Here's Our First Look at "Ahmed Wi Ahmed"
The official trailer for Egyptian stars Ahmed El Sakka and Ahmed Fahmy's upcoming film "Ahmed Wi Ahmed" has finally been unveiled.
The pic boasts a cast that includes Tarek Lotfy, Ghada Abdel Razek, Gihan El Shamashergy, Ahmed Abd El Wahab, Hatem Salah, Ali Sobhy, Samy Maghawry, Ahmed Elrafaey, Roshdy El Shamy, and more.
Ahmed Nader Galal directs the film from a script by Ahmed Darwish and Mohamed Abdullah. Film Square is the studio behind the pic.
The official logline for the film reads: "After years abroad, Ahmed returns to Egypt to settle down - but his plans are disrupted when his uncle, Ahmed, is injured in a mysterious accident. Rushing to his side, Ahmed discovers a shocking secret: his uncle is the mastermind of a hidden criminal empire. With his uncle now suffering from amnesia, Ahmed must help him uncover a past he can't remember, while evading dangerous enemies and uncovering secrets that could tear their world apart."
"Ahmed Wi Ahmed" marks the first collaboration between El Sakka and Lotfy on the big screen in 19 years after the 2006 film "Ean Aleashq Walhuaa".
The film also witnesses the fourth collaboration between the duo after the TV series "El Atawla" season 1 and 2, the 2006 film "Ean Aleashq Walhuaa", and the 1998 film "Saeidi Fil Gameaa Al Amerikeya".
"Ahmed Wi Ahmed" hits cinemas on July 2. Watch the trailer below.

Cardi B Drops Single "Imaginary Playerz"
Yara Sameh With just over a month until Cardi B's anticipated sophomore album arrives, the Bronx native follows up 'Outside' with the release of the ' Imaginary Playerz ' single on Friday. The track samples Jay-Z's legendary 'Imaginary Players' from his 1997 In My Lifetime, Vol. 1. Earlier this week, Cardi revealed she received a stamp of approval from Hov. Egypt's Ambassador in The Hague Receives Ancient Egyptian Artifacts Repatriated from the Netherlands
Ali abo deshish Egypt's Ambassador to The Hague, Emad Hanna, has officially received a collection of rare artifacts dating back to ancient Egyptian civilization from the Dutch National Museum, after it was confirmed that the pieces had left Egypt illegally. During the handover ceremony, Ambassador Hanna expressed his deep appreciation to the Dutch side for its fruitful cooperation in returning these invaluable antiquities. Hisham Abbas, Cairo Café, and Kazakh Folklore on the Stage of El-Mahka at the Citadel Festival
Alu abo deshish As part of the 33rd edition of the Citadel International Festival for Music and Singing, organized by the Ministry of Culture through the Egyptian Opera House chaired by Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities represented by the Tourism Promotion Authority, three concerts will be held on Monday, August 18, at El-Mahka stage. At 8:00 PM, Cairo Café, led by pianist and music arranger Aly Sharaf, will perform alongside vocalists Lydia Luciano and Omnia Abou Bakr, presenting a selection of reimagined Arabic and Western classics such as Qalbi We Meftaho, Ya Gameel Ya Gameel, Teer Bina Ya Qalbi, Dari El-Oyoun, and Ahwak, in addition to Sharaf's original works including Takhaial and Longaya. At 9:00 PM, in collaboration with the Foreign Cultural Relations Sector, the Zhetisu Philharmonic Ensemble from Kazakhstan will showcase a vibrant repertoire of traditional folk music and dance, offering audiences a glimpse into the country's rich cultural heritage and local customs.
