Olivia Attwood to front new reality TV cooking show

The Heat will take place in Barcelona and involve 10 chefs working under Michelin star chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, as he tries to find the next rising star for his new restaurant in the Spanish city.
The show, which will be broadcast on ITV2 and ITVX next year, is not a straightforward cooking competition, as each day the cameras will keep rolling once the cast have finished in the kitchen.
Viewers can expect promotions, demotions, power plays, sackings and shock decisions throughout the series, according to producers.
Attwood, who has presented a number of documentaries for ITV, said: 'It is such an honour to host this brand-new format for ITV2 and ITVX. Being at the helm of something this fresh and exciting is a total pinch-me moment!'
Novelli, who has previously appeared as a judge on Masterchef Australia, said: 'I couldn't be more thrilled to join this new exciting show and help spotlight the next generation of culinary talent.
'Known for my drive and intensity in the kitchen, I'll be using my passion and unique teaching style to push these young chefs to dig deep, stay sharp, and prove they have what it takes to grow, evolve, and make their mark.
'I'll mentor them to use all five senses together and put it all on the plate, the right way. It's going to be a wild ride, and I know we'll discover some true culinary stars along the way.'
Paul Mortimer, director of reality commissioning and acquisitions at ITV, said: 'The Heat is the perfect fusion of a high-stakes cooking show with real-life drama, and with the fantastic Olivia at the forefront alongside the renowned Jean-Christophe calling the shots in the kitchen, it's shaping up to be a new reality obsession for our younger viewers on ITV2 and ITVX.'
The Heat is produced by Twofour, part of ITV Studios for ITV.

Coronation Street legend Catherine Tyldesley 'will FINALLY return to the cobbles' seven years after quitting

Catherine Tyldesley will reportedly finally make a return to Coronation Street seven years after quitting the coblbes. The actress, 41, became a household name when she was first cast as glamorous barmaid Eva Price on the ITV soap in 2011. She was the on-screen daughter of Stella Price, played by EastEnders star Michelle Collins, who was also the long-lost mother of Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson). But Catherine quit the cobbles in 2018, and producers are said to have been trying to entice her back for years, and she will finally begin filming again this summer. It is believed that after some persuading by soap bosses, Eva is going to take over the Rovers Return Inn as will be the brand new landlady, according to The Sun. A source told the publication: 'It's one of the biggest jobs in soap, the landlady of the Rovers Return pub. 'Bosses were desperate to get Cath back, they came up with the perfect storyline with her being unveiled as the new landlady of the Rovers.' Daily Mail has contacted ITV and Catherine's representatives for comment. During her time on the serial, Eva famously had a relationship with Aidan Connor (Shayne Ward) but he had an affair with Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon). As an act of revenge when she found out, Eva faked a pregnancy and spent Aidan's savings on a pink Range Rover. The pair later become engaged but Maria burst into the wedding to expose the truth about the fake pregnancy. A short time later, Eva discovered that she was actually pregnant with Aidan's baby but agreed to give the child to her half-sister Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor). Soon after that, Aidan took his own life in 2017, and Eva became attached to baby Susie and left the cobbles in the back of a taxi with her. Catherine then starred in the short-lived sitcom Scarborough and played a leading role in Bonnie & Clyde: The Musical, but it was cancelled halfway through the tour amid poor ticket sales. The soap star reunited with her Corrie on-screen boyfriend, X Factor winner Shayne, on The Good Ship Murder, which began airing its second series in January. There was also another Weatherfield reunion when Catherine starred alongside her former co-star Michelle Keegan once again earlier this year. Catherine took on a guest starring role on Michelle's comedy series Brassic, with the pair sharing photographs from set during filming. News of Catherine's comeback comes shortly after she admitted she would 'never say never' to returning to Corrie. She told Prima magazine: ' Coronation Street feels like forever ago, but I always look back with such great fondness 'But if they approached me with an amazing storyline and the time was right, of course, I'd go back. So it's always a case of never say never.'

