The TV star has had a difficult time with her health and finances
The business was dissolved in February of this year after failing to make money, despite a hefty investment from the sale of Andrea's Surrey home.
Around the same time the business was wound down, Andrea revealed she came terrifyingly close - just 24 hours - to dying after being struck down with pneumonia and sepsis.
Now she's seeking a fresh start and focusing on her writing career, having already published three bestsellers - This Girl Is On Fire, Confessions of a Good Girl and Confessions of a Menopausal Woman.
A source said: "It's been a tough couple of years and the business never financially recovered. Andrea made the decision to dissolve the business officially earlier this year.
"Now she's planning a new life in Spain with husband Nick [Feeney]. After she nearly died, Andrea's focused on what really matters - family and friends.
"She's in a really good place, positive, loved up with Nick still, her kids are all grown up so she's happy and making life work for her."
The Sun has contacted a representative for Andrea for comment.
A television favourite for more than two decades, Andrea previously told how her endorsement deals dried up overnight when she announced she was quitting Loose Women to focus on her business.
Suddenly, the money she was planning on using to fund the early days of the brand disappeared.
She said: ''On the day that I announced I was leaving, every brand dropped me... so I went from, 'OK I knew I had this amount of money coming in and this much work that will see me through to the next six to eight months,' it disappeared overnight.

''That's how big a deal moving away from TV is. It was financially like a punch in the stomach, my safety net was gone. I was like, 'Oh my god I only have my savings. I can't turn back and change my mind. I have no other income.'"
Andrea turned to the stock market after selling her home and moving into a six-bedroom rental, but it remains unknown what sort of return she made.
The most recent accounts for her former business published in December 2023 showed it had just £292 in assets.
Her decision to leave Loose Women behind came after she suffered a nervous breakdown.
Announcing her exit live on air, she said: "Last year I had a nervous breakdown and what I felt was this year, collectively, the world had a breakdown and the experience I had means that this year I was mentally really strong to deal with everything that the pandemic threw at us.
"But it made me stop and think: 'What do I actually want?' If there is anything that can show us you only get one life…
"Are you living it the way you want? Doing everything you want to do? Being brave and taking chances? And I realised no."
Through all her hardship, Andrea has had husband Nick by her side and now the pair are committed to starting a new chapter in sunny Spain.

Real life Emmerdale couple's wedding date confirmed three years after engagement

A couple who met on the set of Emmerdale when they played on-screen siblings are set to get married next week, with Max Parker and Kris Mochrie tying the knot very soon Former Emmerdale star Max Parker has announced the date of his wedding to former co-star Kris Mochrie. Max, who began a romance with Kris after meeting on the set, has teased that their nuptials are now just days away. ‌ Kris, 40, and Max, 33, who played brothers Lee Posner and Luke Posner respectively on the ITV soap opera, have been together since 2020 after meeting behind-the-scenes. Although on-screen siblings, the two actors, who have both since left Emmerdale, didn't share any scenes together. ‌ They got engaged just over three years ago, with Max having proposed to his partner Kris in January 2022. They are now preparing to get married next week. The news comes after Corrie star Jack P. Shepherd married his fiancée in a star-studded wedding in Manchester over the weekend. ‌ Max announced yesterday that it's just a week until he married Kris. The actor shared posts on Instagram that confirmed that they are just days away from exchanging vows, three years on from the couple's engagement. Alongside a photo of them both dressed up in suits, Max wrote: "7 days and we're married." He tagged his fiancé Kris, whose tie he was adjusting in the photo, in the post that was shared with his followers on the platform this week. ‌ Max also shared a photo of them raising a toast with glasses ahead of their upcoming wedding recently. The photo, which featured a fire in the background, was accompanied by a caption that read: "1 week til we get HITCHED!" It comes after Kris announced last year that the couple would be getting married in August this year. Alongside an engagement ring emoji, Kris wrote in a post on the platform almost a year ago: "365 days to go & 365 things to do." ‌ The couple got engaged in 2022, with Kris sharing the news at the time after Max, who he described as his "best friend," proposed on a beach. He shared that the proposal had been "perfect" and said he was a "very lucky boy". Kris wrote: "The beautiful soul that is my best friend asked me to marry him yesterday. I can't begin to describe how happy I am. I love him beyond words, we laugh every single day and I'm so so grateful that he came in to my life." ‌ He continued: "I had no idea at all! But it was just perfect… I mean this film says it all. Max had asked my Mum for any jewellery that my Gran had. Mum still had my Grans locket and he has had it made in to the middle of the engagement ring on the inside. So so special." Kris concluded his post at the time by writing: "Thank you to the job that brought us together, our incredible family and friends. And the amazing love from you all. I'm a very lucky boy. WE ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!!"

