Bigg Boss 16 winner and rap star MC Stan sent fans into a frenzy after he was spotted in a rare, low-key public appearance on Friday. Dressed in an all-black ensemble and keeping his face partially hidden, Stan sparked buzz with his fresh look – a new project on the cards? The rapper was seen exiting a building and casually heading towards his car. While en route, his fans gathered around, eager to catch a glimpse of their favourite star.

MC Stan was last seen performing live alongside singer King during his Mumbai tour in September 2024. In the same year, he also grabbed attention for his personal life, announcing his breakup with longtime girlfriend Buba via a post on Instagram stories that read, 'I am single."
In case you are not aware, Stan was dating Anam Sheikh for a long time before eventually confirming the split last year. On various occasions during his stint on Bigg Boss 16, Stan would lovingly talk about her, calling her Buba.
Not just that, his former girlfriend also sent him a T-shirt as a gift when he was locked inside the house. In one of the episodes, the rapper recalled when he barged into his ex-girlfriend's house with 40 people to talk to her parents and convince them for marriage. 'I went to her house with 40–50 people and told her parents to let us get married peacefully with their blessings, or I'd just make her run away with me. Things had gone south after that, but touchwood, everything's fine now," he had said during an interaction with co-contestants inside the house.
On Bigg Boss 16, MC Stan stood out for his dynamic personality and down-to-earth demeanour. While inside the house, he formed a deep bond with housemates Shiv Thakare, Abdu Rozik, Sajid Khan, Sumbul Touqeer and others, thereby becoming one of the 'mandali' members. He also emerged as the winner of the show, leaving behind his friend Shiv Thakare who emerged as the first runner up of the show. Later, MC Stan made his debut as a playback singer in Farrey.

Film shootings come to halt in Hyderabad due to workers strike
Last Updated: Hyderabad, Aug 5 (PTI) Most of the film shootings in Hyderabad came to a halt with workers demanding a 30 per cent wage hike. The representatives of the workers on Tuesday met labour department officials regarding their demands. Alexander, a leader of the workers, told PTI Videos that the hike is not 30 per cent at once, but 10 per cent annually, which is due this year. However, the hike has not been effected since the last four months, he alleged. Damodar Prasad, Secretary of Telugu Film Chamber, told PTI that the workers 'unilaterally" decided two days ago to work only for producers, who pay them the increased wages though talks are on going with the involvement of the labour department. He observed that the Telugu film industry already pays higher wages to union workers than other state film industries. The stance of the producers is that talks would continue if the workers 'unconditionally" resume work, he said. Efforts were on to end the stalemate, he said, expressing confidence that the issue would be resolved soon. Producer C Kalyan told reporters that several film producers met superstar Chiranjeevi, who suggested that the issue be resolved harmoniously in another two-three days.
