Legendary '70s Band Stuns Fans With Surprise Announcement originally appeared on Parade.
As not only one of the most successful bands of the '70s, but also one of the most influential,. Pink Floyd has cemented their name in the music record books as one of the greats. They have created some of the most iconic sounds in all of music, constantly charting in greatest albums lists with projects like "Dark Side of the Moon," and "The Wall."
In my personal opinion, their run of albums from 1973-1979 is one of the greatest runs of consistency from any band ever. All of those albums could be their best.
One of the key members of Pink Floyd was Roger Waters, who served as Pink Floyd's lead songwriter and bassist before his departure from the band in the '80s. His separation and disagreements with the band have been very clear, which is what makes the band's recent announcement quite the surprise.
The concert film will be in theaters June 23rd-27th. It's quite the surprise to see Waters endorsed on the account when you factor in his public disagreements with the rest of the surviving members, specifically guitarist David Gilmour. Fans reacted to this news in the comments.
"This looks like an incredible experience for fans! Can't wait to see it in theaters.""Please do a reunion :( . Just for the world. The world needs Pink Floyd more than ever now."
"David forgot to change the password again."
Regardless of who is performing it, Pink Floyd's music is still phenomenal, and it's always a treat to see one of the original members performing it.

Jessica Simpson's New Song ‘Fade' Sparks Speculation About Relationship Drama

Jessica Simpson's New Song 'Fade' Sparks Speculation About Relationship Drama originally appeared on Parade. By all appearances, Jessica Simpson is done holding back. The 45-year-old singer released her new single 'Fade' on Tuesday, and within hours, speculation exploded online. "Ok, Jessica Simpson. I see you," one fan wrote. "Thank you for sharing such a powerful message," another noted of the song. "It's incredibly inspiring to hear how you chose strength and healing in the face of a tough moment." With lyrics referencing 'empty promises,' a love gone cold, and a bed her ex is now sleeping in alone, listeners believe Simpson is putting her pain — and possibly her estranged husband Eric Johnson — directly into the spotlight. 'You can always say you love me / That doesn't mean that I feel loved,' she sings in the opening verse. 'There's a green light in the distance / And all your words become too much.' The chorus doesn't let up either: 'You can just wait on me / I won't be around / Watching you fade on me / Your words mean nothing now.' The song, co-written with Trent Dabbs and Teresa LaBarbera, comes just months after Simpson confirmed her separation from Johnson, her husband of 10 years and the father of her three children. The couple announced in January that they had been 'living separately navigating a painful situation' and were prioritizing their children. While Simpson has never publicly detailed the reasons behind the split, she has hinted at betrayal in her music — most notably with the fiery track 'Leave,' where she sang, 'Unholy matrimony / Did you do to her what you did to me?' Now with 'Fade,' fans are picking up where 'Leave' left off. As Cosmopolitan points out, many fans are '10/10 convinced it's about Eric Johnson,' pointing specifically to the line: 'Go sleep alone in the bed you made.' Another lyric — 'I have way too good a memory / I have no more heart to break' — is seen as a response to years of unspoken pain behind the couple's public image. In a press release accompanying the song, Simpson confirmed the track's emotional origin. 'This song came straight from my heart,' she said. 'I had just lived through this heavy, emotional moment, but there was no way I was gonna cancel my songwriting session. I walked into the studio with tears still on my cheeks, and what came out was a prayer.' She described 'Fade' as a song about 'watching someone you love slip away in real time, while trying to hold on to something that's already gone.' 'Fade' is the lead single from Simpson's upcoming EP Nashville Canyon, Pt. 2, which will drop on September 4. It follows Pt. 1, released in March, not long after the couple's separation became official. When asked in a video obtained by Daily Mail whether she's back in the dating world, Simpson replied simply, 'It's a rough road in the dating world,' adding, 'I'm not getting on the apps yet,' but said she'd 'love for a friend to set [her] up.' It's clear that with 'Fade,' Simpson is writing her next chapter on her own terms. ‘Little People, Big World' Star Announces Shocking Split