Coronation Street's Debbie dealt with family betrayal amid dementia battle

Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) took drastic action after she discovered her own brother Kevin (Michael Le Vell) had betrayed her during the latest episode of the ITV soap Coronation Street's Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) was left on the verge of tears as she was discovered a family member's betrayal during Wednesday's episode. As viewers of the ITV soap will know, earlier in the week, Abi Webster ( Sally Carman) slept with her brother-in-law Carl (Jonathan Howard) after weeks of holding back her feelings. ‌ It all came about after she had discovered that her husband Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) had been lying to her about his cancer, having been given the all-clear months ago. She tried to pack her bags after her encounter with Carl, but was persuaded to stay by her stepson Jack (Kyran Bowes) and when the teenager spotted his Aunty Debbie on the Street, she coaxed the situation out of him. ‌ The hotel owner, who was diagnosed with vascular dementia earlier this year, stormed round to number 13 to ask what she thought she was doing when her husband is so sick. She told Abi: "If anybody treated me the way you're treating my brother, it's disgusting! Shame on you. In sickness and in health, to death us do part. Does that ring any bells?" ‌ In the heat of the moment, Abi revealed the truth as she told a shocked Debbie: "Your precious, do-no-wrong brother has been lying to us all for weeks." Furious, Debbie marched over to the garage where Kevin was at work and yelled: "You're cancer- free!" Through tears, she added: "Of all the despicable things to do, to lie about something like that, when you know what I'm going through. What I've got. Shut your gob!" Kevin tried to wriggle out of the situation, but Debbie was having none of it, as she coldly told him: "I'm sure you can justify giving me sleepless night after sleepless night. I don't want to know, because, that's the most liberating thing about having a terminal illness. You get to choose what you care about." ‌ At that point, Debbie turned to her younger brother Carl, and quickly sussed out that he was also in on the lie. Before leaving the scene, the hotel manager looked Kevin in the eye and told him: "I hope you hold onto your wife, because you've just lost your sister." Later on, Abi apologised to Kevin for telling Debbie the truth, but he took full responsibility for the situation. He added: "Can't blame our Debbie for disowning me, I bet you wish you'd left me now," although Abi did not give him a response. Despite the major revelation, Debbie and Kevin are still unaware of Abi's infidelity. Earlier this week, Carl declared that their initial encounter was 'worth the wait' and they kissed Abi claimed that things with Kevin were over. ‌ But later, in the Rovers, Carl did not seem so keen on the idea of Abi calling off her entire marriage as she weighed up what they had begun. As viewers will know, last week, Carl organised the theft of an expensive car and is aware that his brother could have him arrested at any moment. "Don't I deserve to be happy?" she asked him and he told her to go home to be with Kevin. In the days before Kevin's brother arrived on the cobbles, the mechanic was famously married to Sally Metcalfe ( Sally Dynevor) and they had daughters Rosie ( Helen Flanagan) and Sophie ( Brooke Vincent) together. They initially split up when Kevin had an an affair with Natalie Barnes ( Denise Welch) but they remarried in 2002. Their marriage survived numerous infidelities on both sides, but ultimately crumbled when Kevin fathered Jack with Molly Dobbs (Vicky Binns) before she died in the 2010 tram crash as part of the programme's 50th anniversary. ‌ Carl is the son of Kevin's dad Bill Webster (Peter Armitage) and his second wife Elaine (Judy Gridley) and spent most of his life in Germany with his parents until he arrived on the Manchester backstreet earlier this year. In real life, Jonathan spent 10 years in LA and working alongside big-name stars including Brad Pitt and Anthony Hopkins, but the 38-year-old actor ranks landing a part in Corrie among his greatest achievements. He told The Mirror: "Being in Coronation Street is just as big a thrill as being in a Hollywood film or an American TV series. It's all the same, everyone's telling stories, whether it's a big $200m movie or a soap like Corrie. As a Lancashire lad born and raised, the dream was to be in Coronation Street – that was the ceiling, so it feels wonderfully surreal to now be acting with people like Kevin Webster that I watched religiously as a kid. "My friends ask me, 'what you have been up to today?' and I reply 'I took Tracy Barlow for a drink in the Rovers Return!' It's just incredible to say these things."

Mo, 37, has since moved on with another model, Taia Tulher, 28, who is heavily pregnant with their first child. They have been quietly dating for almost two years and the couple live together in London. A source said: 'Mo met Selina after messaging her on social media and they hung out casually for a few months. 'She found out she was pregnant in May 2023 and it was quite a shock for them both because they'd been fairly careful. 'But she wanted to have the baby, despite the fact they weren't actually a couple. "She adores their son and Mo sees him semi-regularly. Now he's about to become a dad for a second time and he's over the moon. "He has been with Taia for quite a long time now and he feels ready to settle down.' The comedian, who recently completed a stand-up tour, broke up with his girlfriend of four years, actress Sophie Wise, at the end of 2022. It was then revealed he was looking for love on celebrity dating app Raya. We didn't go on a single lavish holiday — maybe we'd go to Cardiff to see family.'
