Read on to find out how to book yourself a room and spa treatment. 7 7 Where is Dunston Hall? The grand 4-star hotel sits just outside Norwich, Norfolk, perfect for those exploring the city but wanting the peace and quiet of the countryside. It's completely secluded on a huge estate of 150 acres of woodland. Norwich city centre is just 12 minutes away by car, or if you fancy a trip to the beach, you can get to the popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth in 40 minutes. For any drivers, it has a free car park on-site. Without a car, you can reach the hotel by bus, which from the city centre takes around 14 minutes from the city centre, or hop in a cab. What is the hotel like? Dunston Hall is the most striking building, it looks like a set from a period drama. It was originally constructed as a manor house in the 1800s and still maintains its Victorian charm on the outside, but has been updated with modern amenities on the inside. It's surrounded by lush parkland and there's plenty of greenery everywhere you look, there's an incredibly long driveway on arrival, and a fountain outside the hotel. What is there to do there? On-site is an 18-hole golf course that's open to guests as well as those on a day trip, and the course is suitable for golfers at all skill levels. There's a spa too that's on the ground level, it has a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room as well as treatment rooms for massages and a manicure and pedicure suite. Or you can head into Norwich to take a wander around the city, explore the shops and see the famous cathedral. The pretty English coastal village with huge sandy beaches where you can spot seals and even your pets are welcome 7 7 What is there to eat and drink there? Breakfast is served between 7am and 11am on weekends, so it's perfect for early risers and those who want a lie in. The hotel offers hot and cold buffet options. The Brasserie restaurant's menu has plenty to offer from sticky pork starters to classic British mains. There are lots of desserts too from cheesecake to chocolate fondant and smaller temptations like truffles and affogato. For snacks and drinks, you can head to the Terrace or Bunkers Bar, the hotel also serves afternoon tea from £30pp. If it's a nice day, head out onto the patio area and choose from the lengthy wine and cocktail menu to enjoy in the sunshine. 7 What are the rooms like? The rooms are very spacious, with some furniture that matches the Victorian look, and other modern touches like a television, kettle and mini fridge. The beds are huge and comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. We slept in a room on the third floor and it was very quiet despite there being a wedding at the hotel. Some rooms have air conditioning and others don't so check beforehand and book according to what you need. The room rate starts at £109 per night. 7 Is Dunston Hall family-friendly? Families can choose from a classic room to deluxe and superior family options and it's easy to get into the city to spend a day together. Is there access for guests with disabilities? Yes, the Classic Accessible rooms are specially adapted rooms with wider doorways and alarm pulls, and there's lift access available throughout the hotel.

Destination X has kicked off on BBC One, with Rob Brydon dropping a cast of strangers in various places all over the world - and challenging them to work out where they are BBC One's brand new reality competition Destination X kicked off this week, with 13 strangers hoping to win £100,000 by correctly guessing where in the world they've been plonked. Hosted by Rob Brydon, the series takes its adventurous cast to a different location each episode, where they must use the show's cryptic clues to work out where they are. Whoever's guess is the furthest away from the actual destination is kicked off the show RV, while the others get even closer to that jackpot prize. Fans have been gripped by Destination X since it aired on Wednesday night, with many left gobsmacked by one challenge that required one contestant to abseil out of a gondola that was up 2,000 metres in the air in the Swiss mountains. Those watching at home can also play along with the contestants from the comfort of their sofas thanks to the BBC's brand new website. How play Destination X at home To play along with Destination X at home and have a go at guessing where the contestants are, all you need to do is head to the BBC's Destination X website. You will be required to log into your BBC account or set up one to do so, but once you're in, you can choose an episode to play along with. In order to narrow down your guessing area, you can answer five trivia questions - if you answer them correctly, the map will become smaller, giving you a better chance of choosing the right location. You can always play the 'Where Am I?' game, where you're dropped into the Google StreetView of a random location and must guess within a five kilometre radius of the place. When you're ready, you can place your X on the map and once the episode has aired, the website will reveal whether you were correct or not. For every right answer you get - within 50km of the destination - you earn a virtual badge that you can share with your friends. So far in the competition, we've seen five contestants be brutally cut from the competition - with three being booted from the show before even leaving the airport for the first destination.

Double-decker bus catches fire near Thames Gateway
A double-decker bus had to be abandoned on a major road on the edge of London after it burst into for London (TfL) said there were no customers on board and no reported injuries to the driver after the blaze closed the eastbound A13 in Essex on Friday morning.A London Fire Brigade (LFB) spokesperson said they were called at 09:03 BST to reports of a double-decker bus alight on the A13 near have attended and extinguished a fire that damaged most of the bus and he A13 eastbound carriageway was temporarily closed "to allow crews to work safely". TfL said the carriageway had reopened on Friday afternoon but there were still delays being reported as a result of the has apologised for the disruption caused and said it is "working closely with the bus operator, Arriva, to investigate the cause". Rosie Trew, TfL's head of bus service delivery, said the bus was "out of service" when it caught fire while on a road test on the A13 Thames Gateway. It is the second London bus to go up in flames in as many days after a double-decker bus caught fire in central London on back of the number 88 went up in flames at about 06:50 BST outside the Portland Hospital on Great Portland LFB said the blaze was under control by 07:00 BST, all passengers were safely evacuated and there were no reported injuries.
