A MAN has been left seriously injured in hospital and an XL Bully was killed during a horror murder bid attack at a Scots park.
Officers rushed to the scene around 8.30pm last night after the alarm was raised over a disturbance involving a vehicle in the area.

Cops raced to Deveron Road after a report of the attack in Eric Hendrie Park, Aberdeen.
A 51-year-old man was rushed to the city's Royal Infirmary for emergency treatment.
Medics have described his condition as serious but stable.
The man's XL Bully dog died following the attack.
A section of the park in the Mastrick area of the city remains cordoned off this morning.
Cops have launched an attempted murder probe and are appealing to the public for information.
Anyone who witnessed the attack or has information has been urged to reach out to police.
Detective Sergeant Emma Low said: "Our investigation is at an early stage to establish the exact circumstances surrounding this incident.
"Any witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact officers through 101 quoting incident number 3236 of 27 July, 2025.
"Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained."

The driver of the HGV and the occupants of the Volkswagen Golf were not injured in the smash. The A96 is expected to remain closed for several hours. Police are urging the public to avoid the area. The force is appealing for any witnesses to the crash to come forward. She was rushed to hospital and underwent two surgeries on the same day, reportedly suffering two cardiac arrests during the first. Despite doctors' efforts, she died on Saturday. According to a police report, Rodrigues — a former civil court judge who is now a practicing lawyer — had just left a nightclub with the woman, believed to be a sex worker. Surveillance footage allegedly showed her nude and trying to get off his lap when the vehicle came to a stop near a supermarket. Moments later, Rodrigues is said to have stepped on the accelerator, sending the truck into Bonatti. By the time police arrived, the woman had dressed and fled the scene. Officers said Rodrigues smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech, and appeared unsteady on his feet. He was arrested and charged with manslaughter, but walked free on Friday after paying 40,000 Brazilian reais (around $7,150) in bail. She told the jury: "He would tell me, 'God said I need to look after you and has given me special love for you in particular'." She said the fiend sexually assaulted her in his home in Bridge of Allan, near Stirling. He also tried to rape her after taking her into his bedroom. His mother Farai Chirashi, who had been shunned by the church, stabbed the schoolboy to death and cut his heart out but was found not guilty of murder at the High Court in Glasgow by reason of insanity. When she killed her son, she thought she was on a "mission from God". One ex-church member claimed that Chiriseri was "demonised" by the preacher when she left his church.