'Little People, Big World' Star Announces Shocking Split originally appeared on Parade. Little People, Big World patriarch Matt Roloff shocked fans of the TLC show on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, by announcing the end of his 8-year relationship with fiancée Caryn Chandler. "I have some tough news to share," he wrote in the unexpected announcement. "Caryn and I have decided to part ways and end our engagement." He added that "life's a continued journey" and that he believes this is the "right step" for them right now. He also assured fans that they "remain amicable and will always appreciate the many wonderful memories we have shared." Roloff concluded by thanking fans for their support and adding that he was determined to "move forward with positivity and trust." The duo began dating in 2017, following Roloff's 2016 divorce from longtime wife Amy Roloff, with whom he welcomed kids Jacob, Molly, and twins Jeremy and Zach. Fans got to know Chandler as she started starring on Little People, Big World alongside the family. Roloff and Chandler got engaged in April 2023, when the Roloff Farms owner popped the question in the backyard of their shared Arizona home. "After six wonderful years together, I asked Caryn to marry me and she said yes!" Roloff told People at the time. 'You said to me, 'I've thought about this a lot for a long time and I want to grow old with you,' Chandler recalled of the special moment. 'That's what he said, and then I started to cry.' "Our plan is to enjoy our engagement, and we are looking forward to a simple but elegant wedding in 2024," Roloff added. However, the nuptials didn't come in 2024, and fans began to wonder what was causing the delay. When the duo posted a rare selfie together in April 2025, many commented asking for details about the wedding. "Did you guys ever tie the knot?" asked one fan, while another quipped, "When are you going to marry her?!" A third added, "Glad to see you are still together." The end of their relationship may align with the end of another era - filming for LPBW. With no news of the show being renewed for a 26th season, fans began to speculate that season 25 may be their last. A recent cryptic post from Roloff only added fuel to that fire. "So many of you have never really seen inside [our barn] … why?" he asked alongside a photo of the iconic big red barn on their family farm. "Because the past 21 years, the film crew used it as their home base. Soon I'll arrange a video tour inside." Fans wondered if the reason they could see inside was because it's no longer being used by production. "Is the show over? I've been waiting for the next season!! I love seeing your life with Caryn," said one fan, with another asking, "Is the show not coming back?" Fans will have to wait and see. Chandler has yet to comment on the split. Music Legend Issues Heartbreaking Health Update Before Concert

Music Legend Issues Heartbreaking Health Update Before Concert originally appeared on Parade. Legendary singer Tom Jones was forced to postpone his Bremen, Germany concert just hours before he was set to take the stage on Tuesday, July 22. The 85-year-old Welsh icon has been touring across the UK and Europe this summer as part of his Ages & Stages Tour. The Bremen show was meant to be the final performance of his German tour dates. However, Jones took to social media to deliver disappointing news to his fans. "Hello to all the fans in Bremen. Unfortunately, I must postpone my show this evening, as I've contracted an upper respiratory infection that needs treatment and rest,' he wrote. 'I know this is really disappointing and will cause inconvenience to you all, and I'm very sorry about that." The 'It's Not Unusual' hitmaker assured fans that the show would be rescheduled. "But the show will now go ahead on Monday 28th July, so I look forward to seeing you then. All tickets will remain valid for the re-scheduled date." Fans immediately flooded his page with supportive messages for the 'Delilah' singer, who recently celebrated his 85th birthday. "Please take care of yourself. Rest and get through this moment well," one concerned fan wrote, while another added, "Take the time you need!" This isn't the first time Jones has faced health challenges that affected his touring schedule. In 2018, Sir Tom contracted a bacterial infection that forced him to cancel several concerts. Despite these occasional setbacks, the beloved performer remains optimistic about his health and career. Just last year, he spoke confidently about his condition to the Mirror. "Well, thank God my voice is still working. I am 83 years old. I mean I can't believe it, but it is true. When I am singing I am like, 'How the hell is this coming out of me?' Honestly. If the voice was not there I am sure I would be going 'Urgh, I don't want to do so many shows' but I love it as the voice is still working!" The rescheduled Bremen concert will take place on Monday, July 28, with all original tickets remaining valid for the new date.