Ex-Premier League ace signs deal for I'm A Celeb All Stars 11 years after being first star kicked off show

FORMER Premier League ace Jimmy Bullard is to appear on I'm A Celebrity All Stars. The ex-Fulham midfielder, 46, who later hosted Sky's Soccer AM, has negotiated a deal to take part in the Ant and Dec-hosted ITV series. 1 Former Premier League ace Jimmy Bullard is to appear on I'm A Celebrity All Stars It comes after the Sun on Sunday previously revealed Harry Redknapp, former West Ham manager, where Bullard played in the youth team, has also signed up. Jimmy, famous for his catchphrase 'Football's always the winner', originally took part in I'm A Celeb back in 2014 and had a lads' 'bromance' with eventual winner Racing superbike champ Carl Fogarty, 60. A source said: 'Jimmy had a brilliant time in the original series he took part in and it really opened the door to his broadcasting career. 'He was voted off first last time and he felt he had a lot more to give. "Now he's got the chance to get stuck in again, although he's a bit older so he is worried he might find it harder to rough it. 'His banter is still on top form though. Producers are hopeful he'll have a bromance with Harry Redknapp, who is also taking part.' All Stars will be filmed this autumn in South Africa and be screened in the New Year - after the main version of the I'm A Celebrity show in Australia goes out in November and December. Other celebs taking part in the All Stars version include Strictly love rat Seann Walsh, 39, and Towie star Gemma Collins, 44, who lasted only three days in 2014. All Stars last aired in 2023 when singer Myleene Klass won and it was filmed in South Africa's Kruger National Park. ITV declined to comment.

The gold dealer and semi-pro footballer, 30, had the quickest Hideaway sleepover ever after he spent the night with air hostess Helena Ford just 56 hours into the ITV2 series — even though they were not coupled up. The woman, who did not want to be named, added that she has been contacted by 'about 12 women' over social media who, like her, thought they were in a relationship with Harry at different times over the past year. She also revealed that his most recent former flame, Emma Munro — who sensationally joined the villa as a bombshell four weeks into the series — still has her clothes in his wardrobe at home despite their break-up and him bringing other girls back there. 'Badly treated' The ex, a model in her 20s, said: 'I am actually distraught about it all. I have been really struggling to get through this. 'I thought we were serious and now I cannot get over how much he can do this to girls and get away with it. He is a serial sh**ger and the way he has treated me and others is disgusting The ex 'The amount of women he has hurt is unbelievable. 'We have all linked up over social media and there are just more and more coming forward to say how badly they've been treated. 'A few of us were led to believe we were in exclusive relationships with him. 'Others he was just dating or hooking up with casually. It's disgusting.' She added: 'I am really worried about the women currently on the show. Love Island star Harry's shock comment to Shakira revealed - just hours after going exclusive with Helena 'He is a serial sh**ger and the way he has treated me and others is disgusting. 'I just really hope he doesn't get the platform to be on Love Island until the final. 'He doesn't deserve it.' When it was revealed in June that Harry was going to be in the villa, some women took to social media to express their shock. One, Emilia Clark, said: 'He liked me on [dating app] Hinge two weeks ago.' Another with the name fitbritbill said: 'Harry took my sister-in-law out for a date about eight weeks ago and couldn't pay for it. 'Let's hope they don't charge for drinks in the villa — haha.' One more, under the name Lcy_brooks, wrote: 'Do we know who has access to Harry's online banking so he can pay my friend back for the drinks he owes her from their date.' 'Daisyflolamb' added: 'That's funny because he was also exclusively dating my friend for the past seven months. Someone give Harry a calculator cos the math ain't mathing???' Another alleged he had split with their pal days before Love Island started, claiming it was because he was going to Bali. They said: 'Don't forget they broke up on Wednesday & he told her he was going to BALI.' One of Emma Munro's friends claimed that her clothes are still hanging in the wardrobe at his home. They said: 'Her whole side of the wardrobe is still full, yet he has girls in her bed.' 4 Harry turns his affections on banking exec Yasmin Credit: Shutterstock Editorial 4 Footie star locks lips with his ex Emma in a surprise villa twist Credit: Shutterstock Editorial She also flagged this to the ex-girlfriend, who told us. Meanwhile, on the show, viewers first saw Harry get close to model Shakira Khan, 22, as they cuddled and kissed on camera. But then, within 24 hours, he disappeared into the Hideaway with blonde air hostess Helena, 29. The Hideaway lets couples share a bed, with no one else in the same room, unlike in the rest of the villa. Afterwards, the pair insisted they had shared just a 'PG kiss' and a cuddle. Even then, Harry was still telling others that he felt something for Shakira and that he thought she had 'more substance' than Helena, who he had just coupled up with. He also flirted heavily with the villa's new arrival, Angel Swift, telling her: 'I'm very attracted to you.' Eventually, all the girls turned on Harry, accusing him of messing with Helena's feelings after he dumped her. But he did not appear put off as this week he re-coupled with Shakira. And the pair have now been shown sharing a bed, kissing and cuddling together. On Tuesday's show, Harry apologised to Helena's parents on the segment where contestants' families are briefly brought into the villa to see their loved ones. Can that be seen as progress? It might be the best we can hope for.
