will be called The Life of a Showgirl. The star, 35, shared the news during a preview clip of boyfriend Travis Kelce 's New Heights podcast on Tuesday, where she also revealed a partial look at the album's cover art. The new record will include a collaboration with Swedish songwriter and producer Max Martin, who has worked with Swift on many of her past biggest projects - but who exactly is he? Max Martin, whose real name is Karl Martin Sandberg, was born in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1971. He began his career as the lead singer of glam-metal band It's Alive before he began to focus on songwriting and production. His big break came after meeting producer Denniz PoP, who invited him to work at Cheiron Studios and gave him the professional name Max Martin. There, he honed his skills and developed his personal sound - one that would later dominate international pop charts. Martin's first major success came in 1998 when he co-wrote and produced Britney Spears' iconic debut single …Baby One More Time - which remains a global hit today. He went on to create chart-topping songs for the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, and Celine Dion in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Over the course of his career, Martin has written or co-written more than two dozen Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles. His collaborations span a wide range of artists. He has worked on Katy Perry's I Kissed a Girl and Roar, Ariana Grande's No Tears Left to Cry and God Is a Woman, and The Weeknd's Blinding Lights and Can't Feel My Face. His production credits also include work for Pink, Christina Aguilera, Maroon 5, and Coldplay. Martin's marker in the industry is his ability to adapt his songwriting style to each artist - which is why he has been able to work with so many. Martin doesn't give interviews very often, but in a rare conversation with Variety, he explained how this collaboration works. 'If you're working with someone whose point of view is really far from yourself, like a young girl in her twenties, the story needs to come from them,' Martin said. 'I like being around people who keep me curious. Experience might be one part of the puzzle, but beat-making and trendsetting, it's a young person's game.' He's also expressed that he thinks collaboration is the key to a great song. 'In the whole history of pop, from Elvis to Motown to Whitney Houston, great artists have had songs written for them by teams,' he said. Martin's work with Taylor began on her 2012 album Red, where he co-wrote and co-produced hits like We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together and I Knew You Were Trouble. Their partnership continued on 1989 in 2014, with Martin contributing to some of Taylor's biggest singles including Shake It Off, Blank Space, and Bad Blood. Ryan Tedder - another big name in producing - recalled a conversation he and Martin had about Taylor where Martin said: 'If she had, like, three more hours in the day, she would just figure out what we do and she would do it. And she wouldn't need any of us.' He also collaborated with Swift on her 2017 album Reputation, producing tracks including ...Ready for It? and Delicate. The Life of a Showgirl will be the first Taylor studio album since Reputation to feature new work with Martin. The announcement has excited Swifties - even more than they already were - especially because of the duo's history of creating some of her biggest pop hits. While Swift has not yet shared a tracklist or release date, her decision to reunite with Martin suggests a possible pop style - similar to work they've done together before. The full episode of Kelce's podcast will be out on Wednesday, August 13 at 7pm EST - potentially with more details about Taylor's album.

Dani Dyer is all smiles as she's seen for the first time stepping out in London after joining Strictly Come Dancing 2025 line-up

Dani Dyer has been seen for the first time since she was announced as one of the celebrities taking part in this year's Strictly Come Dancing. The Love Island star, 29, was announced as one of the latest celebrity in the line-up on Monday. The following day, Dani was spotted leaving her first promotional interview at a property in north London. The star looked effortlessly stylish in a white vest top paired with blue-and-white striped shorts. She completed the look with black sliders, a pair of black metal-framed sunglasses, and a chic shearling bag. Appearing in high spirits, Dani flashed a smile at the camera as she said goodbye to the production crew before heading to her next location. The daughter of acting legend Danny Dyer, who wed husband Jarrod Bowen this year, shot to fame in 2018 on the ITV2 dating show when she bagged the £50k prize with Jack Fincham. Speaking about taking part in the new series of Strictly, Dani said: 'Getting the opportunity to be on Strictly is the second most amazing thing I've done this year! 'I feel very very blessed and cannot wait to get my dancing shoes on.' She joins a host of stars in the lineup which also includes actress Alex Kingston, 62, former footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, 53, and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, 36. Strictly's new series has been hit by a string of scandals in the lead-up to its return, including revelations that the broadcaster had hired a law firm to probe allegations of drug taking by two individuals. One of the stars involved in the drugs probe was also suspected of drinking while working on the show after crew smelt alcohol on their breath. The Sun alleged that it was widely known that the pair, who have not been named, took the Class A substance, and that one of these Strictly performers was known for being a drinker. The publication have now reported that junior members of the team were asked to keep an eye on them during last year's show and to look for signs that they may have been boozing during work hours. Over the weekend, a staffer also claimed they were offered cocaine by one of the show's stars. He told The Sun: 'The main partying is on site at Elstree after filming of the live show has finished. Boozing and drug taking goes on until 3am, sometimes 4am. The smoking area outside is a hive of activity. Cocaine gets taken there'. He went on to claim that drug use was so common on the show, that when he found a suspicious bag of white powder, an unfazed senior producer told him to 'leave it on my desk' as the incident failed to raise even an eyebrow. The staff member also said the show's annual special filmed at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom was an especially 'big party night' full of debauchery. 'I was offered cocaine by a star at an after show party. Lots of people would go back to the hotel. It was a closed-off party, just for the cast and crew. It went on until 5am, even to 6am, it was insane. People were wired and you could see it in their eyes'. A BBC spokesperson told Daily Mail: 'We have clear protocols and policies in place for dealing with any serious complaint raised with us. We would always encourage people to speak to us if they have concerns. It would not be appropriate for us to comment further.' The shock allegations come amid a long period of controversy for the BBC and Strictly over the past year or so. In July last year, more than six months after quitting the show citing 'personal reasons', actress Amanda Abbington accused pro dancer Giovanni Pernice of 'unnecessary, cruel and mean behaviour' during their time dancing together on Strictly. Giovanni rejected the claims immediately, and a BBC investigation ruled in September that her claims of physical aggression and threatening behaviour were not upheld. When BBC bosses published their report into Giovanni's behaviour, it cleared him of the most serious allegations of physical aggression, but upheld verbal bullying and harassment. Complaints of verbal bullying and harassment meant the BBC issued an apology to Amanda, but Giovanni said he was 'pleased the report has not found any evidence of threatening or abusive behaviour'. Elsewhere, the show was plunged into crisis after Welsh opera singer Wynne Evans made a controversial joke during his time preparing for the Strictly tour in January. He used a vile sexual innuendo and was also caught up in a 'wandering hand' incident with dance partner Katya Jones , who seemed to remove his arm from her lower waist on the show. After the BBC launched an investigation into his conduct, bosses decided not to renew his radio contract for his show. The TV star confirmed in May that they will not be renewing his one-year rolling contract following a four-month investigation after the inappropriate comments made during his time on Strictly. Elsewhere, in further scandals for the BBC, Gregg Wallace was recently dismissed from MasterChef after more than 40 complaints against him were upheld following a BBC investigation. While his co-star John Torode was also sacked after two decades over allegations that he used the N-word, which he claims to have 'absolutely no recollection' of. In separate further controversy, it's recently been reported that Naga Munchetty could face an investigation from BBC bosses after she was accused of bullying a junior colleague. The BBC Breakfast host, 50, has been placed 'under review' while bosses consider escalating complaints to a formal investigation, The Sun reports. A source said higher-ups had heard from several colleagues and logged concerns over her 'hard' and 'bullying' behaviour on the breakfast show, as well as her Radio 5 Live show.
