Viral video shows people bathing with soap at Canadian lake, locals say 'Indians are disgusting, deport them all'
We litter on public roads, we throw away snack wrappers in the park. From streets to public areas and even water bodies in India are frequently covered with garbage, highlighting a general lack of responsibility that doesn't stop at the border. Now, a viral video from Canada shows a group bathing with soap at a beach. The internet claims they're Indians, sparking outrage from locals over "irresponsible" behaviour abroad. Viral Brampton beach clip sparks outrage, Indians criticised for public misconduct Canada's beaches are turning to baths for transformation to a 3rd world country happening daily. The video has been shared by the Twitter handle Kirk Lubimov, and captures a scene at a Canadian lake in Brampton. Several people, believed to be Indians, appear to be bathing using soap right at the shoreline. The footage has gone viral on social media in no time, prompting backlash from locals, where some comments even imply that the act calls for police intervention. "Canada's beaches are turning to baths for foreigners. Canada's transformation to a 3rd world country happening daily," the caption of the video read. Environmental concerns over sap use in public waters As one person in the comments wrote, "I thought it was forbidden to do that. Soap is polluting the water," Lubimov wrote, "Based on their waters back home...I don't think they care for pollution," thus hinting that the people in the video are Indias. "Brampton!!! I am sick of this shit happening in our country, our waters are not your bathtub, we swim in these waters. @CityBrampton this needs full attention, this is our clean swimming beaches, and they are destroying it, charges need to be laid. The video is also online," another person shared. A comment on it read, "I would have called the cops and got them arrested - and I'm an Indian!" Indians are disgusting 🤮 deport them all Some people even called it a racist post, questioning how brown people are assumed to be Indian. Another user pointed out a white woman seen in the video who is also labelled Indian. What part of India is she from? The video has sparked genuine concerns about pollution and etiquette.

'Harassed By A Child': Indian Family Faces Racial Abuse in Dublin Amid Rising Attacks In Ireland
Urging the government to review the situation and take action against the accused, the woman said, 'No one should have to feel unsafe or powerless in public spaces'. Ireland has recently reported a rise in attacks on Indian citizens, with a 60-year-old woman becoming the latest target. Sharing a Reddit post, a friend of the woman alleged that the victim was subjected to racial harassment at a bus stop in Dublin. The woman said she was at a bus stop in Dublin with her father and sister when two boys, who looked about seven or eight years old, came up to them. According to her, the boys at first asked for selfies with her father but then started mocking him, and one of them allegedly reached for his wallet. 'We tried to stay calm and ignored their behaviour. But then, shockingly, one boy blocked my father's way and made grabbing gestures toward his crotch," she said. Urging the government to review the situation and take action against the accused, the woman said, 'No one should have to feel unsafe or powerless in public spaces, regardless of their background." 'My father, aged 60, was harassed by a child right in front of his daughters, leaving us feeling defenceless. Knowing the current climate for people of colour in Ireland and being aware of the laws, it was frustrating not to have any immediate recourse," she added. In another similar case that took place earlier this week, an Indian-origin taxi driver and a six-year-old girl were attacked. Taking cognisance of the incidents, the diversity unit of Ireland's police force said on Saturday that it is engaging with the Indian community in the wake of a string of violent attacks in the capital Dublin and other parts of the country in recent weeks. Meanwhile, the Irish Embassy in New Delhi has condemned the attack on Indian citizens and informed that the Irish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs will meet the representatives of the Indian community on August 11. 'We condemn these attacks in the strongest possible terms. They are an assault on the values of equality and human dignity that Ireland holds dear," said an official statement from the Embassy. view comments First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. ‘War 2' advance booking report Day 1: Hrithik Roshan–Jr NTR starrer off to a strong start with Rs 1.2 crore in early ticket sales
The much-awaited 'War 2', the latest chapter in Yash Raj Films' Spy Universe, has opened advance bookings to a promising response. Starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR , the Ayan Mukerji directorial registered impressive early ticket sales on Sunday, August 10. Ticket Sales According to the report, the film's Hindi 2D version earned an estimated Rs 30.11 lakh from approximately 7,535 tickets sold across 2,233 shows. The Hindi IMAX format added another Rs 87,000 from around 20 shows. Meanwhile, the Tamil-dubbed version collected an estimated Rs 1.33 lakh with 858 tickets sold for 78 shows, while the Telugu version brought in about Rs 72,000 from 20 shows. Maharashtra, Delhi, and West Bengal emerged as the top-performing states in early bookings, particularly when factoring in blocked seats. Trade experts predict these numbers will climb steadily as the day progresses and the release date approaches, given the late opening, ahead of its August 14 release. Late Start While many big-ticket films begin advance bookings a week or more in advance, 'War 2' opened sales just four days before release, banking on the extended Independence Day weekend to drive momentum. Reports suggest the Hindi version alone will open on a massive 5,000 screens across India — a milestone rarely achieved in the industry. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like What Will Happen to Your Body If You Start Eating 3 Eggs Every Day? Undo Censor Details The CBFC granted 'War 2' a U/A 16+ rating, with a runtime of 179.49 minutes (2 hours, 59 minutes, and 49 seconds). The film was granted the certification after making a few edits over some 'objectionable' scenes. Screen dominance The film's release sets the stage for a major box-office clash with Rajinikanth's 'Coolie', releasing the same weekend. However, early distribution data indicates that 'War 2' dominates the Hindi belt, with 90% of single screens secured. Premium formats including IMAX, 4DX, ICE, and Dolby Cinema will further boost its big-screen appeal.
